Claims (15)

l'unité de groupage présente une unité de réception (6) permettant de former des couches de groupes d'unités d'emballage (2) et forme une cage de base (14) sous la forme d'une grille rectangulaire montée en rotation, dans lequel au moins une bande de fermeture (15) est également prévue, dans lequel les extrémités de la bande peuvent s'enrouler et se dérouler sur respectivement une bobine de stockage (19), ce qui permet à au moins un et au maximum trois côtés de la cage de base (14) d'être fermés et entourés par la bande de fermeture (15). - Dispositif d'emballage et de groupage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la cage de base (14) est une cage ou cage partielle formée de poutres ou supports.
- Dispositif d'emballage et de groupage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que deux surfaces latérales directement adjacentes du premier groupe sont réalisées du côté de la cage de base (14) sous forme de parois rigides (14.1, 14.2), grilles murales ou similaires.
- Dispositif d'emballage et de groupage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la taille de la cage de base (14) est variable dans au moins une direction, dans lequel dans le cas de surfaces latérales partiellement rigides, celles-ci sont réalisées sous forme d'éléments variables dans une direction d'extension, en particulier sous forme de parois à lamelles, de couches se chevauchant comme des tuiles ou similaires.
- Dispositif d'emballage et de groupage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que pour modifier la taille de la cage de base (14) de l'unité de réception (6), au moins un entraînement est prévu, en particulier un entraînement moteur ou un entraînement hydro-pneumatique.
- Dispositif d'emballage et de groupage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les bandes de fermeture (15) sont logées à au moins une extrémité hors de l'unité de réception (6).
- Dispositif d'emballage et de groupage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les bandes de fermeture (15) présentent à au moins une extrémité de la bande un dispositif de serrage et/ou un dispositif de guidage de bande (21, 22, 23).
- Dispositif d'emballage et de groupage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les bandes de fermeture (15) sont enroulables ou logées de manière coulissante et entraînées de telle sorte que celles-ci peuvent être accélérées dans un sens et dans l'autre parallèlement au mouvement de rotation de l'élément de réception.
- Dispositif d'emballage et de groupage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un cylindre de guidage (23) est prévu, au moyen duquel l'au moins une bande de fermeture (15) est guidée.
- Dispositif d'emballage et de groupage selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un cylindre de guidage (23) est entraîné par moteur de telle sorte que celui-ci est déplaçable transversalement au sens de la bande dans au moins une direction.
- Dispositif d'emballage et de groupage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de groupage comporte un entraînement (17) qui est logé et peut être entraîné de sorte à pouvoir exécuter des mouvements dans le sens axial et de rotation autour de celui-ci, dans lequel l'unité de réception (6) ou la cage de base (14) de l'unité de réception (6) sont fixées à l'entraînement (17) et peuvent être mises en rotation par celui-ci.
- Procédé d'emballage et de groupage pour des unités d'emballage (2), en particulier des sacs, cartons, plateaux, sachets, barquettes, etc., caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes est employé et au moins les étapes suivantes sont réalisées :a) amener les unités d'emballage (2, 2.1)b) transborder les unités d'emballage (2, 2.1) de l'amenée (3) dans la cage de base (14) de l'unité de réception (6).c) tourner la cage de base (14) de l'unité de réception (6) d'un angle □d) transborder d'autres unités d'emballage (2, 2.2) dans la cage de base (14) de l'unité de réception (6)e) transférer le groupe de paquets formé dans la cage de base (14) de l'unité de réception (6) dans un suremballage (carton) (10).
- Procédé d'emballage et de groupage selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce qu'après l'étape d), la cage de base (14) de l'unité de réception (6) retourne dans la position de départ par rotation de l'angle -□ ou continue de tourner dans le sens de la première rotation, puis l'étape e) est exécutée.
- Procédé d'emballage et de groupage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 ou 13, caractérisé en ce que pendant l'étape c), la tension de l'au moins une bande de fermeture (15) est adaptée.
- Procédé d'emballage et de groupage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 14, caractérisé en ce que pendant l'étape c), l'au moins une bande de fermeture (15) est déplacée dans le sens de rotation, en particulier à une vitesse telle qu'il n'y a pas de différence de vitesse ou une différence de vitesse minime entre la bande en mouvement et les éléments de l'unité de réception (6) en contact avec celle-ci.
