Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Sitzmöbel in Form einer Bank mit einem Grundgestell und einer jeweils davon getragenen Sitzfläche einerseits und Rückenlehne andererseits.
  • Aus der BE 1 018 409 A7 ist ein Sitzmöbel in Form einer Bank bekannt, bei welcher ein außenliegender Abschnitt der Rückenlehne aus der Rückenlehnenposition mittels eines schwenkbaren Trägermechanismus nach vorne in eine oberhalb des vor dem Rückenlehnenabschnitt gelegenen Bereichs der Sitzfläche positionierte Tischposition umklappbar ist, so dass eine Ablagefläche für eine auf dem verbleibenden Bereich der Sitzfläche sitzende Person zur Verfügung steht. Insoweit ist mit dem bekannten Sitzmöbel noch der Nachteil verbunden, dass die durch die Abmessungen der Rückenlehne vorgegebene Ablagefläche begrenzt ist und beim Umklappen in einer relativ niedrigen Höhe oberhalb der Sitzfläche zu liegen kommt.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, bei einem Sitzmöbel der eingangs genannten Art durch Einbeziehung eines klappbaren Bereichs der Rückenlehne eine großflächigere und insbesondere auch als Tisch nutzbare Fläche zur Verfügung zu stellen.
  • Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe ergibt sich einschließlich vorteilhafter Ausgestaltungen und Weiterbildungen der Erfindung aus dem Inhalt der Patentansprüche, die dieser Beschreibung nachgestellt sind.
  • Die Erfindung sieht in ihrem Grundgedanken ein Sitzmöbel in Form einer Bank mit einem Grundgestell und einer jeweils davon getragenen Sitzfläche einerseits und Rückenlehne andererseits, bei welchem wenigstens ein Sitzflächenabschnitt und ein Rückenlehnenabschnitt von den daneben liegenden Teilbereichen von Sitzfläche und Rückenlehne des Sitzmöbels getrennt ausgebildet ist und der mit dem Rückenlehnenabschnitt schwenkbar verbundene Sitzflächenabschnitt von dem Grundgestell abhebbar und durch Verschwenken des an seinem oberen freien Ende mittels eines Scharniers mit dem Grundgestell verbundenen Rückenlehnenabschnitts gemeinsam mit dem Rückenlehnenabschnitt in eine waagerechte und einen Abstand zur Sitzfläche des Sitzmöbels aufweisenden Lage mit einer gestreckten Anordnung von Rückenlehnenabschnitt und Sitzflächenabschnitt heraushebbar ist, wobei zur Festlegung des Rückenlehnenabschnitts mit dem daran gehalterten Sitzflächenabschnitt in der herausgehobenen Stellung an dem Grundgestell eine bewegliche, aufstellbare und an der Unterseite des Rückenlehnenabschnitts festlegbare Stütze angeordnet ist.
  • Mit der Erfindung ist der Vorteil verbunden, dass das erfindungsgemäße Sitzmöbel zunächst weiterhin die Funktion eines Besitzens durch mehrere, vorzugsweise drei nebeneinander auf der Sitzfläche sitzende Personen erlaubt. Zusätzlich können jedoch ein in den durchgehenden Verlauf der Rückenlehne wie auch der Sitzfläche getrennt eingesetzter Rückenlehnenbereich wie auch ein daran schwenkbar gehalterter Sitzflächenbereich gemeinsam aus den zugeordneten Ebenen von Rückenlehne und Sitzfläche herausgeklappt werden, wobei der Sitzflächenbereich mit dem Rückenlehnenbereich aufgrund dessen eingerichteter Schwenkbarkeit am oberen Ende bezüglich des Grundgestells aus den zugeordneten Ebenen von Sitzfläche und Rückenlehne herausgehoben und in eine am oberen Ende des Grundgestells gelegene Ebene mit Abstand zu der verbleibenden Sitzfläche des Sitzmöbels verbracht und in dieser Stellung mittels der aufstellbaren Stütze arretiert werden kann. Bei der diesbezüglichen Schwenkbewegung des Rückenlehnenabschnitts nimmt der daran mittels eines Scharniers gekoppelte Sitzflächenabschnitt eine mit dem Rückenlehnenabschnitt gestreckte Lage ein. Durch dieses Herausklappen wird eine weiterhin einen Bestandteil des Sitzmöbels bildende integrierte Tischfläche geschaffen, die bei geeigneter Auslegung der Höhe der Rückenlehne beziehungsweise des diese haltenden Grundgestells mit einem solchen Abstand zur Sitzfläche angeordnet ist, dass sich für die auf den verbleibenden Teilbereichen des Sitzmöbels sitzenden Personen bezüglich der aufgestellten Tischplatte eine bequeme Sitzhaltung ergibt. Insofern ist mit der Erfindung der Vorteil verbunden, dass im Bedarfsfall eine Tischplatte aus der Bankkonstruktion herausgeklappt und in Funktion gesetzt werden kann, ohne dass ein zusätzliches Tischmöbel beigestellt und vorgehalten werden muss.
  • Dabei erstreckt sich die Erfindung auch darauf, bei einem Sitzmöbel mit einer entsprechend langen Erstreckung auch mehrere herausklappbare Rückenlehnenbereiche mit daran gekoppelten Sitzflächenbereichen jeweils im Wechsel mit ortsfesten Teilbereichen von Rückenlehne und Sitzfläche anzuordnen.
  • Nach einem Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass an dem heraushebbaren Rückenlehnenabschnitt wenigstens ein den in eine gestreckte Lage mit dem Rückenlehnenabschnitt gebrachten Sitzflächenabschnitt abstützender Tragwinkel angeordnet ist. Hiermit wird die Wirksamkeit der insbesondere über ein Scharnier verwirklichten schwenkbaren Verbindung von Sitzflächenbereich und Rückenlehnenbereich zueinander begrenzt und die Stabilität der aufgeklappten Tischplatte gewährleistet..
  • Um den Handhabungs- wie auch Sitzkomfort zu erhöhen, kann vorgesehen sein, dass die jeweils neben dem gemeinsam heraushebbaren Rückenlehnenabschnitt und Sitzflächenabschnitt gelegenen Teilbereiche von Sitzfläche und Rückenlehne an dem Grundgestell parallel zur Rückenlehnenebene verschiebbar angeordnet sind.
  • Alternativ oder auch zusätzlich kann vorgesehen sein, dass die jeweils neben dem gemeinsam heraushebbaren Rückenlehnenabschnitt und Sitzflächenabschnitt gelegenen Teilbereiche von Sitzfläche und Rückenlehne an dem Grundgestell um eine senkrecht zur Ebene der Sitzfläche ausgerichtete Achse drehbar sind, so dass durch eine Drehung der außenliegenden und weiterhin zu besitzenden Teilbereiche von Sitzfläche und Rückenlehne eine Sitzposition an der Längsseite des herausgehobenen Tisches eingenommen werden kann.
  • Gemäß einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, dass bei herausgehobenem Rückenlehnenabschnitt der daran mittels eines Scharniers gekoppelte Sitzflächenabschnitt in eine im Winkel zum Rückenlehnenabschnitt stehende aufragende Stellung klappbar ist. Damit wird der hochgeklappte Rückenlehnenabschnitt als Sitzfläche und der in eine aufragende Stellung gebrachte Sitzflächenabschnitt als Rückenlehne eines erhöhten Sitzplatzes beispielsweise für ein Kind eingerichtet, so dass das erfindungsgemäße Sitzmöbel in dieser Stellung von Rückenlehnenabschnitt und Sitzflächenabschnitt unterschiedliche Sitzpositionen bietet.
  • Hierzu kann vorgesehen sein, dass das zwischen Rückenlehnenabschnitt und Sitzflächenabschnitt angeordnete Scharnier als ein in der aufragenden Stellung des Sitzflächenabschnitts arretierbares Scharnier ausgebildet ist, um den in eine aufrecht stehende aufragende Stellung gebrachten Sitzflächenabschnitt in der betreffenden Stellung festzulegen.
  • Nach einem Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, dass das Grundgestell aus rohrartigen Holmen zusammengesetzt ist und Sitzfläche und Rückenlehne von einzeln auf zugeordnete Holme aufgelegten und daran befestigten Hölzern gebildet sind.

  • Wie sich zunächst aus Figuren 1 und 2 ergibt, besteht das als Bank ausgebildete Sitzmöbel aus einem aus rohrartigen Holmen zusammengesetzten Grundgestell 10, an dem eine Sitzfläche 11 und eine Rückenlehne 12 ausgebildet ist. Dabei sind die Sitzfläche 11 und die Rückenlehne 12 jeweils aus auf zugeordnete Holme des Grundgestells 10 aufgelegten Hölzern 21 gebildet. Die als Ausführungsbeispiel dargestellte Bank ist dabei so ausgelegt, dass drei Personen nebeneinander bequem auf der Bank sitzen können.
  • Im mittleren Bereich des Sitzmöbels sind ein Sitzflächenabschnitt 13 und ein Rückenlehnenabschnitt 14 längs der Trennlinien 25 getrennt von den angrenzenden Sitzflächenbereichen 15 beziehungsweise Rückenlehnenbereichen 16 von Sitzfläche 11 und Rückenlehne 12 ausgebildet und mit sie tragenden Holmen versehen. Entsprechend der nachstehenden Beschreibung sind der Sitzflächenabschnitt 13 und der Rückenlehnenabschnitt 14 gemeinsam relativ zu dem Grundgestell 10 mit darauf verbleibendem Sitzflächenbereich 15 und Rückenlehnenbereich 16 beweglich.
  • Wie sich aus den Figuren 3 und 4 entnehmen lässt, ist der Rückenlehnenabschnitt 14 mittels eines an seinem oberen Ende angebrachten Scharniers 17 schwenkbar an dem Grundgestell 10 angeordnet. Das dem Scharnier 17 gegenüberliegende untere Ende des Rückenlehnenabschnitts 14 ist seinerseits mit dem daran angrenzenden Sitzflächenabschnitt 13 über ein die vorgenannten Bauteile verbindendes Scharnier 18 gekoppelt. Wie sich aus Figuren 3 und 4 entnehmen lässt, sind somit Sitzflächenabschnitt 13 und Rückenlehnenabschnitt 14 gemeinsam aus den zugeordneten Ebenen von Sitzfläche 11 und Rückenlehne 12 heraushebbar, wobei sich dadurch Sitzflächenabschnitt 13 und Rückenlehnenabschnitt 14 in eine gestreckte Lage zueinander bewegen und gemeinsam eine waagerechte und einen Abstand zur Ebene der Sitzfläche 11 aufweisende Lage einnehmen. In dieser Stellung ist der Rückenlehnenabschnitt 14 durch eine an dem Grundgestell 10 um ein daran ausgebildetes Drehlager 20 bewegliche Stütze 19 feststellbar, indem die Stütze 19 hochgeklappt und in geeigneter Weise an der Unterseite des Rückenlehnenabschnitts 14 festgelegt ist.
  • Zur Fixierung der gestreckten Anordnung von Rückenlehnenabschnitt 14 und davon frei abragendem Sitzflächenabschnitt 13 in der herausgeklappten Stellung sind an dem Rückenlehnenabschnitt 14 angebrachte und in Richtung des Sitzflächenabschnitts 13 vorstehende, nicht weiter dargestellte Tragwinkel angeordnet, die ein Auflager für den Sitzflächenabschnitt 13 bilden und dadurch das zwischen Rückenlehnenabschnitt 14 und Sitzflächenabschnitt 13 angeordnete Scharnier 18 stabilisieren.
  • Wie nicht weiter dargestellt ist, kann vorgesehen sein, dass die nach dem Herausheben von Rückenlehnenabschnitt 14 und Sitzflächenabschnitt 13 verbleibenden Teilbereiche 15 und 16 von Sitzfläche 11 und Rückenlehne 12 an dem Grundgestell 10 parallel zur Rückenlehnenebene verschiebbar angeordnet sind, wodurch sich der Abstand zwischen den verbleibenden Sitzbereichen und der herausgeklappten Tischfläche vergrößert, so dass eine bequeme Sitzposition eingenommen werden kann.
  • Alternativ oder auch zusätzlich kann vorgesehen sein, dass die angesprochenen Teilbereiche 15, 16 von Sitzfläche 11 und Rückenlehne 12 um eine senkrecht zur Ebene der Sitzfläche ausgerichtete Achse drehbar sind. Hiermit können die an den Sitzmöbel verbleibenden Sitzbereiche in ihrer Orientierung zu dem aus dem Sitzmöbel herausgeklappten Tisch geändert werden, wobei insbesondere bei einer Kombination der Drehbarkeit mit der Längsverschiebbarkeit der Abstand der Sitzbereiche von dem Tischbereich vergrößert werden kann.
  • Wie sich schließlich aus Figur 7 entnehmen lässt, kann auch vorgesehen sein, dass der Sitzflächenabschnitt 13 bei herausgehobenem Rückenlehnenabschnitt 14 um das dazwischen vorgesehene Scharnier 18 in eine im Winkel zum Rückenlehnenabschnitt 14 stehende, aufragende Stellung klappbar ist, in welcher vom Rückenlehnenbereich 14 und Sitzflächenbereich 13 gemeinsam eine weitere, erhöhte Sitzmöglichkeit geschaffen ist, bei welcher der Rückenlehnenbereich 14 als Sitzfläche und der Sitzflächenbereich 13 als Rückenlehne dieses erhöhten Sitzes wirken.
  • Die in der vorstehenden Beschreibung, den Patentansprüchen, der Zusammenfassung und der Zeichnung offenbarten Merkmale des Gegenstandes dieser Unterlagen können einzeln als auch in beliebigen Kombinationen untereinander für die Verwirklichung der Erfindung in ihrer verschiedenen Ausführungsformen wesentlich sein.

Sitzmöbel in Form einer Bank mit einem Grundgestell (10) und einer jeweils davon getragenen Sitzfläche (11) einerseits und Rückenlehne (12) andererseits, bei welchem wenigstens ein Sitzflächenabschnitt (13) und ein Rückenlehnenabschnitt (14) von den daneben liegenden Teilbereichen (15, 16) von Sitzfläche (11) und Rückenlehne (12) des Sitzmöbels getrennt ausgebildet ist und der mit dem Rückenlehnenabschnitt (14) schwenkbar verbundene Sitzflächenabschnitt (13) von dem Grundgestell (10) abhebbar und durch Verschwenken des an seinem oberen freien Ende mittels eines Scharniers (17) mit dem Grundgestell (10) verbundenen Rückenlehnenabschnitts (14) gemeinsam mit dem Rückenlehnenabschnitt (14) in eine waagerechte und einen Abstand zur Sitzfläche (11) des Sitzmöbels aufweisenden Lage mit einer gestreckten Anordnung von Rückenlehnenabschnitt (14) und Sitzflächenabschnitt (13) heraushebbar ist, wobei zur Festlegung des Rückenlehnenabschnitts (14) mit dem daran gehalterten Sitzflächenabschnitt (13) in der herausgehobenen Stellung an dem Grundgestell (10) eine bewegliche, aufstellbare und an der Unterseite des Rückenlehnenabschnitts (14) festlegbare Stütze (19) angeordnet ist.
  2. Sitzmöbel nach Anspruch 1, bei welchem an dem heraushebbaren Rückenlehnenabschnitt (14) wenigstens ein den in eine gestreckte Lage mit dem Rückenlehnenabschnitt (14) gebrachten Sitzflächenabschnitt (13) abstützender Tragwinkel angeordnet ist.
  3. Sitzmöbel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei welchem die jeweils neben dem gemeinsam heraushebbaren Rückenlehnenabschnitt (14) und Sitzflächenabschnitt (13) gelegenen Teilbereiche (15, 16) von Sitzfläche (11) und Rückenlehne (12) an dem Grundgestell (10) parallel zur Rückenlehnenebene verschiebbar angeordnet sind.
  4. Sitzmöbel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei welchem die jeweils neben dem gemeinsam heraushebbaren Rückenlehnenabschnitt (14) und Sitzflächenabschnitt (13) gelegenen Teilbereiche (15, 16) von Sitzfläche (11) und Rückenlehne (12) an dem Grundgestell (10) um eine senkrecht zur Ebene der Sitzfläche (11) ausgerichtete Achse drehbar sind.
  5. Sitzmöbel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, bei welchem bei herausgehobenem Rückenlehnenabschnitt (14) der daran mittels eines Scharniers (18) gekoppelte Sitzflächenabschnitt (13) in eine im Winkel zum Rückenlehnenabschnitt (14) stehende aufragende Stellung klappbar ist.
  6. Sitzmöbel nach Anspruch 5, bei welchem das zwischen Rückenlehnenabschnitt (14) und Sitzflächenabschnitt (13) angeordnete Scharnier (18) als ein in der aufragenden Stellung des Sitzflächenabschnitts (13) arretierbares Scharnier ausgebildet ist.
  7. Sitzmöbel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, bei welchem das Grundgestell (10) aus rohrartigen Holmen zusammengesetzt ist und Sitzfläche (11) und Rückenlehne (12) von einzeln auf zugeordnete Holme aufgelegten und daran befestigten Hölzern (21) gebildet sind.
