Definitions

  • the invention relates to a sock, in particular for use in sports activities, which has a padding in some areas.
  • the anatomy of the human foot naturally provides fat pads on the sole of his foot, which cause an impact when walking or running.
  • the other areas of the foot, for example, the ankle or the instep have no such fat pads.
  • This natural design of the foot is designed to walk or run without shoes, so barefoot, since this alone a distribution of pressure on the sole of the foot is required.
  • the human feet are often housed in sturdy shoes. This especially if the person moves a lot and fast, for example during sports activities.
  • the footwear serves on the one hand to cushion shocks and for firm fixation of the foot, on the other hand to prevent injuries to the sole by the occurrence of sharp bumps or objects on the floor.
  • the DE 200 16 825 U1 discloses primarily a shoe-sock combination in which the shoe has at least one climate zone that allows air exchange, and in which the sock has at least one climate zone that allows air exchange, the arrangement of the climatic zones of the shoe and the climatic zones the sock are matched.
  • the sock features a foot portion and a shaft, wherein the foot portion includes a toe area, a heel area, and a tread area located between the toe and heel areas.
  • the sock has regions of a padding, wherein pads are described, which are formed by Absorptionspolstern, and between which a kind of web is provided.
  • both the shoes and the socks are padded in the areas of greatest stress, ie in particular in the region of the instep, the ankle, the Achilles tendon u.
  • both the shoes and the socks in the same areas of the foot have additional padding, a double padding is caused in these areas.
  • this does not usually relieve the foot; Rather, this double padding causes an additional pressure load on the foot, which leads to a reduction in wearing comfort and resulting faster fatigue. This counteracts the actual goals of the upholstery of socks or shoes, namely to cause relief.
  • the invention aims to remedy this situation.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a sock with area-wise padding, which avoids a double padding.
  • this object is achieved by a sock with the features of claim 1.
  • a sock is created with area-wise upholstery, by which a double padding is avoided.
  • the padded area is expanded, resulting in a uniform pressure distribution result. This prevents premature fatigue.
  • the pads are formed in the region of the instep of absorption pads, between which a web is provided.
  • the absorption pads protrude beyond the bridge. This ensures that the tab provided on the respective shoe is arranged between the absorption pads in the worn state. Since the tabs are each upholstered, a double padding is avoided by the lateral arrangement of the absorbent pad. Rather, there is a continuous surface which leads to a uniform pressure distribution. This counteracts premature fatigue of the foot and pressure points.
  • the pads are formed in the region of the heel of spacer pads, between which a web is provided.
  • the spacer pads protrude over the bridge. This creates the possibility of placing the padding of the edge, which is provided in each case in the region of the heel of the shoe, above a protective cap provided in the rule in the region of the web, that is to say in the non-padded or less padded region. As a result, a double padding is avoided.
  • the adjacent arrangement of the spacer pads leads to a uniform padding in the heel and thus to a uniform pressure distribution.
  • the sock has an air channel.
  • the air duct helps moisture evaporate or the non-evaporating part of the moisture can be absorbed by the tissue.
  • the sock is equipped with an X-cross bandage.
  • the X-Cross Bandage supports the ankle in the transition area between leg and foot.
  • the sock 1 has a toe area 11, a heel area 12 and an access area 13 located between the toe and heel area.
  • the regions 11, 12 and 13 can, as shown in the exemplary embodiment, be made of reinforced material.
  • a shaft connects, according to the embodiment FIG. 3 ends above the ankle, in the embodiments of the FIGS. 1 and 2 extends over the calf.
  • a collar 14 At the end facing away from the foot part of the shaft is provided with a collar 14. From the collar 14 is in the exemplary embodiment, an air duct 15, which extends into the appearance area 13 and is formed from climate-regulating net knitted fabric. The air channel 15 helps to dissipate moisture from the entrance area upwards.
  • Such an air channel 15 may be provided both on the inside of the leg and the outside of the leg or on both sides of the sock.
  • the sock 1 can also be equipped with a non-illustrated X-cross bandage, which is formed from an elastic climate-regulating fabric.
  • the X-Cross Bandage supports the ankle in the transition area between leg and foot.
  • the sock 1 is partially provided with pads 2.
  • an absorbent pad 21 is provided which extends from the toe area over the instep of the foot to the lower portion of the shaft of the sock.
  • the pad 21 is arranged laterally to the instep.
  • a comparable absorbent pad 22 is provided, which in FIG. 5 is recognizable.
  • the pad 22 has the substantially same shape as that in FIG FIG. 1 upholstery 21 shown.
  • a web 23 is formed, which also extends from the toe area 11 into the lower region of the shaft of the sock.
  • the pads 21, 22 are clearly above the web 23 out.
  • a pad 24 is provided, which has a substantially annular configuration.
  • the annular pad 24 encloses a substantially circular surface 25.
  • the pad 24 is formed so that it protrudes significantly over the surface 25.
  • two spacer pads 26, 27 are arranged in the heel on the sock 1 in the heel on the sock 1 in the heel on the sock 1 .
  • the spacer pad 27 begins at the heel area 12 and ends on a web 28, which is formed between the spacer pads 26, 27.
  • the web 28 may be made of climate-regulating tissue.
  • the spacer pads 26, 27 are designed such that they project clearly beyond the web 28.
  • the pads 2 are generally made of plastic yarns or compound fabrics or yarn or similar materials.
  • the padding 2 of the sock 1 are made of hollow-core fibers which are wound with wool or cotton.
  • the hollow-chamber plastic yarns are particularly strong shock and pressure damping.
  • the tread area 13 may be made of microfiber knit which helps to reduce abrasion. Also in the toe and heel area 11,12 depending on the requirement, the footbed made of microfiber.
  • the selected as an exemplary embodiment and generally designated 3 shoe has partially pad 4. He has a sole 31. On the sole 31, a closed upper part 32 is arranged. In worn condition ( FIG. 4 ), the foot of the user is supported on the sole 31, while the remaining part of the foot is surrounded to the ankle by the upper part 32.
  • the upper part 32 may consist of different materials. While predominantly leather has been used as the material for the upper 32 in the past, plastic fibers and plastics are predominantly used today.
  • the upper part 32 of the shoe 3 has a tab 33 over which the - not shown - lacing of the shoe takes place.
  • eyelets 34 are pre-seen in the shoe.
  • the tab 33 is provided with a pad 4 in the form of a padding 41 to prevent pain in the foot of the user at a firm lacing the shoe or under a heavy load.
  • a cap 35 is arranged in the front region of the shoe 3.
  • the cap 35 may be made of hard plastic, leather or solid knitted fabric.
  • a protective cap is also provided in the heel area of the shoe, which is designated 36.
  • the protective cap 36 may be made of solid plastic, leather or reinforced knitted plastic fibers. The cap 36 extends into the lateral regions of the shoe to provide lateral guidance for the heel.
  • the upper part 32 of the shoe is made of leather or plastic fibers.
  • the areas made of this material are designated 37.
  • the areas contribute significantly to the structural strength of the top of the shoe.
  • climates zones 38 which, depending on the application of the shoe in different places and in various forms and
  • the areas 37 are provided with a padding 42 in order to increase the wearing comfort.
  • the shoe 3 is provided with a padding 43 in order to reduce the loads on the heel.
  • the arrangement of the pad 2 of the sock 1 are matched to the arrangement of the pad 4 of the shoe 3.
  • this will be explained below with reference to the absorption pads 21, 22 with the intermediate web 23 on the one hand and the padding 41 in the tab 33 of the shoe 3 ( FIG. 5 ).
  • the padding 41 on the tab 33 extends over the entire width of the tab. It thus also extends below the region 37 and consequently cushions the eyelets 34. According to the section FIG. 5 It can be seen that an increase in the thickness of the tab 33 is effected by the batting 41.
  • absorbent pads 21, 22 are located just adjacent the padded flap 33.
  • the tab 33 with the padding 41 lies exactly on the web 23.
  • the pads 21, 22 and the padding 41 thus form a consistently uniformly padded surface; a double padding is avoided. As a result, even under extreme loads or with very tightly laced shoes, a uniform pressure distribution takes place, which counteracts the occurrence of pressure points and thus the risk of premature fatigue.
  • the spacer pads 26, 27 act in conjunction with the web 28.
  • the padding 43 is above the cap 36 of the shoe 3 in the worn state with the sock 1 in contact, whereby a pressure relief is caused.
  • the spacer pads 26, 27 are arranged exactly adjacent to the padding 43; the padding lies exactly in the region of the web 28. Also by this training a double padding is avoided; At the same time a uniform load distribution takes place.
  • the heel is protected by the inventive design even under extreme foot movements against damage in the heel area.
  • the invention is not limited to these alone; rather, under this term also stockings, tights and the like are subsumed, to which the invention also relates. Also, the invention is not limited solely to the shape and arrangement of the pads; Rather, other arrangements and configurations of upholstery depending on the particular load conditions or shoe shapes of the inventive concept are also included.
