Definitions

  • the invention relates to an article of footwear, in particular in the formation of a sock or stocking, consisting of a substantially trained stocking element that covers at least partially the foot, and at least one sole element, wherein the stocking and sole element are integrally connected to each other ,
  • article of footwear is understood to mean a garment which is at least partially suitable for covering the foot of a human body.
  • Footwear items can be, for example, shoes, but also socks or sock-like formations.

  • Footwear pieces in various forms are known from the prior art. Footwear may be socks, shoes, boots or similar facilities. All facilities have the goal to protect the foot or the sole of the foot from injury or to protect the entire foot so that little or no injury occurs when appropriate stress.
