Claims (5)

  1. Procédé dévolu à la commande d'un margeur d'une encarteuse-piqueuse, dans lequel des feuillets pliés (7-9) sont successivement dissociés d'avec une pile d'un magasin (12), par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un organe de préhension (22, 26, 35-37), puis déposés sur un dispositif de transport (10),
    sachant qu'une ouverture et une fermeture de l'organe de préhension (22, 26), et un actionnement d'un dispositif d'agrafage (5), s'opèrent en mode télécommandé par des signaux de réglage d'un dispositif de commande (18, 50),
    caractérisé par le fait
    que les signaux de réglage sont engendrés sur la base de données se rapportant aux dimensions et au nombre de pages des feuillets pliés (7-9).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé par le fait
    que, préalablement à un actionnement de l'organe de préhension (22, 26), au moins l'une des données mentionnées ci-après, se rapportant aux feuillets pliés (7-9), est entrée dans le dispositif de commande (18, 50) : la longueur (L) des dos, la largeur (B) des feuillets, les largeurs (B1, B2) desdits feuillets en cas d'utilisation d'un avant-pli ou d'un pli ultérieur, le grammage (g), le nombre (n) des pages.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé par le fait
    qu'au moins l'une des grandeurs mentionnées ci-après est commandée ou régulée : l'emplacement (αö) d'ouverture de l'organe de préhension, l'emplacement (αs) de fermeture dudit organe de préhension, la force de fermeture (F) dudit organe de préhension, l'emplacement de butées latérales (14) du magasin, le réglage de valeurs de consigne d'un dispositif de mesure d'épaisseurs de feuillets pliés (7-9) regroupés, l'avance du fil métallique du dispositif d'agrafage (5), le mouvement de rabatteurs dudit dispositif d'agrafage (5), en vue du cintrage d'agrafes en fil métallique.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé par le fait
    qu'en cas d'utilisation d'un organe de préhension (22, 26) fixé à un élément (23) tournant en boucle, les signaux de réglage sont additionnellement engendrés sur la base de signaux d'un codeur rotatif (59) dont les signaux de sortie reproduisent la position que ledit élément (23), tournant en boucle, a prise par rotation.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé par le fait
    qu'au moins un vérin de travail (38, 39), pouvant être commandé pneumatiquement, est utilisé pour l'actionnement de l'organe de préhension (22, 26).
