Description

The invention relates to a set of smooth and sub smooth solidarity scaffolding, the mounting method and the scaffolding obtained.

It is known that the assembly of scaffolds requires smooth and independent safety sub-straps attached to each side of the levels or floors of the scaffold to laterally protect the person who accesses any fall. Nevertheless, the assembly of these smooth and under smooth is relatively complex to achieve in height, especially by a single person and may require special poles. Reference is made to the document FR 2 732 706 A1 . The invention aims to overcome this disadvantage and proposes a set of smooth and under safety rail intended to be mounted on scaffolding scale planes, having a smooth and a smooth sub of the same length connected to each other. other rigidly at right angles to one another by at least one bar, the beam and the sub-beam forming two parallel branches of a rectangle parallelogram and being capable of coming into engagement at their ends on the vertical scale planes erected scaffolding, characterized in that the sub-smooth comprises in addition two external rods articulated in the plane of the parallelogram and each provided with a hook at its end, being adapted to be each fixed by its hook on each of the two planes scale in order to consolidate the bonding of the smooth and sub-smooth assembly relative to the scale planes.

This arrangement allows an operator to mount the smooth and sub-smooth assemblies by the articulated rods from the ground or a lower stage of scaffolding, in particular while being protected laterally by the smooth and under-sloping of the lower stage.

According to advantageous features of the invention, said smooth and sub-smooth assembly comprises two bars rigidly connecting the smooth and the smooth sub, arranged perpendicular thereto and equidistant from their opposite ends. Preferably, they are each arranged on one side of the smooth assembly and under smooth, for example at a quarter or a third of their length. Said set of smooth and under smooth can still have three or more bars connecting rigidly smooth and sub smooth, arranged perpendicular to them.

The articulated rods are long enough to allow assembly at height arm's length of the smooth and smooth under the ladder planes erected from the scaffolding stage to be mounted by an operator in the ground position or on the shelf of the lower stage of scaffolding.

The smooth and under smooth are advantageously provided at each end and in their extension of a set of two dishes intended to come low play on each side of an amount of a scale plan, one of the dishes intended to come inwards, longer than the outer plate, being provided with a lower recess adapted to receive in engagement a scale plane step, on assembly, for its attachment to the scale plane by the connection of the rod articulated to an amount of it. This configuration of the long and short dishes at each end of the smooth and under slats allows when the ladder plans of the scaffold are erected vertically, connected by their diagonal rods, to the assembly, to translate the entire smooth and under smooth on one side of the scaffolding, the smooth and sub smooth plates coming from that side along the ladder plane upright, far enough so that the plates of the opposite ends can pass in front of the opposite ladder plane upright and come also on each side of this amount, with engagement of the lower recess on the rung. The engagement of the recesses on each of the steps opposite is simultaneous. The assembly of smooth and under smooth is thus maintained laterally solidarily to the plans of scale by the dishes on the uprights. It is also maintained in position on two points by the engagement of the recesses of the long upper plates of the smooth on the two steps opposite opposite planes of scale and the triangulated connection of the rods articulated to the uprights.

The hooks of the articulated rods are advantageously clamping type on the upright, for example by means of a jaw or clamps tightened by screws on the upright, preferably each hinged to the rod.

The assembly of smooth and under smooth may further comprise a transverse plane of transverse symmetry so that it can be mounted indifferently on one or the other side of the scaffolding.

The invention also relates to the mounting method for a scaffolding of the entire smooth and under smooth as defined above.

This process comprises the following steps:
  • erect from the ground or scaffolding stage mounted two scale planes to connect vertically to one another by diagonal rods,
  • raising from the ground or a lower floor tray a set of smooth and sub-smooth by means of its articulated rods deployed by an operator to the upper level of the two erected scale planes,
  • engage the assembly by its end, relative to a ladder plane amount, smooth and sub smooth plates coming from each side of the upright, and far enough to pass the other end of the assembly in front of the amount of plan of opposite scale, then bring the assembly to engage it on the amount of opposite scale plan and position the recesses of the long dishes on the ladders vis-à-vis the two scale plans, and
  • fix the articulated rods by their end hook to each of the uprights vis-à-vis the opposite scale planes.

Naturally, the assembly of the second set of smooth and under smooth on the other two amounts vis-à-vis scale plans (on the other side) is made in the same manner as above.

In addition, the assembly of the successive stages of the scaffolding is carried out analogously, floor by floor from the lower stage tray.

The dismantling of the scaffolding is carried out according to a succession of steps opposite to those of the assembly.

The invention also relates to a scaffold obtained by the implementation of the aforementioned mounting method.

The invention is illustrated below with the aid of an exemplary embodiment and with reference to the appended drawings in which:
  • the figure 1 is a perspective view of a set of smooth and under smooth according to the invention with its articulated rods in the folded position,
  • the figure 2 shows the assembly from the ground of the first set of smooth and under smooth on a scaffolding running,
  • the figure 3 shows the assembly of the second set of smooth and under smooth on the scaffolding, and
  • the Figures 4 and 5 show variations of engagement of the whole smooth and under smooth on the ladder plan ladder.

With reference to the drawings and in particular to the figure 1 , a set of smooth and under integral smooth 1 for scaffolding according to the invention comprises a smooth 3 and a sub smooth 5 metal connected in parallel and rigidly to each other by means of two bars 7 fixed perpendicularly to each of them , for example welded to them.

The smooth 3 and smooth 5 are about the same length and are arranged right to each other vertically at a distance of 0.50 meters in a rectangular parallelogram. The bars 7 are arranged symmetrically with respect to a transverse median plane P of the smooth and sub-smooth assembly, each approximately one third of the length thereof on each side of the assembly 1.

The smooth 3 and under smooth 5 are provided at each end of two parallel longitudinal plates 9, 11; 9 ', 11', respectively, arranged in the extension of the smooth or under smooth.

One of the dishes, the inner one 9 or 9 'is longer than the other 11, 11'. The long plate 9 of the rail intended to come inside the amount of scale plane 15 is shaped with a lower cutout 17, which is provided with a substantially triangular lower recess 19 for receiving a step 21 of FIG. a scale plan 15 of the scaffold erected vertically, while the other shorter plate 11 encloses the amount 13, as well as the long plate 9 but a shorter length.

The underside 5 is provided at each of its ends with two dishes, an inner long dish 9 'without recess and an outer short dish 11'.

These plates 9, 11, 9 ', 11' sufficiently protrude from the end of the smooth 3 or under smooth 5 to allow, while they enclose the amount 13 on one side of the assembly 1, the recoil in horizontal translation of the assembly 1 in the outer direction and allow the other end of the assembly 1 with its plates 9, 11, 9 ', 11' can pass in front of the amount 13 vis-à-vis the scale plan opposite, at a short distance from it, and back in the opposite direction to allow the engagement of the recess 19 of the long plate 9 on the corresponding step 21, this commitment being similar and simultaneous for the two recesses 19 on the two steps 21 opposite the opposite scale planes 15.

The assembly 1 also comprises two rods 23 mounted articulated outwardly on the sub-smooth 5 in the plane of the parallelogram, each at a small distance from the end of one of the two bars 7, between them.

These rods 23 have a length of about one meter, which makes it possible to bring the assembly of smooth and under smooth 1 to the high level of the scale planes 15, at the end of a man's arm holding the rods 23 in extension verticals ( figure 2 ). These rods 23 are each provided at their end with an articulated hook 25 of the jaw type capable of clamping the upright 13 in rigid engagement.

The assembly of this assembly of smooth and under smooth 1 is now described with reference to figures 2 and 3 .

The figure 2 shows the mounting of a scaffold 27 from the ground. Two vertical scale planes 15 are erected vertically on a lower base 29. They are connected by a diagonal bar 31 on each of their side. The operator 33 must first elevate a set of smooth and under smooth 1 by means of the articulated rods 23 by taking them by their end and bringing them up arms to the top of the two scale planes 15. L the assembly being raised to the upper level of the scale planes 15, the operator engages the smooth and sub-smooth end plates 9, 11; 9 ', 11' on one side of the assembly relative to an amount 13 of the scale plane 15. It then translates the assembly 1 outwards, the plates 9, 11 respectively; 9 ', 11' sliding on the upright 13, then it passes the other end of the assembly 1 in front of the amount 13 of the opposite scale plan 15; it then engages the dishes of this end 9, 11; 9 ', 11' on the amount 13 then translate the assembly 1 in the other direction until the two recesses 19 of the long plates 9 of the bar simultaneously engage each of the steps 21 vis-à-vis the two planes of Scale 15. At this moment, it remains only to fix the articulated rods 23 each corresponding to the corresponding amount 13 of each of the two scale planes 15 by clamping its end hook 25 rigidly to the amount 13.

The assembly of smooth and under smooth 1 is then fixed to the amount, held rigidly by the triangulation of the articulated rods 23 engaged with the uprights 13.

The second set 1 of smooth and under smooth ( figure 3 ) is mounted in the same way on the other uprights 13 of the scaffolding. As a result, since the scale planes 15 are also rigidly connected to each other by the tight triangulation of the articulated rods 23, the diagonal bars 31 of the scale planes can be removed.

The scaffold plate (not shown) can then be mounted and then a new scaffolding stage can be mounted, in the same manner as above from the scaffolding plate of the stage in place.

Naturally, the dismantling of the scaffolding is carried out in the opposite way to the assembly.

Thus, the two connecting bars 7 can be replaced by a single median. The hooks 25 may also be of a type other than jaw or collet, they could be hook and tightener tightening, for example screw to firmly tighten the triangulation link and prevent play in it .

In addition, as shown in figure 4 , the two end plates 9, 11, 9 ', 11' of each of the smooth 3 and smooth 5 can be replaced by a single inner plate 35 provided with a notch 37 complementary low clearance of the end section narrowed vertically, ovalized or with a relief or lateral retaining stop of the step 21, which is internally connected to the amount of scale plane 13. This narrowed, vertically ovalized section 39 of the echelon 21 in the case of the embodiment is of less width than the circular, square, rectangular or other of the body of the echelon 21. It receives the notch 37 of the dish 35 which is locked transversely on the step 21. The smooth 3 or the sub-smooth 5 and positioned on the rung against the inner face of the upright 13 can not slide transversely and remains rigidly held in position.

The plate 35 may further be shaped ( figure 5 ) in a curved and shortened form of hook 41 surrounding the inner face of the upright 13, which prevents misleading in the assembly direction of the assembly of smooth and under smooth 1 on the uprights 13 of scale plan and allows a setting of the line of smooth and under smooth 1 with the amounts 13.

In addition, the assembly is simplified because it no longer requires to pass the two end plates of the smooth 3 and under smooth 5 of the previous embodiment ( figure 3 ) in each amount 13. It is sufficient to introduce the assembly of smooth and under smooth 1 inside the two scale planes 15 erected by turning slightly, to go down the end hooks 41 smooth and under smooth simultaneously on the oval end sections 39 of the four rungs 21 to engage and engage them thereon. It is then possible to attach the articulated rods 23 each to a ladder plane upright 13 to complete the assembly.
