Claims (9)
- Meuble d'assise, en particulier une chaise, comprenant un siège (5) et un porte-dossier (3) qui sont montés sur une partie portante (1), dans lequel le porte-dossier (3) est capable de pivoter autour d'un axe de pivotement horizontal (2), et un accumulateur de force (9), qui est bandé lors de l'application d'une charge sur le siège (5) et qui agit sur le porte-dossier (2), dans lequel l'accumulateur de force (9) attaque le porte-dossier (3) à une distance active depuis l'axe de pivotement (2), caractérisé en ce que l'accumulateur de force (9) attaque d'une part la partie portante (1) et est d'autre part relié au porte-dossier (3) via un élément de liaison transversal (6), et le siège (5) est articulé dans une monture (7) sur l'élément de liaison transversal (6) entre sa liaison avec l'accumulateur de force (9) et avec le porte-dossier (3).

- Meuble d'assise, en particulier une chaise, comprenant un siège (5) et un porte-dossier (3) qui sont montés sur une partie portante (1), dans lequel le porte-dossier (3) est capable de pivoter autour d'un axe de pivotement horizontal (2), et un accumulateur de force (9), qui est bandé lors de l'application d'une charge sur le siège (5) et qui agit sur le porte-dossier (3), dans lequel l'accumulateur de force (9) attaque le porte-dossier (3) à une distance active depuis l'axe de pivotement (2), caractérisé en ce que l'accumulateur de force (9) attaque d'une part le porte-dossier (3) via un système à levier (36) et est d'autre part relié au porte-dossier (3) via un élément de liaison transversal, et le siège (5) est articulé dans une monture (7) sur l'élément de liaison transversal (6) entre sa liaison avec l'accumulateur de force (9) et avec le porte-dossier (3).
- Meuble d'assise selon la revendication 3, dans lequel l'accumulateur de force est un ressort de compression (34).
- Meuble d'assise selon la revendication 3 ou 4, dans lequel l'axe du système à levier (36) s'étend approximativement parallèlement à l'axe de l'élément de liaison transversal (6).
- Meuble d'assise selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel la monture (7) est déplaçable par rapport à l'élément de liaison transversal (6).
- Meuble d'assise selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel l'accumulateur de force (9) est relié à l'élément de liaison transversal (6) via un élément de renvoi (15).
- Meuble d'assise selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel la monture (7) est agencée dans la région de la moitié postérieure, de préférence dans la région du tiers postérieur du siège (5).
- Meuble d'assise selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel la distance active à laquelle l'accumulateur de force (4) attaque le porte-dossier (3) est modifiable.
