  • the knot 3e of the wig 10 is positioned on the back 2b of the wig base 2, and the intermediate part of the hair 3 extending from this knot 3e, namely the bridging portion 3f linked to the knot 3e, is positioned on the front surface 2a of the wig base.
  • the wig base is made of a net member, the hair is attached to the filament sandwiched by meshes adjacent to each other by winding the hair around the filament.
  • the knot 3e is positioned on the back 2b of the wig base made of the net member, whereas the bridging portion 3f linked to this knot 3e is positioned on the surface 2a.
  • the bridging portion 3f is on the front surface 2a of the wig base 2.
  • the bridging portion 3f is in the form of a thin line having a thickness equivalent to the diameter of the hair 3, and the knot 3e of the hair 3 is on the back 2b of the wig base. Since the knot 3e is not on the surface 2a of the wig base 2, it is not exposed when the wig is worn. The knot 3e is invisible even through the gap between hairs, and consequently is hardly recognizable as a wig. In addition, smooth brushing is ensured because the teeth of a brush do not catch the knot 3e. No load is applied to the hair 3 implanted to the wig base, and cutting or coming off of the hair 3 can thus be prevented.
  • the back 2b of the wig base 2 may be coated with an urethane resin, for example. This coating prevents the knot 3e from directly contacting the scalp of the user, eliminating the sense of discomfort and providing good sense of fitting. If the wig base 2 is made of a net base, this back coating prevents the bridging portion 3f from rotating around the filament.
  • FIG 2 , FIG. 3 , and FIG. 4 are cross-sectional views showing the implanted hair of the wig, viewed at an oblique angle from above, at an oblique angle from underneath, and from the bottom respectively.
  • A) of FIG. 2 , FIG. 3 , and FIG. 4 is a scanning electron microscopic image taken at 90-, 80-, and 80-fold magnification respectively.
  • B) is a figure for describing the members. It is apparent from these figures that the knot 3e of the wig of the example is on the back 2b of the wig base 2, and the bridging portion 3f linked to the knot 3e is on the surface 2a.
  • FIG. 5 (A) is an image showing a plan view of the wig in comparative example 2 observed at 50-fold magnification. It is apparent that the knot 31 is exposed on the surface 2a of the wig base 2.
  • FIG. 6 (A) is an image showing a plan view of the wig in comparative example 2 observed at 70-fold magnification. It is apparent that the knot 32 is exposed on the surface 2a of the wig base 2.
  • Table 1 lists the measurement results of the adhesion the hair to the wig base in the implementation and comparative examples 1 and 2.
  • the adhesion of ten given hairs was measured, and the average of the measurements was found.

  • the knots of hair are positioned on the back of the wig base, and various embodiments are available without departing from the scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (11)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'une perruque consistant à attacher une pluralité de cheveux (3) à une base de perruque (2), comprenant :
    une première étape consistant à faire passer une partie formant crochet (1a) d'une aiguille d'implantation de cheveux (1) d'une surface avant (2a) de la base de perruque (2) à une surface arrière (2b) de la base de perruque (2) et à faire repasser la partie formant crochet (1a) sur la surface avant (2a) au niveau d'une autre position ;
    une deuxième étape consistant à plier un cheveu (3) et à mettre la partie formant crochet (1a) en prise avec une boucle (3b) formée au niveau de la position de courbure du cheveu (3) ;
    une troisième étape consistant à tirer l'aiguille d'implantation de cheveux (1), avec la boucle du cheveu (3b) maintenue en prise avec la partie formant crochet (1a), pour la ramener sur la surface avant (2a) de la base de perruque (2) ;
    une quatrième étape consistant à mettre la partie formant crochet (1a) en prise avec une extrémité du cheveu (3c) ;
    une cinquième étape consistant à tirer l'aiguille d'implantation de cheveux (1) hors de la boucle (3b) avec ladite extrémité du cheveu (3c) en prise avec la partie formant crochet (1a) ;
    une sixième étape consistant à former un noeud de cheveu (3e) en maintenant une extrémité du cheveu (3c) tout en tirant une autre extrémité du cheveu (3d) ; et
    une septième étape consistant à déplacer le noeud de cheveu (3e) jusqu'à la surface arrière (2b) de la base de perruque (2) en tirant l'autre extrémité du cheveu (3d) tout en maintenant ladite extrémité du cheveu (3c), et tout en plaçant une partie de liaison (3f) reliée au noeud de cheveu (3e) sur la surface avant (2a) de la base de perruque (2).
  2. Procédé de fabrication de la perruque selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'aiguille d'implantation de cheveux (1) est tournée sur l'axe d'une direction longitudinale de l'aiguille d'implantation de cheveux (1) dans la deuxième ou la troisième étape, et dans lequel l'aiguille d'implantation de cheveux (1) est mise en prise avec la boucle (3b).
  3. Procédé de fabrication de la perruque selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la partie de liaison (3f) reliée au noeud de cheveu (3e) est positionnée sur la surface avant (2a) de la base de perruque (2) et fixée.
  4. Procédé de fabrication de la perruque selon la revendication 1, dans lequel au moins une partie de la base de perruque (2) est une base de peau artificielle constituée d'une résine synthétique, et le noeud de cheveu (3e) est passé à travers un trou d'épingle réalisé sur la base de peau artificielle et placé sur la face arrière de la base de peau artificielle.
  5. Procédé de fabrication de la perruque selon la revendication 4, dans lequel le trou d'épingle se contracte tout en venant en prise avec le cheveu (3) de façon à retenir le cheveu (3) dressé.
  6. Procédé de fabrication de la perruque selon la revendication 1, dans lequel une partie de la base de perruque (2) est une base à mailles constituée d'un élément à mailles, et dans lequel le cheveu (3) est fixé à un filament constituant la base à mailles en étant enroulé autour du filament de façon à positionner le noeud de cheveu (3e) sur l'arrière de la base à mailles.
  7. Procédé de fabrication de la perruque selon la revendication 6, dans lequel la taille de maille de la base à mailles est inférieure à la taille du noeud de cheveu (3e).
  8. Perruque, fabriquée à l'aide du procédé selon la revendication 1, et dans laquelle le noeud de cheveu (3e) se trouve sur la surface arrière (2b) de la base de perruque (2), caractérisée en ce que la partie de liaison (3f) du cheveu (3) reliée au noeud de cheveu (3e) est située sur une surface avant (2a) de la base de perruque (2).
  9. Perruque selon la revendication 8, dans laquelle au moins une partie de la base de perruque (2) est une base de peau artificielle constituée d'une résine synthétique.
  10. Perruque selon la revendication 8, dans laquelle au moins une partie de la base de perruque (2) est une base à mailles constituée d'un élément à mailles.
  11. Perruque selon la revendication 10, dans laquelle la taille de maille de la base à mailles est inférieure à la taille du noeud de cheveu (3e).
