Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verkaufsregal mit Säulen, Konsolen und Regalböden, wobei jeder Regalboden (2) aus Gitterstäben (3) und Versteifungsprofilleisten (4) gebildet ist, und wobei ferner jede Konsole (1) Aussparungen (5, 6, 7) zur Aufnahme der Versteifungsprofilleiste (4) aufweist. Die Erfindung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass jede vordere Aussparung (5) und jede hintere Aussparung (7) einer Konsole (1) derart ausgebildet sind, dass eine Verrasterung der Versteifungsprofilleiste (4) in der Konsole (1) gegeben ist.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verkaufsregal mit den Merkmalen im Oberbegriff des Hauptanspruchs.
  • Es gibt verschiedene Arten von Verkaufsregalen, wie sie z.B. in SB-Märkten verwendet werden. Solche Verkaufsregale weisen Säulen bzw. sogenannte Träger auf, die zum Einhängen von Etagen vorgesehen sind. Ein solcher Träger ist z.B. in der europäischen Patentschrift 0 616 500 B1 beschrieben. Ferner ist eine Konsole, mittels der die Etagen an den Träger angeordnet werden, beispielsweise in der deutschen Patentanmeldung 10 2008 031 181 offenbart. Diese Konsole kann in ihrer Lage wechselbar an dem Träger angeordnet werden.
  • Auch in der deutschen Offenlegungsschrift 24 47 615 ist ein Verkaufsgestell mit Regalböden, die auf Konsolen angeordnet sind, beschrieben. Jeder Regalboden weist Versteifungsprofilleisten auf, die in Aussparungen der Konsole eingreifen.
  • Ferner ist eine Konsole z.B. in dem deutschen Gebrauchsmuster 297 17 781 U1 beschrieben. Diese weist einen oberen Einschnitt in dem oberen Vorsprung zum Anordnen an einer Säule auf. Ein unterer Vorsprung ist zum Sichern an der Säule vorgesehen. Auf den Konsolen werden Regalböden angeordnet.
  • Jeder Regalboden ist mit einem vorderen und einem hinteren Steg ausgestattet. Jede Konsole weist zum Anordnen des Regalbodens eine Aussparung in Form eines Schlitzes auf. Der hintere Steg des Regalbodens wird von der Aussparung aufgenommen, der vordere Steg lagert an der Vorderkante der Konsole.
  • Ein weiteres Regal ist in dem deutschen Gebrauchsmuster 295 16 457 U1 beschrieben. Dieses weist einen Regalboden auf, der mittels Konsolen an Säulen angeordnet ist. Zum Fixieren des Regalbodens sind sogenannte Tragleisten vorgesehen. Diese sind mit den Versteifungsstegen fest verbunden und werden auf die Konsolen gesetzt. Zur Verrasterung dieser Tragleisten an der Konsole weist jede Tragleiste Verrasterungszungen und jede Konsole Eingriffsöffnungen auf.
  • Das Anordnen der Regalböden an den Konsolen erweist sich häufig als unbequem, insbesondere kommt es beim Anordnen immer wieder zu Schwierigkeiten.
  • Die Aufgabe besteht nun darin, ein verbessertes Verkaufsregal aufzuzeigen, bei dem ein einfaches Anordnen des Regalbodens an den Konsolen gegeben ist.
  • Die Erfindung löst die Aufgabe mit den Merkmalen im Hauptanspruch. Weitere vorteilhafte Ausführungen sind in den Unteransprüchen beschrieben.
  • Ein zusätzliches Bauteil, wie aus dem Stand der Technik bekannt, z.B. in Form einer Tragleiste ist nicht mehr notwendig. Dadurch vermindert sich die Teilevielfalt. Ferner können Kosten hinsichtlich des Materials, aber auch in Bezug auf die Fertigung - es sind keine Schweißarbeiten mehr durchzuführen - eingespart werden.
  • Da kein zusätzliches Bauteil mehr notwendig ist, ist auch eine bessere Stapelbarkeit der Regalböden gegeben.
  • Die Montage erfolgt auf einfache Art und Weise.
  • Der Regalboden wird in den Konsolen eingehängt. Hierbei wird der Regalboden zunächst in die vordere Aussparung eingelegt und durch Herunterdrücken in der hinteren Aussparung verrastet. Erst dann werden die Konsolen mit dem Regalboden an den beiden Säulen des Verkaufsregals angeordnet.
  • Die mittleren Aussparungen dienen als zusätzliche Sicherung des Regalbodens auf den Konsolen. Somit kann ein unbeabsichtigtes Aushängen des Regalbodens unterbunden werden.
  • Ferner können verschiedenste Konsolen für die unterschiedlichen Arten an Säulen mit den entsprechenden Aussparungen versehen werden und somit universell bei Regalen, insbesondere Verkaufsregalen, eingesetzt werden.
  • Die Erfindung wird anhand verschiedener Ausführungsbeispiele näher erläutert. Es zeigt

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verkaufsregal mit Säulen, wobei jedes Regal mindestens aus zwei Säulen und zwei Konsolen 1 gebildet ist, das zur Aufnahme eines Regalbodens 2 vorgesehen ist. Solche Verkaufsregale mit Säulen, Konsolen und Regalböden sind aus dem bereits erwähnten Stand der Technik bekannt.
  • Jeder Regalboden 2 ist aus Gitterstäben 3 gebildet. Ein solcher Regalboden 2 ist in den Figuren 1 und 2 dargestellt. Der Regalboden 2 besteht aus einer Vielzahl von parallel zueinander angeordneten Gitterstäben 3. Ein Runddraht an den Enden der Gitterstäbe 3, der orthogonal zu den übrigen Gitterstäben 3 vorgesehen ist, verbindet die Gitterstäbe 3 miteinander. Alternativ zu dem Runddraht ist ein Profil aus Blech angebracht.
  • Ferner sind Versteifungsprofilleisten 4 vorgesehen, die parallel zu dem Runddraht an den Enden vorgesehen sind. Die Verwendung eines Flacheisens als Versteifungsprofilleiste hat sich hierfür als sinnvoll herausgestellt. In den Figuren 1 bis 4 ist ein solches dargestellt.
  • Eine Ausführung einer Konsole 1 ist in den Figuren 1, 2 und 5 exemplarisch aufgezeigt. Eine solche Konsole 1 kann an einer, wie in der europäischen Patentschrift 0 616 500 B1 beschriebenen Säule, angeordnet werden.
  • Die Konsole 1 weist vier Aussparungen 5, 6, 7 auf. Es ist eine vordere Aussparung 5 vorgesehen, in die der Regalboden 2 zuerst eingelegt wird. Diese vordere Aussparung 5 ist in vergrößerter Weise nochmals in Figur 7 dargestellt. Die Aussparung 5 ist nahezu rechteckig ausgeführt. Sie weist auf der linken Seite eine Schräge 5.1 auf.
  • Ferner ist in der rechten unteren Ecke der Aussparung 5 eine Hinterschneidung 5.2 vorgesehen. Die Aussparung 5 ist überwiegend durch einen Zapfen 5.3 verschlossen. Der Abstand zwischen der Schräge 5.1 und dem Ende des Zapfens 5.3 ist gerade so groß ausgeführt, dass die Versteifungsprofilleiste 4 in die Aussparung 5 eingebracht werden kann. Hierbei ist der Zapfen 5.3 aus der Konsole 1 selber gebildet. Die Stärken von Konsole 1 und Zapfen 5.3 sind somit gleich.
  • Zur Anordnung des Regalbodens 2 an den Konsolen 1, wird zunächst die erste Versteifungsprofilleiste 4.1 des Regalbodens 2 entlang der Schräge 5.1 und der weiteren Schräge 5.4 in die vordere Aussparung 5 eingebracht. Die Schräge 5.1 weist hierbei vorzugsweise einen Winkel von ca. 45° zur Senkrechten und die weitere Schräge 5.4 weist vorzugsweise einen Winkel von ca. 85° zur Horizontalen auf. Als Anschlag ist die Hinterschneidung 5.2 vorgesehen. Bei dieser ist ein Winkel von ca. 60° zur Horizontalen vorgesehen. Die Versteifungsprofilleiste 4.1 ist dann durch den Zapfen 5.3 gesichert.
  • Damit ein einfaches Eingreifen der Versteifungsprofilleisten 4 in die Aussparungen 5, 6, 7 möglich ist, ist das Ende der Versteifungsprofilleiste 4 - dargestellt als Flacheisen - in Form einer Nase 4.4 ausgeführt. Der Abstand, der dadurch entsteht, ist ein wenig größer ausgeführt als die Stärke der Konsole 1. Figur 4 zeigt das Ende einer Versteifungsprofilleiste 4 mit einer solchen Nase 4.4.
  • Nachdem die erste Versteifungsprofilleiste 4.1 in der vorderen Aussparung 5 lagert und dort formschlüssig verriegelt ist, wird die vierte Versteifungsprofilleiste 4.3 in die hintere Aussparung 7 eingebracht. Insbesondere wird die vierte Versteifungsprofilleiste 4.3 in der hinteren Aussparung 7 verrastet und somit gegen ein ungewolltes Lösen gesichert.
  • Die hintere Aussparung 7 ist vergrößert in Figur 9 dargestellt. Sie weist zum leichteren Einbringen eine Schräge 7.1 auf. Ein Winkel von ca. 35° zur Senkrechten hat sich als sinnvoll erwiesen.
  • Auch die Aussparung 7 ist rechteckig ausgeführt. Ferner ist eine Abstufung 7.2 vorgesehen.
  • Jede vordere Aussparung 5 und jede hintere Aussparung 7 einer Konsole 1 ist somit derart ausgeführt, dass eine Verrasterung der Versteifungsprofilleiste 4 in der Konsole 1 gegeben ist.
  • In einer alternativen Lösung sind die vordere Aussparung 5 und die hintere Aussparung 7 bezüglich ihrer Lage getauscht.
  • Gleichzeitig werden die zweite und die dritte Versteifungsprofilleiste 4.2 in die mittleren Aussparungen 6 eingebracht. Eine mittlere Aussparung 6 ist in Figur 8 dargestellt. Auch die beiden mittleren Aussparungen 6 sind rechteckig ausgeführt und weisen eine Schräge 6.1 auf. Diese Schräge 6.1 weist vorzugsweise einen Winkel von ca. 45° zur Horizontalen auf.
  • Ferner ist eine weitere Schräge 6.3 vorgesehen, bei der sich ein Winkel von ca. 87° zur Horizontalen als sinnvoll herausgestellt hat.
  • Es hat sich als vorteilhaft erwiesen, die Aussparungen 5, 6, 7 alle gleich tief auszuführen. Auch die Nasen 4.4 der Versteifungsprofilleiste 4.1, 4.2, 4.3 sind vorzugsweise hinsichtlich ihrer Form alle gleich gebildet.
  • Die Anzahl der mittleren Aussparungen 6 ist beliebig. Die Anzahl der Versteifungsprofilleisten 4.2 ist entsprechend anzupassen. Eine Konsole 1 mit vier Aussparungen auszuführen, nämlich einer vorderen Aussparung 5, zwei mittleren Aussparungen 6 und einer hinteren Aussparung 7 hat sich als sinnvoll erwiesen.
  • Es ist zu berücksichtigen, dass die Breite B jeder Aussparung 5, 6, 7 breiter ausgeführt ist als die Stärke S jeder Versteifungsprofilleiste 4.
  • Figur 6 zeigt eine andere Ausführungsform einer Konsole 1. Diese weist vier Vorsprünge 1.1 auf. Eine solche Konsole 1' kann an jedem beliebigen Schlitzrohr 8 angebracht werden.
  • Die Figuren 10 bis 12 zeigen eine weiterführende Ausführungsform der Konsole 1', die an einem solchen Schlitzrohr 8 angeordnet ist. Aus dem Stand der Technik, z.B. der EP 0 867 137 B1 oder der EP 1 696 766 B1 sind Konsolen bekannt, die insbesondere zum Anordnen an gelochte Schienen oder Säulen verwendet werden und hierfür Vorsprünge aufweisen. Es sind jeweils drei Vorsprünge vorgesehen. Eine weitere Konsole ist aus der DE 10 2008 031 181 A1 bekannt.
  • Die Konsole 1' der vorliegenden weiterführenden Ausführung weist, wie insbesondere in Figur 14 dargestellt, vier Vorsprünge 1.1 a, 1.1 b, 1.1 c, 1.1d auf.
  • Jeder Vorsprung 1.1 ist ferner mit zwei unten offenen Ausnehmungen 1.3 versehen, die derart ausgeführt sind, dass jede Konsole 1' an der Säule 8 angeordnet werden kann.
  • Figur 11 zeigt eine Konsole 1', die an einer Säule 8 angeordnet ist. Es ist kein Regalboden 2 angeordnet, aber die Konsole 1' ist derart angebracht, dass ein Regalboden 2 waagrecht auf den Konsolen 1' liegen würde.
  • Wie in den Figuren 10 und 11 dargestellt, lagert die Konsole 1' in waagrechter Position. Hierfür greifen die beiden hinteren Ausnehmungen 1.3 der oberen Vorsprünge 1.1a und 1.1b und die beiden vorderen Ausnehmungen 1.3 der unteren Vorsprünge 1.1c und 1.1d in die Schlitze der Säule 8 ein und werden von diesen aufgenommen.
  • Wenn die Konsole 1' dagegen in nicht dargestellter Weise in geneigter Position angebracht ist, lagern die vorderen Ausnehmungen 13 der oberen Vorsprünge 1.1a und 1.1b und die beiden hinteren Ausnehmungen 13 der unteren Vorsprünge 1.1c und 1.1d in den Schlitzen der Säule 8.
  • Um die Gefahr eines selbstständigen, ungewollten Lösens der Konsole 1' zu verhindern, ist eine Aushängesicherung 9 vorgesehen. Diese ist vorzugsweise im Bereich einer der beiden oberen Vorsprünge 1.1a oder 1.1 b vorgesehen.
  • In Figur 14 ist eine Konsole 1' ausschnittsweise dargestellt. Diese weist eine solche Aushängesicherung 9 im ersten oberen Vorsprung 1.1a auf. Diese Aushängesicherung 9 ist in Form eines Hinterschnitts 9.1 und eines Steges 9.2 ausgeführt. Der Hinterschnitt 9.1 geht von der unteren Ecke aus und führt dann in den Steg 9.2. Die Tiefe des Steges 9.2 ist in Abhängigkeit zu der Wandstärke der Säule 8 zu wählen.
  • Hierdurch bleibt die Konsole 1' auch dann in der Säule 8 eingehängt, wenn die Konsole 1' durch eine von außen wirkende Kraft von unten, nach oben bewegt werden sollte. Dies ist in den Figuren 12 und 13 dargestellt. Der Steg 9.2 ist unterhalb der Oberkante des Schlitzes der Säule 8 angeordent und verhindert auf diese Art ein Lösen der Konsole aus den Schlitzen der Säule 8.
  • In einer alternativen Ausführungsform ist die Aushängesicherung 9 im Bereich des zweiten oberen Vorsprungs 1.1b ausgeführt.
  • Durch die Aushängesicherung 9 wird kein zusätzliches Sicherungselement notwendig.

Claims (15)

  1. Verkaufsregal mit Säulen, Konsolen und Regalböden, wobei jeder Regalboden (2) aus Gitterstäben (3) und Versteifungsprofilleisten (4) gebildet ist, und wobei ferner jede Konsole (1) Aussparungen (5, 6, 7) zur Aufnahme der Versteifungsprofilleiste (4) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede vordere Aussparung (5) und jede hintere Aussparung (7) einer Konsole (1) derart ausgebildet sind, dass eine Verrasterung der Versteifungsprofilleiste (4) in der Konsole (1) gegeben ist.
  2. Verkaufsregal nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede vordere Aussparung (5) eine Schräge (5.1) aufweist.
  3. Verkaufsregal nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede vordere Aussparung (5) eine Hinterschneidung (5.2) aufweist.
  4. Verkaufsregal nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede vordere Aussparung (5) einen Zapfen (5.3) aufweist.
  5. Verkaufsregal nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede mittlere Aussparung (6) eine Schräge (6.1) aufweist.
  6. Verkaufsregal nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede mittlere Aussparung (6) einen Zapfen (6.2) aufweist.
  7. Verkaufsregal nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede hintere Aussparung (7) eine Schräge (7.1) aufweist.
  8. Verkaufsregal nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede hintere Aussparung (7) eine Abstufung (7.2) aufweist.
  9. Verkaufsregal nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Konsole (1) vier Aussparungen, eine vordere Aussparung (5), zwei mittlere Aussparungen (6) und eine hintere Aussparung (7) aufweist.
  10. Verkaufsregal nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breite B jeder Aussparung (5, 6, 7) breiter als die Stärke S jeder Versteifungsprofilleiste (4) ist.
  11. Verkaufsregal nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Versteifungsprofilleiste (4) eine Nase (4.4) aufweist.
  12. Verkaufsregal mit Säulen, Konsolen und Regalböden, wobei jeder Regalboden (2) aus Gitterstäben (3) und Versteifungsprofilleisten (4) gebildet ist, und wobei ferner jede Konsole (1, 1 ') Aussparungen (5, 6, 7) zur Aufnahme der Versteifungsprofilleiste (4) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Konsole (1') vier Vorsprünge (1.1 a, 1.1 b, 1.1 c, 1.1 d) aufweist, wobei ferner im Bereich der oberen Vorsprünge (1.1a) oder (1.1 b) eine Aushängesicherung (9) vorgesehen ist.
  13. Verkaufsregal nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aushängesicherung (9) einen Hinterschnitt 9.1 und einen Steg 9.2 aufweist.
  14. Verkaufsregal nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tiefe des Steges 9.2 in Abhäng-igkeit zu der Wandstärke der Säule 8 gewählt wird.
  15. Verkaufsregal nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steg 9.2 unterhalb der Oberkante eines Schlitzes der Säule 8 angeordnet ist.
