Claims (7)

  1. Procédé servant à mettre en place des plaques de fermeture dans une fermeture coulissante pour un récipient contenant de la matière fondue métallique, où une unité tiroir (12) pouvant être coulissée de manière longitudinale est gauchie au moyen d'un entraînement contre un boîtier de tiroir (11), dans lesquels respectivement au moins une plaque de fermeture (13, 14) réfractaire est insérée, qui sont pressées les unes contre les autres, dans lequel les plaques de fermeture (13, 14) sont bloquées ou centrées à l'intérieur respectivement au moyen d'un dispositif de mise en place (30) présentant un élément de positionnement (33) pouvant être coulissé, caractérisé en ce que
    l'unité tiroir (12) est gauchie contre le boîtier de tiroir (11) au moyen de l'entraînement et que, lors dudit gauchissement, les plaques de fermeture (13, 14) sont soit enserrées soit centrées dans le boîtier de tiroir (11) ou dans l'unité tiroir (12) par le dispositif de mise en place (30) respectif.
  2. Fermeture coulissante pour un récipient contenant de la matière fondue métallique, avec un boîtier de tiroir (11) et une unité tiroir (12) pouvant être coulissée de manière longitudinale par rapport à celui-ci, dans lesquels respectivement au moins une plaque de fermeture (13, 14) réfractaire peut être insérée, qui peuvent être poussées les unes contre les autres, en ce que l'unité tiroir (12) est maintenue contre le boîtier de tiroir (11) par des organes élastiques, dans laquelle les plaques de fermeture (13, 14) peuvent être bloquées ou centrées à l'intérieur respectivement au moyen d'un dispositif de mise en place (30) présentant un élément de positionnement (33) pouvant être coulissé, caractérisée en ce que

  3. Fermeture coulissante selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les rails de guidage (38, 39) réalisées au niveau de cames (38', 39') faisant saillie sont disposés au niveau de l'unité tiroir (12) ou au niveau du boîtier de tiroir (11) de telle sorte que d'une part, du fait d'un coulissement de l'unité tiroir dans le boîtier de tiroir, l'élément de positionnement (33) du dispositif de mise en place respectif (30) est mis en place au niveau de la plaque de fermeture (13, 14) correspondante ou est détaché de celle-ci.
  4. Fermeture coulissante selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de mise en place respectif (30) peut être inséré en tant que module de serrage ou de mise en place interchangeable dans le boîtier de tiroir (11) ou dans l'unité tiroir (12).
  5. Fermeture coulissante selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le boîtier (35) peut être placé dans un évidement dans le boîtier de tiroir (11) ou dans l'unité tiroir (12) et s'y fixe automatiquement, en ce qu'une partie longitudinale (43) reliée à l'élément de positionnement (33) est maintenue, à l'aide d'une came (43'), dans la position de serrage ou de centrage, lors du coulissement axial.
  6. Fermeture coulissante selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 2 à 5, caractérisée en ce que l'unité tiroir (12) présente de part et d'autre des plaques de fermeture (13, 14) respectivement un rail de guidage (23), sur lesquels les galets de guidage (21) prévus dans le boîtier de tiroir (11) glissent, dans laquelle l'unité tiroir (12) peut être coulissée dans une position située en dehors des positions ouverte et fermée, dans laquelle les rails de guidage (23) sont abaissées par rapport à celles sur la longueur de rail restante de la glissière par une rampe prévue chacune à une hauteur desserrant les organes élastiques, de sorte que ladite unité tiroir (12) soit détachée du boîtier de tiroir (11) après extension ou est resserrée lors du retrait.
  7. Fermeture coulissante selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que le boîtier (35) et les cames (38', 39') du dispositif de mise en place (30) sont positionnés par rapport aux rails de guidage (23) côté intérieur et aux rampes ou aux galets de guidage (21) respectivement dans l'unité tiroir (12) ou dans le boîtier de tiroir (11) dans la direction de coulissement de l'unité tiroir, de telle manière que dans un premier temps les galets de guidage (21) se déplacent sur les rampes et seulement ensuite la came (38') correspondante déclenche cet ajustement de l'élément d'entraînement (31) et ainsi ledit serrage ou ladite mise en place de l'élément de positionnement (33).
