Definitions
- the invention relates to a safety binding system for detachably fixing a ski boot on a ski with an adjustable triggering mechanism and fixed mounting elements according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Ski bindings include a toe hold unit, also referred to as a toe piece, and a heel hold unit, also referred to as heel hold, for holding ski boots conforming to certain standards.
- Such standards are specified, for example, in the German industrial standard (DIN ISO 5355).
- DIN ISO 5355 German industrial standard
- These standardized ski boots have a front attachment area for interfacing with the toe bindings of the ski binding and a rear attachment area for cooperation with the heel hold of the ski binding.
- the sole underside of the standard ski boot is flat.
- the front contact surface and the rear contact surface of the ski binding therefore usually extend in a plane parallel to the ski. Due to this design, the ski boot can not be adjusted with regard to the anatomy and the movement comfort for the wearer. Accordingly, the movement is difficult when walking with these standardized ski boots.
- DE 31 22 577 A1 discloses a safety ski binding system with a ski boot for releasably fixing the ski boot on a ski with an adjustable triggering mechanism and fixed support elements, wherein on the ski boot two each Rasstiata projecting laterally from the ski are arranged, which cooperate with a skifesten formed as a heel holder support member.
- the integrated in the ski boot locking elements in the heel of the ski boot are firmly and immovably anchored.
- the adjustable triggering mechanism is formed by a so-called forefoot binding member consisting of a rotatable roller mounted on a vertical shaft, which in turn is mounted on a slide shoe inside the base plate. This shoe is biased by a spring in the direction of the verse binding member and slidable in a guide.
- CH 644 026 A5 and EP 1 050 326 A1 disclose safety bindings with a heel support that features two parallel holding jaws designed to receive side-by-side support rollers.
- FR 2 251 343 A1 discloses a binding concept with a ski boot which has spring-loaded pins in the ski boot which emerge in pairs from the ski boot tip and from the back of the ski boot and cooperate with correspondingly shaped rollers which are removed on the ski side.
- AT 302 122 B discloses a safety binding system in which four spring-loaded latches are provided in the boot sole of the ski boot. In these spring-loaded locking spring-loaded locking balls are pressed into ski workede pots.
- the object of the present invention is therefore to provide a safety ski binding system in which the ski boot to be fixed no longer has to correspond to the ski boot sole standard, but in which the shoe sole can be designed better in terms of anatomy and movement comfort in order to give the skier better freedom of movement while running to allow with the ski boots.
- This object is achieved by aticiansski Kunststoffssystem with the features of claim 1.
- the safety ski binding system for detachably fixing a ski boot on a ski consists of an adjustable triggering mechanism and fixed mounting elements. On the ski boot two each of the ski boot protruding locking elements are arranged, which cooperate with a skifesten trained as a heel holder support member. Due to the redesign of the safety ski binding system, it is possible to adapt the ski boot sole to improve the movement comfort for the skier on his anatomy, ie, perform curved over the tread surface area or bevelled.
- the adjustable trigger mechanism is integrated in each case in the ski boot.
- the adjustable release mechanism is then coupled ski-side with the skifesten trained as a heel holder mounting element when entering the ski.
- the adjustable trigger mechanism on one of the two laterally from the ski boot protruding relative to this longitudinally displaceable locking elements acted upon actuating mechanism.
- the latching elements can advantageously be respectively rotatably mounted on bolt locking rollers.
- the actuating mechanism itself may be formed by at least one spring element and / or at least one spring-damper element.
- magnetic or electronic mechanisms can be used which form the actuating mechanism via corresponding sensors, for example pressure sensors.
- the adjustable trigger mechanism is formed in a heel part of the ski boot, which forms a unit with a shell substantially forming the ski boot.
- a front part having a fixing and releasing strip can form a unit with the shell essentially forming the ski boot.
- the at least one actuating mechanism can be adjustable against two sliders which are displaceable relative to each other via an adjusting mechanism in order to adjust the contact pressure of the locking rollers.
- the skifesten fixed support members may have two with respect to the ski center axis opposite locking scenes for receiving the locking elements.
- the locking scenes are each arranged laterally on a rotatable relative to the ski turntable.
- the skifesten fixed support members have, according to a further preferred embodiment of the invention on toe, which are designed as a rigid sole retainer, which cooperates with the fixing and release strip having front part.
- the front jaws may each have lateral guide rollers whose axes of rotation are aligned perpendicular to the ski, so that here a lateral release of the ski boot is supported.
- the ski binding system described above can be implemented as a modular integrated ski binding shoe system.
- the actuating element embodied by way of example as a spring tensioning element is integrated in the heel of the ski boot sole.
- the ski boot cooperates with the fixed binding element, which can be advantageously formed as a binding element plate, which includes the toe holding unit and the heel holding unit.
- This plate containing the binding elements can be easily connected to the ski if it has respective undercuts forming elevated areas, in which the binding plate can be positively received (see EP 1 674 138 B1 which is referred to).
- the setting of the bond release value, d. H. the so-called Z-value be made directly on the ski boot. This leads to a distinct advantage, since the regularly made adaptation of the ski-side binding - especially in the rental area - is eliminated and the respective setting can be made individually in the ski boot of the skier.
- ski-side binding unit is significantly simplified, so that the system weight can be significantly reduced.
- the bond becomes more robust overall due to the simplified and reduced parts, and moreover, it can be produced more cheaply.
- the invention relates to a ski boot, which forms part of a safety binding system of the aforementioned type, said ski boot having a ski boot shell, in which a heel part with the locking elements and a front part with a fixing and release strip is integrated.
- FIGS. 1 to 6 a variant embodiment of the invention.
- the most skimpy fixed binding components are shown consisting of the toe cheeks (also referred to as the toe holder unit) 12 and the heel cup (also referred to as the heel holder unit) 14.
- the toe cheeks also referred to as the toe holder unit
- the heel cup also referred to as the heel holder unit
- the toe 12 and the heel holder 14 engages a ski boot, of which in FIG. 1 only the sole region 16 is shown.
- the sole region 16 is not formed flat on its underside, but in some areas chamfers or vaults 18, so that the entire ski boot is anatomically better adapted to the skier.
- the shaping of the underside of the ski boot sole is provided in such a way that the skier can "roll" better when running in the ski boots, so that even less experienced skiers when running in the ski boots have maximum comfort of movement and a high degree of movement safety. The risk of falling or injury - for example, when climbing stairs - therefore decreases significantly.
- the adjustable release mechanism 20 of the safety ski binding system 10 is arranged in the sole region 16 of the ski boot.
- the trigger mechanism consists of two parallel compression springs 22 which act in a manner to be described in more detail below on two laterally protruding from the ski boot sole 16 locking elements 24.
- the locking elements are designed as locking rollers 24 which are rotatably mounted about bolts 26.
- the bolts 26 in turn are arranged longitudinally displaceable in corresponding slots 28 in the sole region 16.
- At 30 is in the FIG. 1 denotes an adjustment mechanism over which the contact pressure of the locking rollers 24 is adjustable. About this contact pressure, the binding trigger value (so-called Z value) can be set.
- a spring-damping mechanism may be provided, in which additionally an oil damper is installed.
- a magnetic, electromagnetic or electronically releasable actuating mechanism can be provided here, in which the latching elements 24 are acted upon by the desired holding force via corresponding actuators and sensors.
- the release mechanism 20 is disposed in the region of the heel of the ski boot.
- the heel part of the sole region 16 is preferably integral with the locking elements 24 of the entire ski boot shell.
- a front part 32 Opposite the heel part of the sole region 16 of the ski boot is a front part 32, which has a correspondingly shaped fixing and releasing strip 34.
- the fixing and release strip 34 has oblique release surfaces 36 (see. FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 ) as well as rounded side edges 38 (cf. FIG. 1 ) on.
- the trained on the front part 32 fixing and release bar 34 cooperates with the toe 12.
- the structure of the toe 12 is shown in detail in the FIGS. 3 and 4 shown.
- inclined surfaces 40 which cooperate with the oblique release surfaces 36 of the fixing and release strip 34 (see. FIG. 1 or. FIG. 6 ).
- the front jaws 12 each guide rollers 42, the axes of rotation are aligned perpendicular to the ski not shown here and thus also to the ski boot sole 16.
- These guide rollers 42 cooperate with the rounded side edges 38 of the fixing and release strip 34 for the lateral release of the ski binding system.
- FIG. 5 shows a representation of the fixed to the ski heel holder 14 as a single component.
- This heel holder is arranged relative to the ski on a turntable, not shown. This means that the heel holder 14 can rotate about a central axis of rotation relative to the ski.
- the heel holder 14 has two locking lugs 44, which lie opposite one another relative to the ski center axis and which interact with the latching elements 24 designed as detent rollers. In doing so, the manner of interaction can be determined from the FIGS. 1 and 6 remove.
- the locking rollers 24 are shown in the locked position.
- the locking rollers engage in an adapted to the outer radius of the locking rollers 24 area 46 of the detent gate 44 a.
- the locking rollers 24 are held by the compression springs 22 in their locking position.
- FIG. 6 shows the situation when entering the ski boot, ie the sole area 16 of the ski boot shown here, in the ski binding.
- the front part 32 of the ski boot with its fixing and release strip 34 is pushed under the toe 12.
- the heel region of the sole region 16 is placed with its locking rollers 24 on the locking lugs 44 of the heel holder 14, which are correspondingly formed as an oblique edge 48 in the upper region on which the locking rollers 24 impinge upon depression of the sole region 16.
- the locking rollers 24 Upon depression of the heel region of the sole region 16, the locking rollers 24 roll along the oblique edges 48 of the locking lugs 44 of the heel holder 14 and are displaced against the force of the compression springs 22 along the elongated holes 28, so that the locking rollers 24 on further stepping down the heel region of the sole region 16th of the ski boot in the latching position accordingly FIG. 1 reach.
- the toe 12 and the heel holder 14 are connected to each other on a mounting plate 50.
- This mounting plate 50 can, as the basis of EP 1 674 138 B1 explained in detail, be connected to a ski, not shown here in a simple manner.
- the binding receiving plate 50 is integrated in the central area of the ski in which it is used as a load-bearing part by being enclosed in a form-fitting manner laterally by raised areas of the ski body. A longitudinal displacement relative to the ski is also prevented in a known manner via an additional screw or other securing element.
- a forward release occurs through the force of the heel upwards.
- the locking rollers 24 are pushed through the area 46 of the locking scenes forward and guided over the scenes upwards.
- the compression springs are relaxed and released the shoe from the binding.
