Definitions

  • the invention relates to a sock, in particular sports sock, having a sole region which has a toe region, a ball region and a heel region.
  • sock stands for all types of legwear items such as stockings, tights, foot bandages and the like.
  • the socks not only take over the function of friction reduction between foot and shoe, but also support the foot in its natural rolling motion.
  • a running and jumping movement there is an increased load on the foot, as a result of which the foot buckles to cushion the impact to the inside.
  • the foot sets with its outer sole edge area on the base and then relocates the load slightly to the inside of the foot so that the longitudinal arch of the foot can sink in and thus absorb part of the impact.
  • the pronation depends on the specific training of the foot. It is between different foot types too distinguish, namely the normal foot, the hollow foot and the Senkfuß.
  • the normal foot shows an optimally trained for the rolling movement arch. He touches the ground first while walking and running with the outside of the hindfoot, then rolls inward to absorb and dampen the impact on the ground. This is called a natural pronation. Hollow feet, on the other hand, do not buckle inward in the landing phase and leave an imprint predominantly in the forefoot and hindfoot areas. This is called a subpronation. The natural impact protection of the foot is greatly reduced. Lowered feet, on the other hand, have a very low arch and leave a complete footprint because they bend very much to the inside after the placement phase. This movement is called overpronation.
  • socks that support the natural rolling motion of the foot and reduce the extent of under- or over-pronation.
  • a sock reveal the US 2007 094892 and the DE 10 2007 024 758 A1 .
  • the sole region of the sock is provided with a pronation support, which is arranged in the region of the longitudinal arch of the sole region.
  • the pronation support is sickle-shaped and has substantially the length of the longitudinal arch and a two to four times smaller width.
  • a front and a rear damping zone are provided on the sole region, which dampens the impact of the ball area and the heel area.
  • a disadvantage of this divided into several zones sole area is the low wearing comfort, which is caused by slipping of the sock at the foot of the wearer.
  • the DE 10 2008 020 993 B4 describes, for example, a sock in which the sole region is completely structured, ie over its entire length, structured as a function of an intended rolling line.
  • a sock in which the sole region is completely structured, ie over its entire length, structured as a function of an intended rolling line.
  • the foot is performed simultaneously at different points of the sole region parallel to the rolling line.
  • the Ballenleitpolster provides for the support and management of the front foot area, while the heel guide pads at the same time takes over the support and leadership of the heel foot area.
  • results from the respective one-piece design of mutually parallel guide pads stable leadership of the foot in the desired direction of unwinding.
  • the conceptual demarcation between the ball area and the heel area of the foot is determined essentially by the natural shape of the foot, which limits the area of the ball or the heel area by the longitudinal curvature of the foot.
  • the conductive pads may optionally be made of the same or a different material than the sock itself.
  • the areas which form the conductive pads may be woven from another weave structure, so that the material becomes denser and stronger overall and thus forms a material reinforcement.
  • the heel guide pad is formed over the entire heel area.
  • the heel rests completely on the Leitpolster, so that slipping of the sock and thereby caused painful pressure points be prevented by an occurrence on the edge region of the Leitpolsters.
  • the heel guide pad is formed from the heel area to the boundary of the ball area pointing in the direction of the heel area.
  • the Heersleitpolster extends substantially over the entire heel area, laterally along the boundary of the longitudinal arch of the foot, up to the beginning of the ball area. The movement performed thereby substantially corresponds to the rolling line of the foot, so that the heel guide pad optimally guides the foot during its rolling movement.
  • the ball guide pad is substantially formed by a pointing in the direction of the heel area boundary of the ball area in the region of a sole edge area to the toe area in the region of a large toe.
  • the bale guiding pad also forms a shape which resembles the course of the rolling line of the foot.
  • the Ballenleitpolster thus extends from the outer sole edge approximately in the area of the boundary of the football, up to the opposite sole edge, approximately in the area of the big toe.
  • baleguard padding directs the foot in two different areas of the sole - bale and heel - in the right unwinding direction.
  • the movement does not go only from one area of the foot, but from two equally effective areas.
  • the movement of the foot is very stable and yet extremely pleasant for the wearer.
  • the Fersenleitpolster is positively arranged on the longitudinal arch of the sole region.
  • the foot rests exactly on the heel guide pad, where the main load zone is during the rolling movement. This creates a zone of stabilizing properties for the foot in the marginal area of the longitudinal arch which prevents excessive inward buckling of the foot, i. in the direction of the longitudinal arch, prevented.
  • the invention provides that the Fersenleitpolster has openings in the region of the longitudinal arch. These openings increase the mobility of the Heersleitpolsters. In a compression of the sole area, it is thus not material bulges of the Leitpolsters, which uncomfortably press against the sole of the foot and can cause pressure positions or bubbles in the worst case.
  • the apertures thus serve as expansion joints, which increase the wearing comfort of the sock in different loading stages of the rolling motion.
  • the perforations in the non-compressed state of the sole region act as air channels, which allow air circulation between shoe and foot. This also contributes to the increase in wearing comfort.
  • a total advantage has a heel guide pad with three openings exposed. This provides an optimal combination of stability and at the same time mobility or air permeability.
  • an alternative embodiment variant of the invention provides that the sole region has material reinforcements in the region of the longitudinal arch and / or in the region of the openings.
  • a reinforcement is introduced into the sole region of the longitudinal arch, which additionally stabilizes this region and prevents the foot from buckling inwards.
  • This material reinforcement can consist of a separate textile cover or a woven version with a higher material density.
  • a reinforcement can also be introduced. This then serves as a stabilizing element between the movable juxtaposed elements of Fersenleitpolsters. At the same time the openings are filled by the material reinforcements, so that according to this variant, a possible pinching of skin areas is prevented.
  • the material reinforcements arranged in the region of the apertures are formed through the apertures radially from the boundary of the longitudinal arch to an opposite sole edge region. Since the outer sole edge region is connected to the opposite sole edge region, namely the longitudinal arch, a particularly good fit of the sock is achieved on the foot. This effect can be assisted by the fact that the radially outwardly facing material reinforcements additionally elastic properties which span the sole region of the sock over the foot of the wearer.
  • the sock according to the invention may have material reinforcements in the toe area. These protect on the one hand the toes from excessive friction on the footwear and the other the sock against excessive wear.
  • the material reinforcements of the toe region and / or of the heel guide pad and / or of the ball guide pad have a greater rigidity than the material reinforcements in the region of the longitudinal arch and in the region of the openings. This ensures on the one hand the required stability and the guiding capability of the conductive pads and on the other hand simultaneously the flexibility of the conductive pads and the wearing comfort of the entire sock.
  • FIG. 1 illustrated variant of a sock has a sole region 10, which consists of a toe area 1, a ball region 2 and a heel region 3.
  • a Fersenleitpolster 4 is introduced in the heel area 3 .
  • the ball area 2 a Ballenleitpolster 5.
  • Fersenleitpolster 4 and Ballenleitpolster 5 are arranged parallel to the natural rolling line 6 of the foot, wherein the Ballenleitpolster 5 extends from the outer sole edge portion 7 at the boundary of the ball area 2 to the toe area 1 in the region of the big toe.
  • the heel guide pad 4 is also arc-shaped, so that it runs partially along the curved boundary of the foot arch 8.
  • the heel guide pad 4 and the bale guide pad 5 may consist of one or more materials, which have an increased stiffness or strength compared to the other regions of the sole region 10. Such increased stiffness / strength can be achieved by denser weaves or by applying separate textile parts to the sole region 10.
  • the shape of the Heersleitpolsters 4 and Ballenleitpolsters 5 is similar to the central portion of the rolling line 6 of the foot. As a result, the foot is guided in its rolling movement in the direction of the rolling line 6. Because the heel guide pad 4 occupies the entire surface of the heel, it rests on a stable surface without disturbing boundary edges.
  • the arcuate extension along the longitudinal arch 8 of the foot directs the foot from the position at the moment of occurrence in a slightly inwardly bent position of the foot.
  • the Ballenleitpolster 5 supports this movement by its position in the ball area 2. Thus, the movement is not only separate carried out at the heel area 3, but at the same time also on the ball area 2.
  • FIG. 2 illustrated variant of a sock according to the invention again shows a sole region 20 with a heel guide pad 4 and a Ballenleitpolster 5.
  • Fig. 1 is the Hersleitleitpolster 4 here with openings 9.1, 9.2, 9.3, which share the Leitpolster 4 in individual segments 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4.
  • the openings serve in this embodiment as running transversely to the direction of step air channels, which on the one hand allow air circulation between the shoe and foot and on the other hand ensure the mobility of the Fersenleitpolsters 4.
  • the apertures take 9.1, 9.2, 9.3 the function of expansion joints, which prevent over-throwing of the material and thus any bruising or injury to the foot.
  • the material within the openings 9.1, 9.2, 9.3 may be the same as that of the heel guide pad 4 or the rest of the sole area.
  • the illustrated functions can be achieved by a different web thickness of the sock material.
  • the embodiment according to FIG. 3 also shows a sole region 30 with a Heersleitpolster 4, which consists of individual segments 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4.
  • a substantially semicircular material reinforcement is introduced, which positively adjacent to the inner boundary of the Fersenleitpolsters 4 and from there radially through the apertures 9.1, 9.2, 9.3 extends up to the opposite sole edge region 7.
  • the material reinforcements in the longitudinal arch 8 and in the radial extensions may have elastic properties, so that the sock in the region of the longitudinal arch 8 and the Fersenleitpolsters 4 rests firmly on the foot. As a result, the heel guide pad is held optimally in a position corresponding to the rolling line 6.
