Claims (15)

  1. Emballage contenant différents articles fonctionnels associés pour fumeur, pour la propre confection de cigarettes à filtre, à savoir un groupe de tronçons de filtres (26) dans la réalisation en tant que segments filtrants (28) et au moins un paquet de papier à cigarette, ci-dessous appelé booklet (27), en association avec une portion de tabac coupé dans un sachet de tabac (23), le sachet de tabac (23) et les tronçons de filtres (26) ou segments filtrants (28) et le papier à cigarette ou booklet (27), répondant en termes de nombre ou de quantité au besoin pour la portion de tabac, formant une unité avec le sachet de tabac (23),
    avec les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) les tronçons de filtre (26) ou plusieurs segments filtrants (28) sont placés côte à côte en rangées, sous la forme d'un groupe ou d'une unité (100, 102),
    b) la réserve en papier à cigarette, notamment de booklets (27) est placée dans le plan du groupe des segments filtrants (28), à côté de ces derniers, en formant une unité (29) composée des segments filtrants (28) et du booklet (27),
    caractérisé en ce que
    c) l'unité (29) composée de segments filtrants (28) et du booklet (27) est placée dans un paquet commun, ci-dessous appelé l'emballage intérieur (30) et
    en ce que
    d) l'emballage intérieur (30) et le sachet de tabac (23) sont placés dans un emballage extérieur (10) commun ou sont assemblés l'un à l'autre de manière amovible.
  2. Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les objets (27, 28) formés en une unité (29) forment un emballage, notamment un emballage intérieur, entouré d'un film, notamment d'un film (d'étanchéité) thermoscellable, faisant fonction d'enrobage intérieur (31), qui à l'intérieur comporte au moins un organe d'appui en matière d'emballage pliable, indéformable et un agencement d'ouverture et de fermeture, de préférence à utilisation multiple.
  3. Emballage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'intérieur est divisé en compartiments ou espaces partiels (116, 117, 118), de préférence destinés chacun à recevoir différents objets ou différentes unités partielles (100, 101, 102), les espaces partiels (116, 117, 118) dans l'emballage (30) étant délimités par des barrettes séparatrices (119, 120) et ces dernières étant formées par des parties d'un coupon de l'emballage (30) et/ou par une pièce d'insertion (121) séparée et/ou par un collet intérieur (35).
  4. Emballage selon la revendication 1 ou l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'appui placé à l'intérieur de l'emballage intérieur (30) constitué d'un film est conçu sous la forme d'un collet intérieur (35), à savoir sous la forme d'un plateau avec paroi d'appui (36) et branches d'appui (37) ou d'un plateau avec paroi avant (49), barrettes latérales (50), paroi arrière (51) et barrettes de liaison (52), dans la région d'une paroi avant (49), le collet intérieur (35) qui s'étend de préférence sur la hauteur totale de l'emballage intérieur (30) comportant un évidement (53) pour faciliter le retrait des objets.
  5. Emballage selon la revendication 1 ou l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que l'emballage (36) est conçu sous la forme d'une boîte pliante, notamment avec une patte de fermeture (40) est fixé au moins jusqu'à la mise en service en position de fermeture sur une face avant ou sur une paroi frontale (42) de la boîte pliante, notamment par des points de colle (43, 112).
  6. Emballage selon la revendication 5 ou l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que lors de la première ouverture de l'emballage intérieur (30) conçu sous la forme d'une boîte pliante, sur le bord supérieur de la paroi frontale (42), une pièce de séparation (44) est désolidarisable, notamment par actionnement de la patte de fermeture (40), du fait d'un assemblage par colle avec la pièce de séparation (44), de sorte à donner naissance à une ouverture de retrait (47) dans la région de la paroi frontale (42) pour faciliter le retrait des objets.
  7. Emballage selon la revendication 1 ou l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que si l'emballage intérieur (30) est en film, notamment dans la réalisation en tant que flow-pack, il existe une soudure transversale (33) sur la face frontale, formée de pattes de l'enveloppe intérieure (31) assemblées entre elles de manière amovible, du fait notamment d'un assemblage peel-seal (scellement pelable) pour l'ouverture et la fermeture multiples de l'emballage intérieur (30), de préférence du fait d'une coupe de sectionnement formée dans un film de forme tubulaire, lors de la fabrication de flow packs (emballages souples), la soudure transversale (33) sur la face frontale étant conçue avec au moins une saillie (38), pour saisir plus facilement les pattes lors de l'ouverture et de la fermeture de l'emballage intérieur (30).
  8. Emballage selon la revendication 1 ou l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé par un assemblage amovible de l'emballage (30) avec un sachet à tabac (23), notamment du fait d'une surface de collage (124) sur un côté à grande surface du paquet, ci-dessous appelé paroi arrière (51), pour l'assemblage temporaire avec le sachet de tabac (23).
  9. Emballage selon la revendication 1 ou l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce qu'au niveau de son contenu, à savoir des objets (27, 28), l'emballage intérieur (30) correspond à une quantité prédéfinie de tabac d'un sachet de tabac (23) et est placé avec ce dernier dans un emballage extérieur (10) commun, de préférence dans la réalisation en tant que boîte à rabat, avec la partie de boîte (11), le couvercle (12) et de préférence un collet (13), l'emballage intérieur (30) étant positionné de préférence sur une paroi arrière (15) de l'emballage extérieur (10) et le sachet de tabac (23) étant positionné sur la face frontale, en s'appuyant sur le collet (13).
  10. Procédé destiné à fabriquer des emballages selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 - 9, avec un emballage extérieur (10),
    notamment dans la réalisation en tant que boîte à rabat et un contenu d'emballage composé de différents articles fonctionnels associés pour fumeur, de préférence avec un sachet de tabac (23) et un groupe de tronçons de filtre (26), notamment dans la réalisation en tant que segments filtrants (28) ainsi qu' un paquet de papier à cigarette, ci-dessous appelé booklet (27) pour la confection de cigarettes à filtre, caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) on transfère ou on conduit à un convoyeur (55), de préférence en tant que groupes partiels ou unités partielles (100, 101, 102) les objets faisant partie d'une unité (29) en tant que contenu de l'emballage extérieur (10) en les expulsant hors d'une réserve,
    b) le convoyeur (55) transporte les groupes partiels ou unités partielles (100, 101, 102) de préférence séparé(e)s les un(e)s des autres vers un groupe de pliage (67) pour l'emballage intérieur (30), notamment un collet intérieur (35),
    c) les groupes ou unités partielles (100, 101, 102) sont réuni(e)s en une unité (29) et réuni(e)s avec l'emballage intérieur (30) partiellement plié ou le collet intérieur (39) (partiellement) plié,
    d) l'emballage intérieur (30) est alors achevé ou plié sous la forme de bande de film (72) autour de l'unité (29) avec collet intérieur (35), en créant des emballages intérieurs (30) dans la réalisation en tant que flow packs, ceci par sectionnement de la bande de film (72) en créant les soudures transversales (33, 34).
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que pendant le transport des emballages intérieurs (13), chaque fois des sachets de tabac (23) individuels sont posés sur la face supérieure de ces derniers et ensuite l'unité formée de l'emballage intérieur (30) et du sachet de tabac (23) est transportée pour être insérée dans un emballage extérieur (10) partiellement plié, de préférence lors du déplacement d'insertion de l'unité (30, 23), un collet (13) étant posé sur la face supérieure libre du sachet de tabac (23) et inséré avec celui-ci dans le paquet extérieur (10).
  12. Dispositif destiné à la fabrication d'emballages selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 - 9 avec un emballage extérieur (10),
    notamment dans la réalisation en tant que boîte à rabat et un contenu d'emballage composé de différents articles fonctionnels associés pour fumeur, de préférence avec un sachet de tabac (23) et un groupe de tronçons de filtre (26), ou de segments filtrants (28), ainsi qu'un paquet de papier à cigarette, à savoir des booklets (27) pour la confection de cigarettes, caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) dans un poste d'insertion (59), des unités (29) des objets d'un emballage sont poussées de préférence en groupes ou en unités partielles hors d'une réserve associée à chaque objet ou à chaque groupe ou unité partielle dans un convoyeur pour les unités (29),
    b) le convoyeur pour les unités (29), de préférence un convoyeur à poches (55) avec des poches (54) pour chaque unité (29) est transportable transversalement à la direction d'insertion des objets ou unités (29),
    c) dans la région du poste d'expulsion (66) peut être expulsée d'une poche (54) chaque fois une unité (29) complète et être amenée vers un groupe de pliage pour emballages intérieurs (30) pliants ou pour collets intérieurs (35) pliants,
    d) dans la région du groupe de pliage, un coupon partiellement plié pour l'emballage intérieur ou pour le collet intérieur peut être déposé sur les unités (29) transportables par un convoyeur d'unités dans la réalisation en tant que convoyeur à courroie (69),
    e) le convoyeur à courroie (69) transporte les unités (29) avec emballage intérieur (30) pliant ou collet intérieur (35) plié vers un poste d'enrobage (61) pour l'apposition d'un enrobage intérieur (31) de l'emballage intérieur (30).
  13. Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que les poches (54) du convoyeur à poches (55) comportent des divisions, notamment des compartiments (56, 57, 58) pour un groupe partiel de l'unité (29) ou pour des unités partielles (100, 101, 102), les unités partielles (100, 101, 102) étant expulsables en commun par des organes pousseurs hors de compartiments (56, 57, 58) et pour une unité (29) complète, étant expulsables à partir d'objets superposés.
  14. Dispositif selon la revendication 12 ou 13, caractérisé en ce que les unités (29) ou les unités partielles (100, 101, 102) sont expulsables par des entraîneurs (70) du convoyeur à courroie (69) hors des compartiments (56, 57, 58) des poches (54) et par le convoyeur (69) peuvent être amenées vers le groupe de pliage, notamment un revolver (67), pour reprendre un coupon pour un collet intérieur (35) ou un emballage intérieur (30).
  15. Dispositif selon la revendication 12 ou une autre revendication, caractérisé en ce que, de préférence après un regroupement orienté à la transversale des unités partielles, les unités (29) ou unités partielles (100, 101, 102) expulsables des poches (54) ou des compartiments (56, 57, 58) peuvent être insérées directement dans un emballage intérieur (30) partiellement plié dans la région d'un convoyeur-plieur (77) et ensuite l'emballage intérieur (30) peut être complété par des étapes de pliage supplémentaires dans la région du convoyeur-plieur (77).
