  • the studs usually extend with their longitudinal axis in the vertical direction, d. H. normal to the sole surface.
  • the DE 30 32 268 A1 shows studs, which are also (in the edge region of the sole) obliquely arranged, ie point to the side.
  • a similar solution shows the DE 28 28 561A1 ,
  • a special resistance is opposed.
  • a typical application example is a golf shoe, which has to have a special grip on the ground and especially on grass due to the kinetics when hitting a golf club.
  • the invention is therefore based on the object , a stud, a soles provided therewith and a shoe equipped with the sole, in particular a golf shoe to propose, which is characterized by an improved grip on the ground, the special kinetics in golf game account shall be.
  • the forces occurring here should be able to be selectively transferred in the required directions to provide the foot of the golfer optimal grip on the ground.
  • the aim is to be able to produce such a studded shoe in a particularly economical manner.
  • the solution of this problem by the invention is characterized in that the stud base body is a substantially hemispherical Has shape, with a single extension extending from the stud base body in the direction of the ground.
  • a single extension is arranged on the stud base, which extends in the direction of the floor, wherein the extension leaves the vertical projection surface of the stud base with its end facing the floor.
  • the proposed studs is thus distinguished by the fact that an extension with a defined orientation is provided in addition to the actual stud body, which protrudes from the vertical projection surface of the stud body, resulting in a particularly good laterally directed hold of the stud on the ground.
  • the extension preferably has an elongated shape with a longitudinal axis.
  • the longitudinal axis of the extension preferably includes an angle between 20 ° and 60 ° to the vertical direction, more preferably an angle between 30 ° and 50 °.
  • the extension has after training in a section perpendicular to its longitudinal axis at least partially a substantially rectangular shape.
  • the stud body and the single extension are preferably formed as a one-piece injection molded part.
  • the stud body and the sole extension preferably consist of a thermoplastic urethane-based elastomer (TPU).
  • the studded body has anchoring elements for anchoring in the sole. These may be formed as extending in the vertical direction cylinder, the Material of the sole are overmoulded. Preferably, a number of cylinders are arranged around the circumference of the sole facing the end of the stud base body. Preferably, it is further provided that the anchoring elements are arranged on a disc, which in turn is connected to the stud body.
  • the stud described is part of a stud element which has a support plate on which at least two of the studs described above are arranged.
  • the at least two lugs and the support plate are preferably integrally formed as a common injection molded part.
  • a particularly advantageous embodiment of the lug element with a simple and fast and thus economical placement of a shoe sole with studs is possible, provides that three lugs are arranged on the support plate;
  • the support plate preferably but not necessarily has the shape of an equilateral triangle.
  • the support plate may further comprise a recess which is arranged between the lugs.
  • the extensions of the various lugs on the support plate can all point in the same direction; they can also point in different directions.
  • the proposed shoe sole has at least one such stud. It is preferably provided that at least two studs on the Sole are arranged, wherein the extensions of the at least two studs have in at least two different directions.
  • the carrier plate is glued to the sole base body.
  • An alternative to this is the hard welding of the support plate on the sole base body.
  • Another very advantageous, because economic, embodiment provides that the support plate is encapsulated by the material of the sole body by an injection molding.
  • An alternative embodiment provides that the studs on the support plate and / or the support plate are detachably arranged on the sole, for example, and preferably by means of a screw connection. This is an interchangeability unfit tunnels or gallery elements given.
  • the invention is used with particular advantage in a golf shoe.
  • the material for the studs and especially for its extension is preferably chosen so that the extension is dimensioned so that its deformation under the load of the wearer of the shoe remains as low as possible, so that the extension in the ground by penetrating into the same finds as good a grip.
  • a cleat 1 is shown, which is anchored on the underside 2 of a sole 3 of a shoe.
  • the stud 1 has a stud body 4, which has the shape of a hemisphere substantially. Looking at the stud base 4 - s. Fig. 1 it can be stated that it defines a projection area A G , which can be seen from the vertical direction V; this is circular in the embodiment.
  • the secure anchoring of the stud 1 in the sole 3 is carried out by a number of anchoring elements 6. These are essentially designed as cylindrical pins which point in the vertical direction V and are injection-molded in the manufacture of the shoe or the sole by injection molding. A clean contact of the stud 1 on the sole 3 is achieved by a disc 13, which carries the anchoring elements 6 and in turn is connected to the stud base 4.
  • the stud base 4, the disc 13 and the anchoring elements 6 are designed as an integral part.
  • a single extension 5 is arranged on the lug base body 4, which extends in the direction of the ground. It leaves - as it looks best Fig. 1 shows the extension 5 with its bottom end facing the vertical projection surface A G of the stud base body 4th D. h. the (in the embodiment rectangular) vertical projection surface A F of the bottom facing the end of the extension 5 is at least partially, preferably completely (as in the embodiment), outside the vertical projection surface A G of the stud base 4.
  • the extension 5 is thereby stalked rod-shaped, so that a longitudinal axis L can be defined, along which the extension 5 extends.
  • This longitudinal axis L encloses with the vertical direction an angle ⁇ , which is in the exemplary embodiment at about 40 °.
  • the extension has substantially a rectangular cross-sectional shape (see section AB according to Fig. 1 ).
  • a golf shoe in Fig. 4 illustrated.
  • the sole 3 of the golf shoe can be seen from below, on which a number of studs 1 are attached.
  • Each lug 1 has a projection 5, which is in the in Fig. 1 shown manner extends.
  • the projection on the ground provides the orientation of the extension 5, which in Fig. 4 can be seen.
  • the extensions 5 are aligned in different ways, ie point to different sides.
  • an angle ⁇ can be defined, which the projection 5 encloses in its projection on the ground to the shoe longitudinal axis R. This is for the middle sole area in Fig. 4 registered for three studs 1.
  • extension 5 in the sole outer region 10 is aligned at an angle ⁇ A between 60 ° and 135 ° to the shoe longitudinal axis R laterally outwards.
  • ⁇ M between 135 ° and 225 ° to the shoe longitudinal axis R is aligned to the rear.
  • extension 5 is aligned laterally inwards at an angle ⁇ I between 90 ° and 180 ° to the longitudinal axis R of the shoe.
  • the imaginary band 7 extends from the sole outside 9 at an angle ⁇ between 30 ° and 90 °, preferably between 40 ° and 50 °, to the shoe longitudinal axis R in the direction of the sole inside page 8. Furthermore, the imaginary band 7 sets on the sole outside 9 approximately in the middle between the front and rear ends of the sole 3. As can be seen, along the imaginary band 7 four to six lugs 1 are arranged side by side.
  • the orientation of the studs 1 in the manner explained has the advantage that the forces that occur due to the kinetics when hitting a golf ball, which are to be transmitted via the shoe to the ground, are forwarded in an optimal manner. This gives an improved grip of the shoe on the ground, especially when playing golf.
  • the orientation of the studs 1 in the manner explained takes into account the fact that when hitting a ball with a golf club over the course of the strike forces must be transferred in different ways from the golf club on the player and his legs to the ground. In the alignment of the studs 1 with their extensions 5 in particular within the imaginary band 7 optimal results are achieved in this regard.
  • the two soles of a pair of shoes do not necessarily have to be mirrored provided with studs 1. It may be useful that the two shoes are equipped in different ways with studs.
  • the invention In order to equip the sole of the shoe in a simpler and more economical way with studs of the type described, the invention also proposes a solution as in the FIGS. 5 to 8 you can see.
