Definitions

  • the invention relates to a method according to the preamble of claim 1, for mounting elevator components of an elevator installation in a vertical shaft of a building with the aid of a mounting system movable in the shaft, wherein the elevator installation has at least one car which can be moved along guide rails in the shaft.
  • the invention relates to a mounting system according to the preamble of claim 7 for carrying out the method.
  • Elevator systems comprise a series of elevator components which are mounted in a vertical shaft of a building.
  • elevator systems have guide rails which are fixed to a wall of the shaft and along which at least one car can be moved vertically upwards and downwards.
  • the assembly of the elevator components takes place in many cases in that first several mounting platforms are introduced into the shaft and fixed in the shaft in a shaft section. Lifting components, for example guide rails, are then mounted by means of the assembly platforms in a working area of the shaft accessible from the assembly platforms. Subsequently, the mounting platforms are dismantled and re-introduced and set in a higher shaft section in the shaft.
  • the assembly of the elevator components thus takes place in sections with recurring effort for the installation and removal of the mounting platforms.
  • the assembly can already be carried out while the building is still under construction. The effort for assembly increases with increasing delivery height. For buildings with high headroom, considerable set-up times are required for the assembly platforms. This is associated with considerable installation costs for the elevator system.
  • a mounting nacelle for the assembly of elevator components in a shaft.
  • the assembly nacelle is suspended in the shaft on a holding device and can be moved by means of a cable drive up and down to mount elevator components in the shaft.
  • false cars which can be suspended from a holding device fixed in the shaft and moved up and down by means of a cable drive.
  • False Cars are guided on already mounted guide rails and usually also have a safety gear on. Both assembly gondolas and false cars require a suspension device for suspension, which is fixed, for example, to an already completed shaft cover or to temporary supports or support points in the shaft.
  • the object of the present invention is to provide a method for assembling elevator components of an elevator installation and a mounting system for carrying out the method, which has shorter set-up times and less dependence on the construction progress of the shaft.
  • a mounting system is positioned in the shaft with a support platform and a mounting platform, which are arranged one above the other, and with a lifting and pulling device, wherein the support platform and the mounting platform fixed in the bay alternately be fixed and each not fixed fixed platform is offset by means of the lifting and pulling device relative to the stationary fixed platform in the vertical direction.
  • a mounting system which has a support platform and a mounting platform, which are connected to each other via a lifting and pulling device.
  • the lifting and pulling device By means of the lifting and pulling device, the vertical distance which the two platforms occupy to each other can be changed.
  • one of the two platforms is fixed in place in the shaft and the other platform is displaced relative to the stationary fixed platform in the shaft in the vertical direction.
  • the mounting platform forms a working platform which can be moved relative to the carrier platform in the shaft and from which elevator components can be mounted in the shaft. The installation of the elevator components is largely independent of the construction progress of the shaft.
  • the assembly of the elevator components can already be started at a time when the building is not yet completely finished. This makes it possible to mount elevator components already in a lower area of the building so that subsequently an elevator installation can be put into operation in this lower building area, whereas building measures are still carried out in an upper building area.
  • the movement of the mounting system can for example be such that in a first step, the support platform is fixed in a fixed position in the shaft stationary and that in a second step, the mounting platform is raised by means of the lifting and pulling device for mounting elevator components in the shaft and that in a third step, the mounting platform is fixed in a fixed position in the shaft stationary and that solved in a fourth step, the fixation of the support platform and the support platform by means of the lifting and pulling device pulled vertically upwards and fixed in a second position disposed above the first position again is fixed.
  • the support platform and / or the mounting platform are supported for their fixed fixation on the shaft wall or on support elements which are fixed to the shaft wall. It can be provided, for example, that the support platform and / or the mounting platform are fixed to niches or brackets of the shaft wall fixed or to steel beams that are fixed to the shaft wall.
  • the carrier platform and / or the mounting platform are fixed to their stationary fixation on the guide rails of the elevator system. It is particularly advantageous if both the support platform and the mounting platform are fixed to the guide rails, because this gives the possibility to move the complete mounting system caterpillar along the guide rails, wherein alternately the support platform and the mounting platform are fixed to the guide rails and not fixed platform is offset by means of the lifting and pulling device along the guide rails.
  • the guide rails are connected by means of connecting links in pairs end to end and the support platform and / or the mounting platform are supported for their fixed fixation on the connecting links.
  • the connecting links in addition to their function of connecting two guide rails that are directly adjacent to one another, also perform the function of exerting support forces on the support platform and / or the mounting platform. Via the connecting links, the forces exerted by the carrier platform and / or mounting platform can be directed to the guide rails and via these to the shaft bottom. This has the advantage that the shaft walls in the stationary fixation of the support platform and the mounting platform are not exposed to excessive loads.
  • the carrier platform is supported on first connecting links and in a second step the mounting platform is raised by means of the lifting and pulling device for mounting elevator components and in a third step is supported on second connecting links arranged above the first connecting links, and if, in a fourth step, the carrier platform is pulled vertically upward by means of the lifting and pulling device and is supported on further connecting links arranged above the first connecting links.
  • the carrier platform is supported in the fourth step on the second connecting links.
  • the mounting platform and the carrier platform are supported on the same links. This makes it possible to build the mounting system in the pit at the beginning of the installation of the elevator system and then to mount by means of the height-adjustable mounting platform in the shaft first and second guide rails one above the other, which are connected to each other via first links. Subsequently, the mounting platform can be supported on the first links and then the carrier platform can be pulled vertically upwards by means of the lifting and pulling device. The carrier platform can then also be supported on the first links.
  • the mounting platform can be raised by means of the lifting and pulling device and on the second guide rails third guide rails can be placed, which are connected by means of second connecting members with the second guide rails.
  • the mounting platform can then be supported on the second links and the carrier platform can then be retightened.
  • the carrier platform and the mounting platform are provided with first coupling means, which are releasably connected for supporting the carrier platform and the mounting platform to the connecting members with second coupling means, which are each fixed to a connecting member. This allows the mounting platform and the carrier platform to support the links via the first and second coupling means.

  • the support platform is raised by means of the lifting and pulling device in the direction of the mounting platform and also supported on the second connecting links.
  • the guide rails can be placed on each other, be connected by means of the connecting members and additionally fixed to the wall of the shaft, and the support platform and the mounting platform can be supported on the links, wherein the mounting system moves caterpillar in the slot.
  • the mutual fixation of the carrier platform and the mounting platform in the shaft not only allows the carrier platform and the mounting platform to move vertically upwards from the shaft pit, but it is also possible to move the carrier platform and the mounting platform vertically downwards.
  • This allows elevator components as well as assembly personnel to transport vertically upwards and also vertically downwards.
  • the mounting platform can be fixed in place in the shaft, and then the carrier platform can be lowered by means of the lifting and pulling device vertically downwards and then fixed in place also in the shaft.
  • the fixation of the mounting platform can be solved and the mounting platform can be lowered by means of the lifting and pulling device down.
  • the mounting platform can be fixed again and then the support platform can be further lowered.
  • a lifting device is fixed to the carrier platform for lifting elevator components.

  • Such a mounting system has the advantage that an assembly of elevator components in a shaft of a building can already be done even before the building is completely completed.
  • the two platforms can be moved by means of the lifting and pulling device in the manner of a bead in the shaft.
  • the mounting platform can form a working platform, from which the elevator components, in particular guide rails, can be mounted in the shaft.
  • the support platform and / or the mounting platform can be supported on the shaft wall or on support elements which are fixed to the shaft wall. • the second coupling devices can each be placed onto a connecting element, via which two guide rails can be connected to each other at the end.
  • the connecting members are preferably positively connected to the guide rails of the elevator system.
  • the connecting members are each U-shaped and surround the mutually facing end regions of two adjacent guide rails.
  • each of the first coupling means comprises two arms which are movably supported on the support platform and on the mounting platform, respectively, so that they can be moved back and forth between a rest position and a working position.

  • the support platform comprises a support plate and two of the support plate vertically upstanding supports, each one carry first coupling device.
  • the lifting and pulling device may be fixed, which carries the mounting platform at its upper end facing away from the support plate. If the support platform is raised in the direction of the mounting platform, the supports protruding upwards from the support plate allow the first coupling devices of the support platform, which are preferably arranged at the free ends of the supports, to be connected to the second coupling devices already connected to the first coupling devices connected to the mounting platform.
