Claims (4)
- Aufzugssystem mit:einer Aufzugseinheit (2), die sich entlang einer Führungsschiene (1) in einem Schacht eines Aufzugs nach oben und nach unten bewegt,einem Paar oberer Keile (12), die in einem Anbringgestell (10) in einem unteren Abschnitt der Aufzugseinheit (2) vorgesehen sind und die einander gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind, wobei zwischen ihnen die Führungsschiene (1) eingefügt ist, um die Aufzugseinheit (2) abzubremsen, indem sie entlang eines oberen Führungselements (13) bewegt werden, welches eine Neigung aufweist, und indem sie auf der Führungsschiene (1) gleiten,einem Paar unterer Keile (16), die in dem Anbringgestell (10) und unterhalb des Paars oberer Keile (12) vorgesehen sind und die einander gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind, wobei zwischen ihnen die Führungsschiene (1) eingefügt ist, um die Aufzugseinheit (2) abzubremsen, indem sie entlang eines unteren Führungselements (17) bewegt werden, welches eine Neigung aufweist, und indem sie auf der Führungsschiene (1) gleiten,einem rechteckigen Betätigungshebel (6), dessen eines Ende an einer Anhebestange (24) angebracht ist, die mit einem Reglerseil (7) verbunden ist, welches mit der Aufzugseinheit (2) verschränkt ist und welches sich parallel zu der Führungsschiene (1) erstreckt, während dessen anderes Ende senkrecht an einer oberen Schwenkachse (11) befestigt ist, die sich in einer Richtung erstreckt, in der das Paar oberer Keile (12) einander gegenüberliegt und welche schwenkbar an einem oberen Abschnitt des Anbringgestells (10) angebracht ist,einem Paar erster rechteckiger aktiver Hebel (14), deren eine Enden jeweils an dem Paar oberer Keile (12) angebracht sind, während deren andere Enden senkrecht an der oberen Schwenkachse (11) befestigt sind,einem Paar zweiter rechteckiger aktiver Hebel (18), deren eine Enden jeweils an dem Paar unterer Keile (16) angebracht sind, während deren andere Enden senkrecht an der unteren Schwenkachse (15) befestigt sind, die sich in einer Richtung erstreckt, in der die unterem Keile (16) einander gegenüberliegen, und die verschwenkbar an einem unteren Abschnitt des Anbringgestells (10) angebracht ist, undeinem Verbindungsstück (19), dessen Länge im Vorhinein eingestellt ist, zum Verbinden in einer Richtung nach oben und nach unten von einem Ende eines dritten rechteckigen aktiven Hebels (28), dessen anderes Ende senkrecht an der oberen Schwenkachse (11) befestigt ist, mit einem Ende eines vierten rechteckigen aktiven Hebels (29), dessen anderes Ende senkrecht an der unteren Schwenkachse (15) befestigt ist,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Abstand zu den unteren Keilen (16) von einer unteren Stopperplatte (27), die in einem unteren Abschnitt des Anbringgestell (10) und in einer Position vorgesehen ist, in der eine Bremskraft ausgeübt wird, indem das untere Führungselement (17) und die Führungsschiene (1) gedrückt werden, sodass sie die unteren Keile (16) kontaktieren, durch das Verbindungsstück (19) größer eingestellt ist als ein Abstand zu den oberen Keilen (12) von einer oberen Stopperplatte (25), die in einem oberen Abschnitt des Anbringgestells (10) und in einer Position vorgesehen ist, in der eine Bremskraft ausgeübt wird, indem das obere Führungselement (13) und die Führungsschiene (1) gedrückt werden, sodass sie die oberen Keile (12) berühren.
- Aufzugssystem nach Anspruch 1, bei dem
durch Einstellen eines Einstellmechanismus (19a), der in dem Verbindungsstück (19) vorgesehen ist, um die Länge des Verbindungsstücks (19) im Vorhinein einzustellen, das Paar zweiter aktiver Hebel (18) so angeordnet wird, dass sie so geneigt sind, dass jedes eine Ende von diesen niedriger ist als jedes eine Ende des Paars erster aktiver Hebel (14). - Aufzugssystem nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, bei dem
ein Loch (30) zum Freisetzen einer Kraft, welche die ersten aktiven Hebel (14) auf die oberen Keile (12) ausüben, wenn die ersten aktiven Hebel (14) verschwenken, an jedem einen Ende des Paars erster aktiver Hebel (14), die an den oberen Keilen (12) angebracht sind, vorgesehen ist, während ein Loch (31) zum Freisetzen einer Kraft, welche die zweiten aktiven Hebel (18) auf die unteren Keile (16) ausüben, wenn die zweiten aktiven Hebel (18) verschwenken, an jedem einen Ende des Paars zweiter aktiver Hebel (18) vorgesehen ist, die an den unteren Keilen (16) angebracht sind. - Aufzugssystem nach Anspruch 3, bei dem
das Loch (31), das an jedem einen Ende des Paars zweiter aktiver Hebel (18) vorgesehen ist, eine Breite hat, bei der, wenn die oberen Keile (12) die obere Stopperplatte (26) berühren, die unteren Keile (16) in einer nach oben gerichteten Richtung angehoben werden, sodass sie die untere Stopperplatte (27) durch eine Reibungskraft kontaktieren können, welche zwischen der Führungsschiene (1) und den unteren Keilen (16) erzeugt wird, die durch das untere Führungselement (16) geführt werden, welches außerhalb der unteren Keile (16) angeordnet ist.
