Claims (9)
- Mobile Fangvorrichtung zur Verankerung, die es ermöglicht, die Sicherheit der Arbeiter aller Gewerke, die vom Inneren eines Gebäudes an einer Wand durch eine Öffnung, die diese Wand umfasst, Arbeiten durchführen möchten, wobei sie sich nahe dem leeren Raum befinden, zu gewährleisten, und zwar ohne auf der bestehenden inneren oder äußeren Struktur (Boden, Mauer, Decke) Schäden zu verursachen, umfassend:- eine starre Struktur (7, 10, 12), die dazu bestimmt ist, gegenüber der Öffnung angeordnet zu werden, umfassend einen einzigen Ständer (7, 10, 12), der dazu bestimmt ist, am Boden des Raums, in dem die Arbeiten stattfinden, und an der Decke dieses selben Raums abgestützt zu werden, wobei der Ständer mit Mitteln (8, 9, 13, 14, 32, 4) zur Einstellung seiner Länge versehen ist, um seine Enden fest an diesen Boden und diese Decke anzulegen, nämlich:- einem Hohlteil (11), das an dem einzigen Ständer (7, 10, 12) befestigt ist;dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung auch umfasst:- zwei Arme (15), die an dem Hohlteil (11) angelenkt und dazu bestimmt sind, sich an der Wand über der Öffnung und beiderseits derselben abzustützen, und- einen Verankerungspunkt (16), der mit dem Hohlteil (11) verbunden und zwischen den beiden Armen (15) angeordnet ist;- dass die Vorrichtung, um den einzigen Ständer (7, 10, 12) zu bilden, umfasst:- eine erste Teleskopstange (7), umfassend einen Fuß (1) zur Abstützung am Boden;- eine zweite Teleskopstange (10), die dazu bestimmt ist, in das Innere der ersten Teleskopstange (7) einzugreifen, und an deren Spitze das Hohlteil (11) befestigt ist;- eine dritte Teleskopstange (12) oder ein Auflager, die dazu bestimmt sind, in das Innere des Hohlteils (11) einzugreifen und sich in Bezug zu diesem zu verschieben, wobei diese dritte Teleskopstange (12) einen Fuß (34) zur Abstützung an der Decke umfasst;wobei die Mittel zur Einstellung der Länge des einzigen Ständers umfassen:- die erste, zweite und dritte Teleskopstange (7, 10, 12), die geeignet sind, in einer bestimmten Position zueinander durch ein System von Löchern (8, 14, 32), die in diesen Teleskopstangen (7, 10, 12) vorgesehen sind, und durch mindestens einen Keil (9, 13) befestigt zu werden, wobei die bestimmte Position derart ist, dass in dieser Position der einzige Ständer eine etwas geringer Länge als der Abstand zwischen dem Boden und der Decke des Raums, in dem die Arbeiten stattfinden, aufweist;- Mittel (4) zur Feineinstellung der Länge des einzigen Ständer mit einer Möglichkeit des Einspannens im Bereich mindestens eines Endes dieses Ständers (7, 10, 12), wobei es diese Feineinstellungsmittel (4) ermöglichen, das feste Anlegen der Füße (1, 34) des Ständers an den Boden bzw. die Decke durchzuführen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet:- dass mindestens einer der beiden Arme (15) mindestens ein Teil (21) umfasst, das in die zweite Teleskopstange (10) der Struktur mit der Möglichkeit des Gleitens eingreift;- dass der Arm (15) eine Querstrebe (19) umfasst, die schwenkbar mit dem Arm (15) und diesem gleitenden Teil (21) verbunden ist, und- dass das Hohlteil (11), das auf der zweiten Teleskopstange (10) befestigt ist, einen Anschlag bildet, an dem das gleitende Teil (21) in der ausgefahrenen Position des Arms (15) zum Anschlag gelangt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Arm (15) an seinem der Struktur gegenüberliegenden Ende einen Fuß (23) zur Abstützung an der Wand, umfassend die Öffnung, umfasst, der in Bezug dieser gelenkig ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Arme (15) auf der der Struktur gegenüberliegenden Seite miteinander durch ein Seil (25) verbunden sind, das jede Möglichkeit einer Entfernung eines Arms (15) vom anderen beschränkt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Seil (25) im Bereich seines Mittelteils mit einem elastischen Spannelement (27) verbunden ist, das das Einklappen der Arme (15) in Bezug zur Struktur erleichtert.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie starre Elemente (39 bis 42) umfasst, die geeignet sind, an den die Öffnung begrenzenden Rändern abgestützt zu werden, wobei die zusätzliche Struktur, die von diesen starren Elementen (39 bis 42) gebildet ist, mit der Struktur der Vorrichtung verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zusätzliche Struktur mindestens eine Stange (40 bis 42) umfasst, die dazu bestimmt ist, an einem der die Öffnung begrenzenden Ränder abgestützt zu werden, und vorzugsweise mindestens zwei Stangen, von denen zumindest eine dazu bestimmt ist, an einem unteren die Öffnung begrenzenden Rand abgestützt zu werden, und die andere dazu bestimmt ist, an einem oberen die Öffnung begrenzenden Rand abgestützt zu werden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Konsole (45) umfasst, die eine Bodenplatte und ein Geländer einschließt und dazu bestimmt ist, außerhalb der Öffnung angeordnet zu werden, wobei diese Konsole (45) mit der restlichen Vorrichtung durch mindestens einen der beiden Arme und/oder mindestens ein Seil (25) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie umfasst:- einen unteren Sockel (1), auf dem die erste Teleskopstange (7) mit der Möglichkeit des Gleitens in Bezug zu diesem Sockel (1) montiert ist,- eine Feder (50), die zwischen diesem Sockel (1) und dieser ersten Teleskopstange (7) angeordnet ist,- ein Pedal (51), das schwenkbar auf dem Sockel (1) montiert ist, und- eine Stange (52), die das Pedal (51) mit der ersten Teleskopstange (7) verbindet.
