本发明涉及袜子,尤其是在体育运动时穿着的袜子,袜子局部带有软垫。
背景技术
人脚的解剖学构造与生俱来地在脚掌上提供脂肪垫,脂肪垫在走路或跑步时起到减震作用。脚的其它部位例如脚踝或脚背没有这种脂肪垫。脚的这种自然结构是为不穿鞋(就是说赤脚)走路或跑步而构造的,但在这种情况下,脚掌上的压力分布是必然的。
然而,人的脚经常穿在坚硬的鞋子中,尤其是,当人例如在体育运动中大量快速地运动时。此时,一方面,鞋子用于减震和脚的牢固保持,另一方面,鞋子用于避免由于踩在地面上的尖锐不平物或物体上而造成的脚掌受伤。
当脚穿在坚硬的鞋中时,脚上出现受压位置。这种受压位置源自鞋子勒紧、鞋舌勒紧和顶压脚后跟等。此时,根据鞋子的不同状况,鞋子产生不同的施压区。由于这些施压区没有出现在脚掌上,所以在那里就不存在呈脂肪垫形式的天然垫。
为了减小脚所承受的压力负载,已经知道了给袜子配备软垫。这种软垫可以减小所受压力。例如,从WO 97/09890A中知道了一种足踏部位得到加强的袜子,所述加强部主要具有对应于足踏面的轮廓。由此一来,袜子提供额外的缓冲作用,但由于脚与生俱来地在足踏面部位上具有小的脂肪垫,理论上在足踏部位不需要这种软垫。还知道了(参见DE 29715762U1)在袜子的其它部位设置软垫,例如在脚面上,或者对于例如在徒步、滑雪、速滑等时穿着高出脚踝的高帮鞋来说,在胫骨和小腿的部位设置软垫。软垫也会导致负载的减小。
为了进一步减小穿鞋子时所受的压力,特别是在穿着现代的运动鞋时,在鞋子上设置缓冲垫。例如,鞋舌用柔软的材料衬垫。在通常情况下,同样的做法也适用于脚后跟部位的硬边。此外,在高帮鞋上,为了减小脚踝部位所受压力,在脚踝部位经常设置附加的缓冲垫。
在上述现代的运动鞋与已知的具有用于减轻压力负载的袜子的搭配中,出现了以下问题:鞋子和袜子在负载较高的部位上都加有软垫,特别是在脚背、脚踝、跟腱等部位。由于鞋子和袜子在脚的相同部位中都具有附加的软垫,在所述部位就产生双层软垫。但在通常情况下,这不会导致脚的负载减小;相反,双层软垫导致脚承受附加的压力,结果,穿着舒适性降低,由此产生更快的疲劳。这与袜子或鞋子加衬软垫的本来目的(即适当减小压力)背道而驰。
发明内容
本发明在此提供解决方法。本发明的目的在于,提供带有局部软垫的袜子,所述袜子避免双层软垫。根据本发明,这个目的通过使袜子上的软垫布置与鞋子上的软垫布置相协调来实现。借助本发明,提供一种带有局部软垫的袜子,通过这种袜子避免双层软垫。结果,不出现额外的负载,相反,扩大了加衬软垫的区域,导致均匀的压力分布,由此避免了过早的疲劳。
在本发明的改进方案中,脚背部位上的软垫由吸收软垫构成,在吸收软垫之间设置桥接片。吸收软垫优选伸出到桥接片之上,由此保证在各鞋子上设置的鞋舌在穿着状态设置在吸收软垫之间。因为鞋舌总是加衬软垫,所以通过吸收软垫的侧面设置避免了双层软垫。确切地说,产生连贯的表面,导致均匀的压力分布。这对脚的过早疲劳以及受压位置起作用。
本发明的另一改进方案中,脚后跟部位的软垫由间隔软垫构成,在间隔软垫之间设置桥接片。有利的是,间隔软垫伸出到桥接片之上,由此提供以下可能性,即总是设置在鞋后跟区域内的、在通常设置的保护贴皮的上面的边缘软垫被设置在桥接片区域(即,没有或很少加软垫的区域)中。结果,避免了双层软垫。间隔软垫的相邻设置导致在脚后跟部位上的均匀的加衬软垫,从而导致均匀的压力分布。
在本发明的实施方案中,袜子具有通风道。通风道有助于湿气蒸发和/或没有蒸发的部分湿气被织物吸收。此外,通风道可提供这样的可能性,即来自鞋子部位的湿气向上排出。
袜子优选具有X形交叉绷带。X形交叉绷带支撑着腿脚过渡部位的脚踝。

具体实施方式
总体用1表示的袜子具有脚趾部位11、脚后跟部位12和位于脚趾部位和脚后跟部位之间的足踏部位13。如实施例所述,这些部位11、12和13由加强材料制成。也可能使用复合材料,例如具有弹性纤维材料如弹性体的羊毛。
袜子的脚部部分连接着袜筒,袜筒根据图3的实施例终止于脚踝的上方,在图1和图2的实施例中延伸至小腿上。袜筒在远离脚部部分的端部设置束带14。在这个实施例中,通风道15从束带14开始延伸到足踏部位13,并且由空气调节用的网状针织织物构成。通风道15将湿气从足踏部位向上送而排出。通风道15既可以在腿内侧也可以在腿外侧,或者设置在袜子两侧。
此外,袜子1上可以设有X形交叉绷带(未示出),该X形交叉绷带由弹性的空气调节型织物构成。X形交叉绷带支撑着腿脚过渡部位处的脚踝。
袜子1局部带有软垫2。在根据图1的实施例中,设有吸收软垫21,该软垫在脚部部分的脚背上从脚趾部位延伸到袜筒的下部区域。软垫21设置在脚背的侧面。在图1所示袜子1的看不到的那侧,设有相对的吸收软垫22,其在图5中可以看到。软垫22基本上具有与图1所示的软垫21相同的形式。在软垫21和22之间形成桥接片23,该桥接片同样从脚趾部位11延伸袜筒下部。软垫21、22设置得明显比桥接片23高。
在脚踝部位,也就是说,在脚部部分和袜筒之间的过渡区域那,设有软垫24,其基本上具有环形结构。环形软垫24基本上围绕出一个圆形表面25。软垫24这样构成,其明显高于表面25。
在根据图2的实施例中,在袜子1的脚后跟部位上设有两个间隔软垫26、27。在该实施例中,间隔软垫26、27的形状与该部位的脚的解剖学形状相配。间隔软垫26始于脚后跟12,结束于间隔软垫26、27之间构成的桥接片28。桥接片28可以由空气调节型织物制成。间隔软垫26、27这样构成,其明显高于桥接片28。
软垫2一般由塑料或复合织物或复合棉纱等材料制成。在该实施例中,袜子1的软垫2由绕有羊毛或棉花的中空纤维制成。特别是,中空塑料能产生很强的缓冲减压作用。足踏部位13可以由微纤维织物制成,其有助于减小磨损。同样,根据要求,足窝在脚趾部位11和脚后跟部位12处由微纤维制成。
作为实施例可选择的且总体用3表示的鞋子在局部衬有软垫4。鞋子具有鞋底31,在鞋底31上设有封闭的上部32。在穿着状态下(图4),穿鞋者的脚支撑在鞋底31上,同时,脚的其余部分包括脚踝被上部32包围。上部32可以由不同的材料制呈。过去,主要使用皮革作为上部32的材料,如今主要使用塑料纤维和塑料。
鞋子3的上部32具有鞋舌33,在鞋舌上完成鞋子的系紧(未示出)。为此,在鞋子上设置鞋带眼34。鞋舌33具有呈衬垫41形式的软垫4,以便在鞋子系紧时或在高负载时防止穿鞋者的脚疼痛。在鞋子3的前部区域设有贴皮35。贴皮35可以由硬塑料、皮革或坚固的编织物制成。此外,在鞋子的脚后跟部位也设有保护贴皮,该保护贴皮用36表示。同样,保护贴皮36可以由硬塑料、皮革或加强的编织塑料纤维制成。为了给脚后跟提供侧引导作用,贴皮36沿鞋子的侧面部位延伸。
在保护贴皮35、36之间的部位,鞋子的上部32由皮革或塑料纤维制成。用这些材料制成的部位用37表示。这些部位主要承担鞋子上部的结构强度。透气部位38位于鞋子上部32的部位37中,根据鞋子的使用范围,透气部位设置在不同的部位上并以不同的形状和尺寸设置。为了提高舒适性,在部位37内衬有软垫42。为了减小脚后跟的负载,鞋子3在保护贴皮36的上面设有软垫43。
袜子1的软垫2的设置与鞋子3的软垫4的设置搭配。下面,一方面借助具有位于其中的桥接片23的吸收软垫21、22,另一方面借助在鞋子3的鞋舌33中的衬垫41来解释实施例(图5)。在鞋舌33上的衬垫41分布在鞋舌的整个宽度范围内。因此,鞋舌也延伸到部位37的下面,并且在部位37之后,鞋带眼34不带软垫。根据图5的截面图可知,通过衬垫41实现了鞋舌33的厚度的增大。为了提供最佳的软垫,与加垫的鞋舌33相邻地设置吸收软垫21、22。加有衬垫41的鞋舌正好位于桥接片23的上面。因此,软垫21、22以及衬垫41构成连贯的均匀的加垫表面;由此避免了双层软垫。进而可以得知,即使在极高的负载下或者在鞋子系得非常紧时,也能产生均匀的压力分布,阻止受压位置的出现,从而防止出现过早疲劳的危险。
与吸收软垫21、22的工作方式以及桥接片23的工作方式相似,间隔软垫26、27与桥接片28配合作用。如图4所示,在鞋子3的保护贴皮36上的软垫43在穿着状态下与袜子1接触,由此导致压力负载的减小。间隔软垫26、27紧挨着软垫43;软垫准确地位于桥接片28的区域内。而且,通过这种结构,避免了双层软垫,同时产生均匀的负载分布。此外,通过根据本发明的结构,即使在极端的脚部运动的情况下,也保护了脚后跟,以免脚后跟部位受伤。尽管在说明书和权利要求书中对袜子作了说明,但本发明不只局限于此,相反,长筒袜、连裤袜等也属于这个概念,本发明同样涉及长筒袜和连裤袜。而且,本发明不只局限于上述软垫的形状和配置,而是同样包括根据本发明构思的各种负载条件和鞋子形式的其它软垫构造和设计。

Claims (7)

1.一种袜子,所述袜子局部带有软垫,其特征在于,所述袜子(1)中的软垫(2)的布置与鞋子(3)的软垫(4)的布置相协调,其中所述袜子(1)的软垫(2)包括设置在脚背部位的吸收软垫(21,22)和/或设置在脚后跟部位的间隔软垫(26、27),在所述吸收软垫(21,22)之间和/或所述间隔软垫(26、27)之间设有桥接片(23,28),所述吸收软垫(21,22)和/或所述间隔软垫(26、27)伸出到所述桥接片(23,28)外面,所述鞋子(3)的软垫正好位于所述桥接片(23,28)上面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的袜子,其特征在于,所述桥接片(23、28)由空气调节型织物制成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的袜子,其特征在于,所述袜子(1)的软垫(2)由缠有羊毛或棉花的中空纤维构成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的袜子,其特征在于,在脚踝部位的所述袜子(1)的软垫(2)呈环形软垫(24)的形状,所述环形软垫围出一个表面(25)。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的袜子,其特征在于,所述袜子具有X形交叉绷带。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的袜子,其特征在于,所述袜子具有通风道(15)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的袜子,其特征在于,所述袜子为体育运动时穿着的袜子。
