Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Tragevorrichtung für ein Baby oder Kleinkind, mit einem verschließbaren Hüftgurt, mindestens zwei an dem Hüftgurt angeordneten Schulterbändern sowie einem sich zwischen Schulterbändern erstreckenden und am Hüftgurt angeschlossenen Stoffpanel, welches einen Sitz- und Rückenstützbereich für das Baby oder Kleinkind definiert, gemäß Anspruch 1.
  • Aus dem Stand der Technik sind sowohl Tragevorrichtungen für Babys, als auch Tragevorrichtungen für Kleinkinder bekannt, welche auf die speziellen Bedürfnisse von Babys oder Kleinkindern zugeschnitten sind. D.h. es existieren Tragevorrichtungen, welche zum Tragen von Babys geeignet sind, wobei unter dem Begriff Baby bzw. Säugling ein Kind im ersten Lebensjahr bezeichnet wird. Demnach wird eine Tragevorrichtung für ein Baby bzw. für einen Säugling die ersten 12 Lebensmonate verwendet, wobei derartige Baby-Tragevorrichtungen nach Vollendung des ersten Lebensjahrs aufgrund der Körpergröße und des Gewichtes nicht mehr verwendet werden können, da diese Tragehilfen dann zu klein sind. Nach Vollendung des ersten Lebensjahres wird vom so genannten Kleinkindalter gesprochen, für welches spezielle Tragevorrichtungen konstruiert werden. Demnach ist oftmals die Anschaffung einer weiteren Tragevorrichtung für ein Kleinkind nach Vollendung der Säuglingsphase notwendig. Aus dem Stand der Technik werden die EP1707082A1 und die GB2260687A als nützlich für das Verständnis der Erfindung angesehen. Aus diesem Grund sind beispielsweise Tragevorrichtungen bekannt, welche relative Einstellmöglichkeiten hinsichtlich der Rückenlänge einer Tragevorrichtung für ein Baby oder Kleinkind zur Verfügung stellen. Hierzu sind meist Einstellungen an verschiedenen Gurtbändern vorzunehmen.
  • Aus dem Vorgenannten liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zu Grunde, eine besonders einfach anpassbare Tragevorrichtung für ein Baby oder Kleinkind bereitzustellen.
  • Die beschriebene Aufgabe, hinsichtlich der einfach anpassbaren Tragevorrichtung für ein Baby oder Kleinkind, wird durch eine Tragevorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1 gelöst.
  • Demnach ist eine Tragevorrichtung für ein Baby oder Kleinkind mit einem verschließbaren Hüftgurt, mindestens zwei an dem Hüftgurt angeordneten Schulterbändern sowie einem sich zwischen den Schulterbändern erstreckenden und am Hüftgurt angeschlossenen Stoffpanel vorgesehen, wobei das Stoffpanel einen Sitz- und Rückenstützbereich für das Baby oder Kleinkind definiert. Demnach umfasst die Tragevorrichtung mindestens einen Hüftgurt, welcher um die Hüfte des Trägers gelegt wird und während des Tragens eines Babys oder Kleinkinds verschlossen wird. Außerdem sind an dem Hüftgurt mindestens zwei Schulterbänder angeordnet, welche um die Schultern des Trägers gelegt werden, um das zu tragende Gewicht optimal auf die Bereiche der Schulter, der Brust und im Bereich des Rückens der tragenden Person verteilt werden.
  • Beide Schultergurte können durch einen weiteren Gurt mittels einer Steckverbindung verbunden werden. Beispielsweise kann es sich hierbei um einen Brust- oder Rückengurt handeln. Dies hängt davon ab, ob das Baby oder Kleinkind am Bauch des Trägers bzw. am Rücken des Trägers angelegt wird. Zwischen den Schulterbändern der Tragevorrichtung erstreckt sich ein Stoffpanel, welches zusätzlich am Hüftgurt angeschlossen ist. Dieses Stoffpanel definiert mindestens einen Sitz- und Rückenstützbereich für das Baby oder das Kleinkind. Bei dem Sitzbereich handelt es sich um den Bereich des Stoffpanels, welcher an die Anatomie des Babys oder Kindes, insbesondere an die Anatomie des Baby- oder Kinder-Gesäßes angepasst ist. Beim Rückenstützbereich handelt es sich um den Bereich des Stoffpanels, welcher zur Stützung des Rückens sowie des Nackenbereiches des Kindes dient.
  • Erfindungsgemäß ist der Anschlussbereich des Stoffpanels innerhalb einer öffenbaren Hüftgurttasche angeordnet. Bei dem Anschlussbereich handelt es sich demnach um den Bereich des Stoffpanels, welcher den Bereich definiert, welcher mit dem Hüftgurt verbunden bzw. verbindbar ist.
  • Bei der öffenbaren Hüftgurttasche handelt es sich demnach um eine taschenartige Aufnahme, welche öffenbar und vorzugsweise auch verschließbar ausgebildet ist. Die Hüftgurttasche kann einen Abschnitt des Hüftgurtes bilden. Außerdem ist es denkbar, dass sich der Hüftgurt durch die Hüftgurttasche hindurch erstreckt. Die Tasche ist vorzugsweise an der Unterseite, d.h. an der zum tragenden Kind bzw. tragenden Baby weg gerichteten Seite dauerhaft verschlossen ausgebildet. D.h. die Öffnung der Hüftgurttasche ist wiederum auf der zum tragenden Baby bzw. zum tragenden Kleinkind hin gerichteten Seite bzw. Kante der Hüftgurttasche ausgebildet. Sofern die Hüftgurttasche beispielsweise einen Abschnitt des Hüftgurtes bildet, kann die Hüftgurttasche auf den Hüftgurt aufgebracht, insbesondere aufgenäht, sein. Sofern sich der Hüftgurt durch die Hüftgurttasche hindurch erstreckt, ist es beispielsweise denkbar, dass der Hüftgurt auf beiden Seiten mit zusätzlichen Elementen versehen wird, bzw. dass beidseitig des Hüftgurts Elemente, wie z. B. gepolsterte Stoffelemente, vorgesehen sind, welche eine Hüftgurttasche bilden.
  • Der Anschlussbereich des Stoffpanels weist vorzugsweise einen schlauchförmigen Abschnitt auf bzw. umfasst einen schlauchförmigen Abschnitt, durch den sich entweder der sich innerhalb der Hüftgurttasche befindliche Teil des Hüftgurtes oder ein innerhalb der Hüftgurttasche gesondert angeordnetes Gurtband hindurch erstreckt. In anderen Worten ist der Anschlussbereich des Stoffpanels zumindest abschnittsweise schlauchförmig ausgebildet, wobei sich durch den schlauchförmigen Abschnitt ein Gurt hindurch erstreckt. Bei diesem Gurt kann es sich um den in der Hüftgurttasche befindlichen Teil des Hüftgurtes oder ein innerhalb der Hüftgurttasche gesondert angeordnetes Gurtband handeln.
  • In einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung kann die Hüftgurttasche aus zusätzlich gepolstertem Material gebildet sein, so dass der Tragekomfort bei dem Träger des Babys oder Kleinkinds im Hüftbereich entsprechend erhöht wird. Des Weiteren ist es möglich, dass in der Hüftgurttasche bzw. auf der Hüftgurttasche zusätzliche Gurtbänder eingearbeitet bzw. angebracht sind, um die Hüftgurttasche entsprechend zu verstärken.
  • Vorzugsweise ist die Breite des Stoffpanels, vorzugsweise die Breite des Anschlussbereiches des Stoffpanels, an dem sich innerhalb der Hüftgurttasche befindlichen Teil des Hüftgurtes oder des gesondert angeordneten Gurtbandes einstellbar. In anderen Worten kann die Breite des Stoffpanels im Anschlussbereich des Stoffpanels eingestellt werden, wobei das Einstellen an dem sich innerhalb der Hüftgurttasche befindlichen Teil des Hüftgurtes oder des gesondert angeordneten Gurtbandes vornehmbar ist.
  • Die Einstellung der Breite des Stoffpanels erfolgt durch mehr oder weniger weites Zusammenschieben oder Auseinanderziehen des schlauchförmigen Abschnittes, über den sich innerhalb der Hüftgurttasche befindlichen Teil des Hüftgurts oder des gesondert angeordneten Gurtbandes. Das Stoffpanel ist in anderen Worten an die Größe des Babys bzw. des Kleinkindes anpassbar, wobei die Breite des Stoffpanels durch Auseinanderziehen oder Zusammenschieben des Paneels eingestellt wird. Da das Stoffpanel um ein Gurtband, bei dem es sich um einen Teil des Hüftgurtes oder um ein gesondert angeordnetes Gurtband handeln kann, schlauchförmig herumgeführt ist, kann der schlauchförmige Abschnitt des Stoffpanels, welcher den Anschlussbereich des Stoffpanels darstellt, über den Gurt zusammengeschoben oder auseinandergezogen werden.
  • In anderen Worten kann dieser schlauchförmige Abschnitt entlang des sich innerhalb der Hüftgurttasche befindlichen Teils des Hüftgurtes oder entlang des gesondert angeordneten Gurtbandes zusammengerafft oder auseinandergezogen werden. So ist die gewünschte Einstellung der Breite des Stoffpanels für verschiedene Baby- oder Kleinkind-Größen möglich.
  • Den beiden äußeren Enden des Anschlussbereiches des Stoffpanels sind vorzugsweise Fixiermittel, insbesondere Druckknopfelemente zur stufenweisen Fixierung oder Klettbänder zur stufenlosen Fixierung oder dergleichen, zugeordnet, die mit komplementären Fixiermitteln an dem sich innerhalb der Hüftgurttasche befindlichen Teil des Hüftgurtes oder des gesondert angeordneten Gurtbandes, zum Zwecke der Breiteneinstellung des Stoffpanels, zusammenwirken. Bei den beiden äußeren Enden des Anschlussbereiches des Stoffpanels handelt es sich um die beiden äußeren Enden des schlauchförmigen Abschnitts des Stoffpanels, also um die den Öffnungen des schlauchförmigen Abschnitts nahegelegenen Bereichen. Die beiden äußeren Enden des Anschlussbereiches bzw. die beiden äußeren Enden des schlauchförmigen Abschnitts weisen Fixiermittel auf, wobei diese Fixiermittel komplementär zu Fixiermitteln ausgebildet sind, welche an dem sich innerhalb der Hüftgurttasche befindlichen Teil des Hüftgurtes oder an dem gesondert angeordneten Gurtband befindlich sind.
  • Bei den Fixiermitteln des Stoffpanels kann es sich beispielsweise um Druckknopfelmente, wie z. B. Druckknopf-Vertiefungen handeln, welche eine stufenweise Fixierung des Stoffpanels an die Hüftgurttasche ermöglichen. Außerdem ist es möglich, dass als Fixiermittel Klettbänder Verwendung finden, welche eine stufenlose Fixierung ermöglichen. An dem sich innerhalb der Hüftgurttasche befindlichen Teil des Hüftgurtes oder an dem gesondert angeordneten Gurtband sind demnach zu Druckknopfelementen bzw. Klettbändern komplementäre Fixiermittel befindlich.
  • Es ist denkbar, dass relativ zur Mitte des sich innerhalb der Hüftgurttasche angeordneten Teils des Hüftgurtes oder des gesondert angeordneten Gurtbandes zu jeder Seite wenigstens zwei, insbesondere drei, insbesondere vier, insbesondere fünf, insbesondere sechs, im Abstand voneinander angeordnete Druckknopfelemente, wie z. B. Druckknopfköpfe, vorgesehen sind. Durch Anordnung bzw. Ausbildung von an jeder Seite wenigstens sechs Druckknopfelementen, d.h. durch Ausbildung von insgesamt 12 Druckknopfelementen, kann ein Rückenpaneel, welches eine komplementäre Anzahl von Druckknopfelementen aufweist, sechsfach verstellt werden. In anderen Worten sind sechs verschiedene Breiteneinstellungen im Zusammenhang mit dem Stoffpanel möglich. Von der Erfindung werden auch derartige Ausführungsformen umfasst, welche am Stoffpanel Druckknopköpfe und an der Hüftgurttasche, insbesondere an dem darin befindlichen Hüftgurt und/oder gesonderten Gurt, entsprechende Druckknopfvertiefungen umfassen.
  • Die Einstellung bzw. Breiteneinstellung des Stoffpanels erfolgt durch entsprechende Fixierung im Inneren bzw. innerhalb der Hüftgurttasche. Vorzugsweise ist die Hüftgurttasche verschließbar ausgebildet. Ein Verschließen der Hüftgurttasche kann beispielsweise mittels Klettverschluss und/oder mittels Druckknöpfen und/oder mittels Haken/Ösenverbindung und/oder mittels Reißverschlüssen erfolgen.
  • In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung sind an der Oberseite der Hüftgurttasche mindestens zwei Reißverschlüsse vorgesehen. Bei der Oberseite der Hüftgurttasche handelt es sich um die eine Öffnung aufweisende Seite der Hüftgurttasche, also um die Seite der Hüftgurttasche, welche zum Gesäß bzw. in Richtung des Babys bzw. des Kleinkindes weist. Die beiden Reißverschlüsse sind vorzugsweise an den beiden äußeren Enden der Oberseite der Hüftgurttasche ausgebildet. Es kann vorgesehen sein, dass im Bereich des Stoffpanels bzw. im Anschlussbereich des Stoffpanels an die Hüftgurttasche kein Reißverschluss angeordnet ist, so dass beispielsweise ein entsprechender Verschleiß des Stoffpanels durch Wetzen an einem Reißverschluss vermieden wird.
  • Theoretisch ist es denkbar, dass die Hüftgurttasche ausreichend groß zur Aufnahme von Babyartikeln, wie Cremedosen, Wickeleinlagen etc. ist. In anderen Worten weist die Hüftgurttasche eine derartige Größe auf, um zur zusätzlichen Aufnahme von Babyartikeln zu dienen.
  • Außerdem ist es möglich, dass in der Hüftgurttasche eine Neugeborenen-Einlage fixierbar ist. Eine Neugeborenen-Einlage dient dem Abstützen bzw. der zusätzlichen Stützung des Körpers eines Neugeborenen. Als Neugeborene werden in der Regel Säuglinge in den ersten vier Lebenswochen bezeichnet. Eine Neugeborenen-Einlage ist demnach an die Größe und das Gewicht eines Neugeborenen angepasst, so dass mit der erfindungsgemäßen Tragevorrichtung sowohl Babys, insbesondere auch Neugeborene, und auch Kleinkinder getragen werden können, da in der öffenbaren Hüftgurttasche sowohl eine Breiteneinstellung des Stoffpanels möglich ist, als auch eine Neugeborenen-Einlage im Hüftgurt fixiert werden kann. Sofern eine Neugeborenen-Einlage zum Tragen eines Babys mit der Tragevorrichtung nicht (mehr) notwendig ist, kann die Neugeborenen-Einlage, insbesondere eingerollt, in der Hüftgurttasche verstaut werden.
  • Weitere Ausführungsformen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen.
  • Nachfolgend wird die Erfindung anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels beschrieben, das anhand der Abbildungen näher erläutert wird. Hierbei zeigen:

  • In der nachfolgenden Beschreibung werden für gleiche und gleich wirkende Teile dieselben Bezugsziffern verwendet.
  • Fig. 1 zeigt eine erfindungsgemäße Tragevorrichtung für ein Baby oder Kleinkind mit einem verschließbaren Hüftgurt 10. Vom Hüftgurt 10 sind schematisch zwei Einzelsegmente dargestellt, welche über eine nicht dargestellte Schnalle miteinander verbindbar bzw. verschließbar sind, so dass ein verschließbarer Hüftgurt 10 gebildet wird. Die erfindungsgemäße Tragevorrichtung weist des Weiteren mindestens zwei an dem Hüftgurt 10 angeordnete Schulterbänder (nicht dargestellt) auf. Zwischen den Schulterbändern erstreckt sich ein Stoffpanel 11, welches am Hüftgurt 10 angeschlossen ist.
  • Das Stoffpanel definiert einen Sitz- und einen Rückenstützbereich für das Baby oder das zu tragende Kleinkind, wobei in Fig. 1 lediglich der Sitzbereich 12 dargestellt ist. Der Sitzbereich 12 ist vorzugsweise derart ausgebildet, damit sich eine Ausformung im Bereich des Gesäßes des Babys oder des Kleinkinds bildet, beispielsweise derart, dass sich eine nach außen gerichtete Wölbung bildet und das Gesäß des Babys tiefer als die Knie des Kindes liegen. Eine derartige Wölbung ist insbesondere beim Tragen von Neugeborenen Vorteilhaft.
  • Das Stoffpanel weist des Weiteren einen Anschlussbereich 13 auf, wobei dieser Anschlussbereich 13 des Stoffpanels erfindungsgemäß innerhalb einer öffenbaren Hüftgurttasche 14 angeordnet ist.
  • Die Hüftgurttasche 14 kann einen Abschnitt des Hüftgurtes 10 bilden. Des Weiteren ist es möglich, dass sich der Hüftgurt 10 durch die Hüftgurttasche 14 hindurch erstreckt. Bezüglich der unterschiedlichen Ausbildungsformen einer Hüftgurttasche wird auf die Fig. 2a und 2b verwiesen.
  • Im Anschlussbereich 13 des Stoffpanels 11 ist ein schlauchförmiger Abschnitt 15 umfasst, durch den sich im dargestellten Beispiel der in der Hüftgurttasche 14 befindliche Teil des Hüftgurtes 10 oder beispielsweise alternativ ein innerhalb der Hüftgurttasche 14 gesondert angeordnetes Gurtband hindurch erstreckt.
  • Die Breite B des Stoffpanels 11 ist an dem sich innerhalb der Hüftgurttasche 14 befindlichen Teil des Hüftgurtes 10 oder eines gesondert angeordneten Gurtbandes einstellbar. Die Einstellung der Breite B des Stoffpanels 11 erfolgt durch mehr oder weniger weites Zusammenschieben oder Auseinanderziehen des schlauchförmigen Abschnitts 15 über den sich innerhalb der Hüftgurttasche 14 befindlichen Teil des Hüftgurtes 10 oder eben des gesondert angeordneten, in Fig. 1 nicht dargestellten Gurtbandes. Den beiden äußeren Enden 16 des Anschlussbereiches 13 des Stoffpanels 11, welche auch die beiden äußeren Enden 16 des schlauchförmigen Abschnittes 15 des Stoffpanels 11 darstellen, sind Fixiermittel, im vorliegenden Fall Druckknopf-Vertiefungen 17 zur stufenweisen Fixierung zugeordnet, wobei die an den äußeren Enden 16 befindlichen Fixiermittel, also die Druckknopf-Vertiefungen, mit komplementären Fixiermitteln, also Druckknopfköpfen 18, welche an dem sich innerhalb der Hüftgurttasche 14 befindlichen Teil des Hüftgurtes 10 angeordnet sind zum Zwecke der Einstellung der Breite B des Stoffpanels 11 zusammenwirken.
  • Relativ zur Mitte M des sich innerhalb der Hüftgurttasche 14 angeordneten Teils des Hüftgurtes 10 oder eines nicht dargestellten, gesondert angeordneten Gurtbandes, sind zu jeder Seite wenigstens zwei, im vorliegenden Fall sechs, im Abstand a voneinander angeordnete Druckknopf-Elemente bzw. Druckknopf-Fixiermittel, nämlich Druckknopfköpfe 18 vorgesehen. Der Abstand a der Druckknopfköpfe 18 zueinander entspricht dem Abstand c der jeweils an einem äußeren Ende 16 des Anschlussbereiches 13 des Stoffpanels 11 befindlichen Druckknopf-Vertiefungen 17. Demnach sind im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel an jedem äußeren Ende 16 zwei Druckknopf-Elemente bzw. Druckknopf-Fixiermittel, nämlich Druckknopf-Vertiefungen 17 ausgebildet, so dass die auf die äußeren Enden des Anschlussbereiches 13 wirkenden Kräfte gleichmäßig verteilt werden können und zusätzlich eine Doppelsicherung bezüglich zwei nebeneinander angeordneter Druckknopf-Vertiefungen 17 vorliegt.
  • Nach dem Einstellen der Breite B des Stoffpanels 11 durch mehr oder weniger weites Zusammenschieben oder Auseinanderziehen des schlauchförmigen Abschnittes 15 über dem sich innerhalb der Hüftgurttasche 14 befindlichen Teil des Hüftgurtes 10 kann nach Erreichen der gewünschten Stoffpanel-Breite B die Fixierung des Anschlussbereiches 13 des Stoffpanels 11 innerhalb der geöffneten Hüftgurttasche 14 durch Druckknopf-Fixierung erfolgen.
  • Für eine stufenlose Fixierung des Anschlussbereiches des Stoffpanels können die beiden äußeren Enden des Anschlussbereiches 16 beispielsweise ein Klettband aufweisen, welches mit einem komplementären Fixiermittel, nämlich einem Vlies, welches sich an einem Hüftgurt oder an einem gesondert angeordneten Gurtband innerhalb der Hüftgurttasche befindet, zusammenwirkt.
  • Im vorliegenden Fall wird die Hüftgurttasche 14 durch ein gefaltetes und eine Öffnung 19 bildendes gepolstertes Stoffelement 20 gebildet. Das gepolsterte Stoffelement 20 sorgt im Bereich des Hüftgurtes für eine zusätzliche Polsterung und einen entsprechenden Tragekomfort beim Träger. An den äußeren Enden 21 des gepolsterten Stoffelementes 20 sind die umgeklappten Stoffelement-Lagen miteinander fixiert, insbesondere vernäht. Der Hüftgurt 10 kann innerhalb der Hüftgurttasche 14 ebenfalls fixiert, insbesondere vernäht sein.
  • Vorzugsweise ist die Hüftgurttasche 14 verschließbar ausgebildet. Hierzu sind an der Oberseite 22 der Hüftgurttasche 14 mindestens zwei Reißverschlüsse 23 vorgesehen. Die Reißverschlüsse 23 erstrecken sich vorzugsweise ausgehend von den äußeren Enden 21 des gepolsterten Stoffelementes 20 bis zum Stoffpanel 11. Die Mitte M des Hüftgurtes 10 bzw. die Breite B des Stoffpanels 11 wird vorzugsweise nicht mit einem Reißverschluss verschlossen, da dies zu entsprechenden Beschädigungen am Stoffpanel 11 führen könnte.
  • Die Hüftgurttasche 14 ist vorzugsweise ausreichend groß bemessen, so dass Baby-Artikel wie Cremedosen, Wickeleinlagen etc. in der Hüftgurttasche verstaut werden können.
  • In der Hüftgurttasche 14 ist des Weiteren eine Neugeborenen-Einlage 24 fixierbar. Die Neugeborenen-Einlage 24 dient zur zusätzlichen Stützung des kleinen neugeborenen Körpers, so dass es bei Nichtverwendung bzw. entsprechender Größe des Babys eingerollt innerhalb der Hüftgurttasche 14 verstaubar ist. Um einen ausreichenden Halt des Neugeborenen mittels einer Neugeborenen-Einlage 24 zu gewährleisten, ist die Neugeborenen-Einlage 24 zumindest an dem gepolsterten Stoffelement 20, vorzugsweise an einem verstärkenden Gurtband, fixiert. Dies kann mit Hilfe eines Klettbandes oder eines Druckknopfes oder eines Häkchen/Ösen-Fixierelementes erfolgen.
  • In den Fig. 2a und b sind verschiedenen Ausführungsmöglichkeiten hinsichtlich der Hüftgurttasche und dem Hüftgurt dargestellt.
  • In Fig. 2a sind zwei Hüftgurtabschnitte 10a und 10b, nämlich ein linker Hüftgurtabschnitt 10a und ein rechter Hüftgurtabschnitt 10b dargestellt. Die Hüftgurttasche 14 ist mit dem linken Hüftgurtabschnitt 10a und dem rechten Hüftgurtabschnitt 10b verbunden. Vorzugsweise ist die Hüftgurttasche 14 mit den Hüftgurtabschnitten 10a und 10b vernäht und/oder verklebt. Innerhalb der dargestellten Hüftgurttasche 14 ist ein gesondertes Gurtband 25 angeordnet. Das gesondert angeordnete Gurtband 25 kann mit der Hüftgurttasche 14 vernäht und/oder verklebt sein.
  • In Fig. 2b ist die Hüftgurttasche 14 als Abschnitt des Hüftgurtes 10 gebildet, wobei sich der Hüftgurt 10 durch die Hüftgurttasche 14 hindurch erstreckt.
  • Theoretisch ist es denkbar, dass in einer Hüftgurttasche 14 sowohl zumindest abschnittsweise ein Hüftgurt 10 und zusätzlich mindestens ein weiteres gesondert angeordnetes Gurtband 25 befindlich ist.
  • In Fig. 3 ist gemäß einer schematischen Schnittdarstellung der schlauchförmige Abschnitt 15 eines Stoffpanels 11 dargestellt, wobei zur Bildung des schlauchförmigen Abschnittes 15 der Anschlussbereich 13 des Stoffpanels 11 um den Hüftgurt 10 geführt bzw. gewickelt wird, so dass bei Verbindung bzw. Fixierung des Endabschnitts 26 des Stoffpanels 11 mit dem umgeschlagenen Stoffpanel 11 ein schlauchförmiger Abschnitt 15 gebildet wird, durch den sich der sich innerhalb einer Hüftgurttasche 14 befindliche Teil des Hüftgurtes 10 hindurch erstreckt. Ebenfalls zu erkennen ist ein am Stoffpanel 11 angeordneter Druckknopfkopf 18 sowie eine komplementär dazu ausgebildete Druckknopf-Vertiefung 17, welche am Hüftgurt 10 befindlich bzw. ausgebildet ist.
  • An dieser Stelle sei darauf hingewiesen, dass alle oben im Zusammenhang mit den Ausführungsformen gemäß Fig. 1-3 beschriebenen Teile für sich alleine gesehen oder in jeder Kombination, insbesondere die in den Zeichnungen dargestellten Details, als erfindungswesentlich beansprucht werden. Abänderungen hiervon sind dem Fachmann geläufig.

Claims (11)

  1. Tragevorrichtung für ein Baby oder Kleinkind, mit einem verschließbaren Hüftgurt (10), mindestens zwei an dem Hüftgurt (10) angeordneten Schulterbändern sowie einem sich zwischen den Schulterbändern erstreckenden und am Hüftgurt (10) angeschlossenen Stoffpanel (11), welches einen Sitz (12)- und Rückenstützbereich für das Baby oder Kleinkind definiert,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Anschlussbereich (13) des Stoffpanels (11) innerhalb einer öffenbaren Hüftgurttasche (14) angeordnet ist, wobei der Anschlussbereich den Bereich definiert, welcher mit dem Hüftgurt verbunden bzw. verbindbar ist.
  2. Tragevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Hüftgurttasche (14) einen Abschnitt des Hüftgurtes (10) bildet.
  3. Tragevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    sich der Hüftgurt (10) durch die Hüftgurttasche (14) hindurcherstreckt.
  4. Tragevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Anschlussbereich (13) des Stoffpanels (11) einen schlauchförmigen Abschnitt (15) umfasst, durch den sich entweder der sich innerhalb der Hüftgurttasche (14) befindliche Teil des Hüftgurtes (10) oder ein innerhalb der Hüftgurttasche (14) gesondert angeordnetes Gurtband (25) hindurcherstreckt.
  5. Tragevorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Breite (B) des Stoffpanels (11) an dem sich innerhalb der Hüftgurttasche (14) befindlichen Teil des Hüftgurtes (11) oder des gesondert angeordneten Gurtbandes (25) einstellbar ist.
  6. Tragevorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Einstellung der Breite (B) des Stoffpanels (11) durch mehr oder weniger weites Zusammenschieben oder Auseinanderziehen des schlauchförmigen Abschnitts (15) über den sich innerhalb der Hüftgurttasche (14) befindlichen Teil des Hüftgurts (10) oder des gesondert angeordneten Gurtbandes (25) erfolgt.
  7. Tragevorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    den beiden äußeren Enden (16) des Anschlussbereichs (13) des Stoffpanels (11) Fixiermittel, insbesondere Druckknopfteilelemente (17) zur stufenweisen Fixierung, oder Klettbänder zur stufenlosen Fixierung, oder dgl. zugeordnet sind, die mit komplementären Fixiermitteln (18) an dem sich innerhalb der Hüftgurttasche (14) befindlichen Teil des Hüftgurtes (10) oder des gesondert angeordneten Gurtbandes (25), zum Zwecke der Breiteneinstellung des Stoffpanels (11), zusammenwirken.
  8. Tragevorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    relativ zur Mitte (M) des sich innerhalb der Hüftgurttasche (14) angeordneten Teils des Hüftgurtes (10) oder des gesondert angeordneten Gurtbandes (25) zu jeder Seite wenigstens zwei, insbesondere drei, insbesondere vier, inbesondere fünf, besonders bevorzugt sechs, im Abstand voneinander angeordnete Druckknopfteilelemente (18) vorgesehen sind.
  9. Tragevorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    mindestens zwei Reißverschlüsse (23) an der Oberseite (22) der Hüftgurttasche (14) vorgesehen sind.
  10. Tragevorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Hüftgurttasche (14) ausreichend groß bemessen zur Aufnahme von Babyartikeln, wie Cremedosen, Wickeleinlagen, etc., ist.
  11. Tragevorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    in der Hüftgurttasche (14) eine Neugeborenen-Einlage (24) fixierbar ist.
