Claims (9)

  1. Racleur (11) pour un cylindre de travail d'une cage de laminoir, en particulier d'une cage de laminoir à chaud, dans lequel le racleur (11) présente une pointe de racleur (5) destinée à entrer en contact avec un cylindre de travail (1) de la cage de laminoir et un premier élément de protection (8) est prévu pour protéger le produit (10) soumis au laminage contre l'eau de refroidissement de la cage de laminoir, dans lequel un deuxième élément de protection (6) est prévu pour protéger le premier élément de protection (8) contre une sollicitation thermique via le produit (10) soumis au laminage, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément d'isolation (7) est disposé entre le premier élément de protection (8) et le deuxième élément de protection (6) pour l'isolation thermique des deux éléments de protection (6, 8) l'un par rapport à l'autre.
  2. Racleur selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le premier élément de protection (8) est disposé à l'écart du deuxième élément de protection (6), de préférence à une distance de 0,5 cm à 5 cm, de manière plus préférée à une distance de 1 cm à 4 cm, de manière encore plus préférée à une distance de 2 cm à 3 cm.
  3. Racleur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel on prévoit au moins un troisième élément de protection à l'écart du premier élément de protection (8) et/ou du deuxième élément de protection (6) et/ou au moins un deuxième élément d'isolation est disposé entre le troisième élément de protection et le premier et/ou le deuxième élément de protection.
  4. Racleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel au moins deux éléments de protection (6, 8) forment l'un avec l'autre une structure en sandwich.
  5. Racleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel au moins deux éléments de protection (6, 8) sont reliés l'un à l'autre à l'écart l'un de l'autre via des liaisons à vis et/ou via des espaceurs.
  6. Racleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la pointe (5) du racleur est réalisée sous la forme d'un composant séparé et est de préférence reliée au premier élément de protection (8) et/ou au deuxième élément de protection (7).
  7. Racleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les éléments de protection (6, 8) sont montés en pivotement par rapport à la cage de laminoir.
  8. Racleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel au moins un élément de raclage (6, 8) s'étend d'une seule pièce sur toute la longueur d'appui d'un cylindre de travail (1).
  9. Dispositif pour le refroidissement d'un cylindre de travail (1) d'une cage de laminoir, comprenant un dispositif de pulvérisation d'eau de refroidissement (3) pour pulvériser de l'eau de refroidissement sur le cylindre de travail (1), ainsi qu'un racleur (11) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, le racleur (11) étant disposé entre le produit (10) soumis au laminage et le dispositif de pulvérisation d'eau de refroidissement (3).
