Claims (12)
- Porte (1) dotée d'un système d'entraînement au moyen duquel un panneau (2) de ladite porte, guidé latéralement dans des rails de guidage (4), peut être mû entre une position d'ouverture et une position de fermeture ; et d'un dispositif d'équilibrage pondéral, incluant une unité (8) à câble et une unité (9) à ressort sur un ou sur chaque côté dudit panneau de porte ; ainsi que d'un dispositif (12) compensateur de tension de câble, affecté à ladite unité (8) à câble, caractérisée par le fait que l'unité, ou chaque unité (8) à câble, est constituée d'un câble (10) qui est renvoyé sur le dispositif (12) compensateur de la tension dudit câble, monté fixe ou verrouillé à demeure sur le panneau (2) de la porte, procurant ainsi deux brins dudit câble s'étendant à distance l'un de l'autre, sachant que les extrémités libres dudit câble (10) sont regroupées et sont fixées audit panneau (2) de la porte, ou sont montées fixes ; par le fait que ledit dispositif (12) compensateur de la tension du câble est associé à un dispositif de sûreté au moyen duquel, en cas de rupture d'un brin du câble, l'autre brin dudit câble (10) est fermement retenu, ledit dispositif de sûreté présentant une pièce d'obturation (16b) montée fixe et munie de deux perçages (20), un brin du câble étant respectivement guidé à travers un perçage (20) ; et par le fait qu'il est prévu en tant qu'élément structurel supplémentaire dudit dispositif de sûreté, sur chaque brin du câble et dans la région située entre ladite pièce d'obturation (16b) et un segment revêtant la forme d'un tenon sur ledit dispositif compensateur de la tension du câble, une zone épaissie qui est reliée rigidement audit brin et dont le diamètre est supérieur au diamètre du perçage (20) assigné audit brin du câble.
- Porte selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que le câble (10) est renvoyé au niveau du segment en forme de tenon, segment au moyen duquel ledit câble (10) est consigné à demeure.
- Porte selon la revendication 2, caractérisée par le fait que le segment en forme de tenon est une vis (18).
- Porte selon la revendication 3, caractérisée par le fait que le segment en forme de tenon peut être inséré dans différents évidements d'une pièce de retenue (16) à montage fixe, et peut être bloqué rigidement dans lesdits évidements.
- Porte selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que les perçages (20) pratiqués dans la pièce d'obturation (16b) sont de réalisations identiques, leurs diamètres étant adaptés au diamètre extérieur du câble (10), de façon telle que les brins dudit câble soient guidés avec faible jeu dans lesdits perçages (20).
- Porte selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée par le fait que les zones épaissies, ménagées sur les brins du câble, sont formées par des sertissages (21).
- Porte selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée par le fait que les zones épaissies sont formées par des parties moulées ou par des parties à effet de serrage.
- Porte selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée par le fait que la pièce d'obturation (16b) est réalisée d'un seul tenant avec la pièce de retenue (16) du dispositif (12) compensateur de la tension du câble.
- Porte selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée par le fait que la pièce d'obturation (16b) forme une partie distincte pouvant être fixée à la pièce de retenue (16), ladite pièce d'obturation (16b) étant pourvue de trous oblongs dans lesquels les brins du câble peuvent être insérés par les zones épaissies ; et par le fait que lesdits trous oblongs sont partiellement occultés après la fixation de ladite pièce d'obturation (16b) à ladite pièce de retenue (16), de telle sorte que les parties dégagées desdits tous oblongs forment les perçages (20).
- Porte selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée par le fait que l'unité, ou chaque unité (9) à ressort, est constituée d'un ensemble à ressort de traction.
- Porte selon la revendication 10, caractérisée par le fait que l'unité (9) à ressort est montée fixe à une extrémité ; et par le fait qu'un rouleau de renvoi (11c), par l'intermédiaire duquel les brins du câble (10) sont guidés, est fixé à l'autre extrémité de ladite unité (9) à ressort.
- Porte selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée par le fait que ladite porte est une porte segmentée, une porte relevable, une porte sectionnelle à débattement en plafond, une porte roulante, une porte basculante ou une porte oscillante.
