Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen kofferartigen Behälter, insbesondere zur Aufnahme von transportablen Werkzeugmaschinen, mit einem kasten- oder schalenförmigen Unterteil und einem der offenen Oberseite des Unterteils zugeordneten Behälterdeckel, an dessen Oberseite ein Traggriff angeordnet ist, der eine U-artige Gestalt mit einem Tragsteg und zwei mit Abstand zueinander vom Tragsteg abstehenden Halteschenkeln aufweist, wobei die Halteschenkel mit ihren dem Tragsteg entgegengesetzten Endbereichen schwenkbar am Behälterdeckel gelagert sind, so dass der Traggriff zwischen einer am Behälterdeckel aufliegenden Nichtgebrauchsstellung und einer vom Behälterdeckel hochstehenden Tragestellung verschwenkbar ist, und wobei am Behälterdeckel ein an der Behälterdeckel-Oberseite offener Aufnahmeraum für Zubehörteile und/oder andere Teile, insbesondere Kleinteile, mit zugeordnetem, zwischen einer den Aufnahmeraum verschließenden Schließstellung und einer den Zugriff zum Aufnahmeraum gestattenden Offenstellung bewegbaren Verschlussdeckel angeordnet ist.
  • Ein derartiger Behälter ist aus der US-A-5553712 und der US 2003/106821 A bekannt. Er ist insbesondere für Handwerker gedacht, die ihre Handwerkzeugmaschinen wie Stichsägen, Kreissägen, Schleifmaschinen, Bohrmaschinen usw. in Behältern der genannten Art aufbewahren und zum jeweiligen Einsatzort transportieren.
  • Bei ihren Arbeiten benötigen die Handwerker häufig auch Zubehörteile und Werkzeug für ihre Maschinen sowie Kleinteile wie Schrauben, Nägel, Dübel usw.. Diese Dinge können bei den bekannten Behältern in in der Oberseite des Behälterdeckels ausgebildeten und durch einen Verschlussdeckel verschließbaren Aufnahmeräumen aufbewahrt werden.
  • Ausgehend hiervon liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, auf möglichst einfache Weise und bei guter Platzausnutzung ein geordneteres Mitnehmen von Zubehörteilen und sonstigen Teilen zu ermöglichen.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird bei einem Behälter der eingangs erwähnten Art dadurch gelöst, dass der Aufnahmeraum und der Verschlussdeckel in der Draufsicht in der Nichtgebrauchsstellung des Traggriffs teilweise vom Traggriff umschlossen werden, indem sie in das von dem Traggriff gebildete U eingreifen.
  • Somit ist den betreffenden Teilen ein fester Ort im Behälter zugeordnet, so dass sie, ohne lange suchen zu müssen, sozusagen sofort zur Verfügung stehen. Außerdem bleibt der für die Aufnahme der Maschine bestimmte Raum frei, so dass die Entnahme und das Einsetzen der Maschine nicht behindert wird.
  • Durch die Anordnung des Traggriffs an der Oberseite des Behälterdeckels wird sichergestellt, dass der Aufnahmeraum beim Tragen des Behälters seine horizontale Lage beibehält, so dass die in ihm enthaltenen Teile nicht durcheinander fallen können.
  • Der Aufnahmeraum kann wegen der Anordnung des Verschlussdeckels an der Oberseite des Behälterdeckels verhältnismäßig großflächig ausgebildet werden. Dabei erhält man durch das Merkmal, dass der Verschlussdeckel und der Aufnahmeraum durch Eingreifen in das U des Traggriffs in der Nichtgebrauchsstellung des Traggriffs teilweise von diesem umschlossen werden, eine besonders gute Platzausnutzung. Der Traggriff weist, wie erwähnt, eine U-artige Gestalt auf, so dass in der Nichtgebrauchsstellung sozusagen ein liegendes U gebildet wird, in das man den Verschlussdeckel ragen lassen kann.
  • Bei alledem können die erfindungsgemäßen Maßnahmen auf konstruktiv einfache und in der Herstellung kostengünstige Weise verwirklicht werden.
  • Zweckmäßige Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen angegeben.
  • Nachstehend wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung anhand der Zeichnung erläutert. Es zeigen:

  • Aus der Zeichnung geht ein kofferartiger Behälter 1 hervor, der zur Aufnahme einer transportablen Werkzeugmaschine (nicht dargestellt), beispielsweise eine Stichsäge, Kreissäge, Schleifmaschine oder Bohrmaschine, dient, jedoch auch für beliebige andere Dinge verwendet werden kann.
  • Der Behälter 1 weist ein kasten- oder schalenförmiges Unterteil 2 mit einem Behälterboden 3 und einer offenen Oberseite 4 auf. Vom Behälterboden 3 stehen eine Vorderwand 5, eine dieser entgegengesetzte Rückwand 6 und zwei Seitenwände 7, 8 hoch, so dass ein im wesentlichen quaderförmiger, oben offener Innenraum gebildet wird, in den die betreffende Werkzeugmaschine eingelegt werden kann.
  • Der offenen Oberseite 4 des Unterteils 2 ist ein Behälterdekkel 9 zugeordnet, mit dem das Unterteil 2 verschlossen (Figuren 1, 2, 4 und 5) oder geöffnet (Figur 3) werden kann. Der Behälterdeckel 9 ist im Bereich der Rückwand 6 am Unterteil 2 auf vorliegend nicht weiter interessierende Weise angelenkt. Die zugehörige Anlenkachslinie 10 ist in Figur 3' punktiert angedeutet.
  • An der Oberseite des Behälterdeckels 9 ist ein Traggriff 11 angeordnet, der eine U-artige Gestalt mit einem Tragsteg 12 und zwei mit Abstand zueinander vom Tragsteg 12 abstehenden Halteschenkeln 13, 14 aufweist. Die Halteschenkel 13, 14 sind jeweils mit ihrem im Tragsteg 12 entgegengesetzten Endbereich 15, 16 den Schwenkachslinien 17, 18 entsprechend schwenkbar am Behälterdeckel 9 gelagert, so dass der Traggriff 11 zwischen einer am Behälterdeckel 9 aufliegenden Nichtgebrauchsstellung (Figuren 2 und 3) und einer vom Behälterdeckel 9 hochstehenden Tragestellung (Figur 1) verschwenkbar ist, in der der Benutzer den Tragsteg 12 ergreifen und damit den Behälter 1 tragen kann.
  • Der Traggriff erstreckt sich in zur Anlenkachslinie 10 parallel verlaufender Längsrichtung 19 des Behälterdeckels 9, d. h. die Schwenkachslinie 17, 18 ist parallel zur Anlenkachslinie 10. Rechtwinkelig zur Längsrichtung 19 gesehen befindet sich die Schwenkachslinie 17, 18 des Traggriffs 11 in halber Breite des Behälterdeckels 9.
  • Eine weitere zweckmäßige Maßnahme besteht darin, dass der Traggriff 11 in seiner Nichtgebrauchsstellung mit Bezug auf die Oberseite des Behälterdeckels 9 versenkt im Behälterdekkel 9 angeordnet ist. Dies ist insbesondere in Zusammenhang damit von Vorteil, dass mehrere Behälter 1 aufeinander stapelbar und lösbar fest miteinander verbindbar sind, wie noch beschrieben wird. Der Behälterdeckel 9 weist an der Stelle des Traggriffs 11 eine der Traggriffdicke entsprechend vertiefte Deckelpartie 20 auf, die den Traggriff 11 in seiner Nichtgebrauchsstellung aufnimmt. Die vertiefte Deckelpartie 20 ist in Figur 3 von unten her sichtbar.
  • Die Anordnung ist ferner zweckmäßigerweise so getroffen, dass der Traggriff 11, ausgehend von seiner Tragestellung, nur in einer Richtung bis in seine Nichtgebrauchsstellung schwenkbar ist. Dabei ist die Nichtgebrauchsstellung, wie aus den Figuren 2 und 4 ersichtlich ist, der Rückwand 6 des Unterteils 2 zugewandt.
  • Zum Behälterdeckel 9 wird noch darauf hingewiesen, dass er in Zusammenhang mit der vorliegenden Erfindung nicht am Unterteil 2 angelenkt sein muss sondern auch insgesamt wegnehmbar am Unterteil lösbar befestigbar sein kann.
  • Am Behälterdeckel 9 ist ein Aufnahmeraum 21 zur Aufnahme von Zubehörteilen und/oder anderen Teilen angeordnet, die der Benutzer beim Ausführen seiner Arbeiten mit der Maschine erforderlichenfalls benötigt. Der Aufnahmeraum 21 kann, wie in Figur 4 gezeigt ist, in variable Fächer unterteilt sein. In Figur 3 ist der Behälterdeckel 9 und somit auch die Bodenfläche 22 des Aufnahmeraums 21 von unten her sichtbar.
  • Der Aufnahmeraum 21 ist an der Oberseite des Behälterdeckels 9 offen. Dabei ist dem Aufnahmeraum 21 ein Verschlussdeckel 23 zugeordnet, der zwischen einer den Aufnahmeraum 21 verschließenden Schließstellung und einer den Zugriff zum Aufnahmeraum 21 gestattenden Offenstellung (Figur 4) bewegbar und dabei zweckmäßigerweise verschwenkbar am Behälterdeckel 9 angeordnet ist.
  • Der Aufnahmeraum 21 wird zweckmäßigerweise von einer im Behälterdeckel 9 ausgebildeten Vertiefung gebildet. Der Behälterdeckel 9 kann als Kunststoff-Formteil hergestellt werden, so dass mit dem Aufnahmeraum 21 kein besonderer Herstellungsaufwand verbunden ist.
  • Zur guten Platzausnutzung am Behälterdeckel 9 ist der Verschlussdeckel 23 so geformt und angeordnet, dass er in der Draufsicht in der Nichtgebrauchsstellung des Traggriffs 11 teilweise vom Traggriff 11 umschlossen wird.
  • Der Traggriff 11 weist, wie bereits erwähnt, eine U-artige Gestalt auf und liegt in seiner Nichtgebrauchsstellung in oder parallel zur Ebene des Behälterdeckels 9, so dass er mit seinem Tragsteg 12 und seinen Halteschenkeln 13, 14 eine Fläche umschließt, die von einer Verschlussdeckelpartie 24 eingenommen wird. Der Verschlussdeckel 23 greift mit seiner Verschlussdeckelpartie 24 sozusagen in das vom Traggriff 11 gebildete U ein. Dabei ist die Verschlussdeckelpartei 24 zweckmäßigerweise dem Verlauf der Innenseite 25 des Traggriffs 11 entsprechend konturiert und füllt die vom Traggriff 11 umgriffene Fläche zumindest im Wesentlichen aus.
  • Der Aufnahmeraum 21 ist in der Fläche gesehen im Wesentlichen gleich groß wie der Verschlussdeckel 23.
  • Ferner weist der Verschlussdeckel 23 zweckmäßigerweise eine quadratische oder rechteckige Gestalt auf. Dabei steht der Verschlussdeckel 23 in der Nichtgebrauchstellung des Traggriffs 11 an der dem Tragsteg 12 entgegengesetzten Seite aus dem Traggriff 11 vor.
  • Wie bereits erwähnt, ist der Verschlussdeckel 23 verschwenkbar am Behälterdeckel 9 angeordnet. Dies könnte prinzipiell auch anders sein. Im Falle einer schwenkbaren Anordnung ist der Verschlussdeckel 23 zweckmäßigerweise mit seinem in der Nichtgebrauchsstellung des Traggriffs 11 dem Tragsteg 12 zugewandten Bereich verschwenkbar mit dem Behälterdeckel 9 verbunden. Hierzu kann am Verschlussdeckel 23 hinten an beiden Verschlussdeckelseiten jeweils ein seitlich vorstehender Lagerzapfen 26, 27 vorhanden sein, der in eine am Behälterdekkel 9 angeordnete Lagerausnehmung eingreift, so dass eine Gelenkachslinie 28 gebildet wird, um die der Verschlussdeckel 23 schwenkbar ist.
  • Der Verschlussdeckel 23 erstreckt sich in seiner Schließstellung in Richtung vom Tragsteg 12 des Traggriffs 11 weg zweckmäßigerweise bis zum der Vorderwand 5 des Unterteils 2 benachbarten vorderen Behälterdeckel-Randbereich 29. Der Aufnahmeraum 21 ist entsprechend groß.
  • Der Verschlussdeckel 23 ist in seiner Schließstellung lösbar mit dem Behälterdeckel 9 verrastbar. Prinzipiell wäre auch ein Verriegeln oder eine in anderer Weise erfolgende Fixierung möglich. Das Verrasten erfolgt mittels einer am vorderen Verschlussdeckel-Randbereich 30 angeordneten Rasteinrichtung 31, der eine Gegenrasteinrichtung 31' am zugewandten Behälterdeckel-Randbereich 29 zugeordnet ist.
  • Die Rasteinrichtung 31 kann beispielsweise von einem Rastvorsprung und die Gegenrasteinrichtung 31' von einem hochstehenden, elastisch biegbaren Raststeg mit einer nach innen gerichteten Rastnase gebildet werden. Beim Verschließen des Verschlussdeckels 23 wird der Raststeg von dem Rastvorsprung elastisch ausgelenkt, bis der Rastvorsprung die Rastnase hintergreift und der Raststeg in seine Ausgangsstellung zurückschnappt. Zum Lösen der Verrastung kann man den Raststeg mit der Hand elastisch verbiegen, so dass der Rastvorsprung frei kommt. Derartige Rasteinrichtungen sind in großer Vielfalt allgemein bekannt. Eine weitergehende Beschreibung dürfte sich daher erübrigen.
  • Eine weitere zweckmäßige Maßnahme besteht darin, dass der Verschlussdeckel 23 in seiner Schließstellung in oder unterhalb der Ebene der Oberseite des Behälterdeckels 9 angeordnet ist. Dies ist ebenfalls in Zusammenhang damit vorteilhaft, dass mehrere Behälter 1 aufeinander stapelbar und im aufeinandergestellten Zustand lösbar fest miteinander verbindbar sind, so dass die gestapelten Behälter 1 eine fest zusammenhängende Einheit bilden, die am Traggriff 11 des obersten Behälters 1 getragen werden kann. In Figur 5 sind zwei aufeinander gestapelte Behälter 1 dargestellt.
  • Zum Verbinden der aufeinandergestellten Behälter 1 weist jeder Behälter 1 an seiner Außenseite in seinem oberen Bereich mehrere am Umfang verteilt angeordnete obere Verbindungsmittel 32 und in seinem unteren Bereich mehrere entsprechend verteilt angeordnete untere Verbindungsmittel 33 auf. Dabei ist die Anordnung so getroffen, dass die oberen Verbindungsmittel 32 des jeweils unteren Behälters 1 mit den unteren Verbindungsmitteln 33 des jeweils oberen Behälters 1 lösbar verbindbar sind. Zweckmäßigerweise sind die oberen Verbindungsmittel 32 wie die unteren Verbindungsmittel 33 am Behälter-Unterteil 2 angeordnet, so dass die gestapelten Behälter 1 ohne Beteiligung des Behälterdeckels 9 des jeweils unteren Behälters 1 mit ihren Unterteilen 2 aneinander befestigt sind.
  • Die oberen Verbindungsmittel 32 sind in der Höhe verstellbar angeordnet. Im nach oben verstellten Zustand, der in Figur 5 punktiert angedeutet ist, ragen sie nach oben über den Behälterdeckel 9 hinaus und reichen bis zu den unteren Verbindungsmitteln 33 des oberen Behälters 1 und können mit diesen in Eingriff gebracht werden.
  • Die unteren Verbindungsmittel 33 können von nach außen hin vorstehenden Rastzapfen 34 gebildet werden. Die oberen Verbindungsmittel 32 können schwenkbar angeordnete Verrastungsteile 35 mit Rastausnehmungen an ihrer Innenseite aufweisen. Zum Verbinden der Behälter werden die entsprechend weit nach oben verstellten Verrastungsteile 35 des unteren Behälters 1 mit ihren Rastausnehmungen auf die Rastzapfen 34 des oberen Behälters 1 aufgerastet.
  • Am Behälterdeckel 9 können noch weitere Verbindungsmittel 36, beispielsweise ebenfalls in Gestalt von Rastzapfen, angeordnet sein, so dass man bei nicht gestapeltem Behälter 1 die am Unterteil 2 angeordneten Verrastungsteile 35 auf die weiteren Verbindungsmittel 36 des gleichen Behälters aufrasten und somit den Behälterdeckel 9 in seiner Schließstellung am Unterteil 2 fixieren kann. Es versteht sich, dass in diesem Falle die Verrastungsteile 35 entsprechend weit nach unten verstellt werden.
  • Entsprechende Verbindungsmittel und die durch die Verbindungsmittel gegebenen Verbindungsmöglichkeiten - Befestigen gestapelter Behälter aneinander und Befestigen des Behälterdeckels 9 am Unterteil 2 eines einzelnen Behälters - sind an sich bekannt und werden beispielsweise in der EP 0 555 533 B1 ausführlich beschrieben. Bezüglich weiterer Einzelheiten wird daher auf diese Druckschrift verwiesen.

Claims (16)

  1. Kofferartiger Behälter, insbesondere zur Aufnahme von transportablen Werkzeugmaschinen, mit einem kasten- oder schalenförmigen Unterteil (2) und einem der offenen Oberseite (4) des Unterteils (2) zugeordneten Behälterdeckel (9), an dessen Oberseite ein Traggriff (11) angeordnet ist, der eine U-artige Gestalt mit einem Tragsteg (12) und zwei mit Abstand zueinander vom Tragsteg (12) abstehenden Halteschenkeln (13, 14) aufweist, wobei die Halteschenkel (13, 14) mit ihren dem Tragsteg (12) entgegengesetzten Endbereichen (15, 16) schwenkbar am Behälterdeckel (9) gelagert sind, so dass der Traggriff (11) zwischen einer am Behälterdeckel (9) aufliegenden Nichtgebrauchsstellung und einer vom Behälterdeckel (9) hochstehenden Tragestellung verschwenkbar ist, und wobei am Behälterdeckel (9) ein an der Behälterdeckel-Oberseite offener Aufnahmeraum (21) für Zubehörteile und/oder andere Teile, insbesondere Kleinteile, mit zugeordnetem, zwischen einer dem Aufnahmeraum (21) verschließenden Schließstellung und einer den Zugriff zum Aufnahmeraum (21) gestattenden Offenstellung bewegbarem Verschlussdeckel (23) angeordnet ist, wobei der Aufnahmeraum (21) und der Verschlussdeckel (23) in der Draufsicht in der Nichtgebrauchsstellung des Traggriffs (11) teilweise vom Traggriff (11) umschlossen werden, indem sie in das von dem Traggriff (11) gebildete U eingreifen.
  2. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aufnahmeraum (21) von einer im Behälterdeckel (9) ausgebildeten Vertiefung gebildet wird.
  3. Behälter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vom Traggriff (11) in dessen Nichtgebräuchsstellung umschlossene Verschlussdeckelpartie (24) und der in dem U des Traggriffes (11) liegende Abschnitt des Aufnahmeraumes (21) dem Verlauf der Innenseite (25) des Traggriffs (11) entsprechend konturiert sind und die vom Traggriff (11) umgriffene Fläche zumindest im Wesentlichen ausfüllen.
  4. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Traggriff (11), ausgehend von seiner Tragestellung, nur in einer Richtung bis in seine Nichtgebrauchsstellung schwenkbar ist.
  5. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tragsteg (12) des Traggriffs (11) in Längsrichtung (19) des Behälterdeckels (9) verläuft und der Traggriff (11) um eine in halber Breite des Behälterdeckels (11) in Längsrichtung (19) des Behälterdeckels (9) verlaufende Schwenkachslinie (17, 18) schwenkbar am Behälterdeckel (9) gelagert ist.
  6. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschlussdeckel (23) und der Aufnahmeraum (21) eine quadratische oder rechteckige Gestalt aufweisen.
  7. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Nichtgebrauchsstellung des Traggriffs (11) der Verschlussdeckel (23) und der Aufnahmeraum (21) an der dem Tragsteg (12) entgegengesetzten Seite aus dem U des Traggriffes (11) vorstehen.
  8. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschlussdeckel (23) zwischen seiner Schließstellung und seiner Offenstellung verschwenkbar am Behälterdeckel (9) angeordnet ist.
  9. Behälter nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschlussdeckel (23) mit seinem in der Nichtgebrauchsstellung des Traggriffs (11) dem Tragsteg (12) zugewandten Bereich verschwenkbar mit dem Behälterdeckel (9) verbunden ist.
  10. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Verschlussdeckel (23) bis zum Behälterdeckel-Randbereich (29) erstreckt.
  11. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschlussdeckel (23) in seiner Schließstellung mit dem Behälterdeckel (9) lösbar verrastbar ist.
  12. Behälter nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschlussdeckel (23) einerseits verschwenkbar mit dem Behälterdeckel (9) verbunden ist und andererseits an seinem entgegengesetzten Verschlussdeckel-Randbereich (30) eine Rasteinrichtung (31) aufweist, der eine Gegenrasteinrichtung (31') am zugewandten Behälterdeckel-Randbereich (29) zugeordnet ist.
  13. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschlussdeckel (23) in seiner Schließstellung in oder unterhalb der Ebene der Oberseite des Behälterdeckels (9) angeordnet ist.
  14. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Traggriff (11) in seiner Nichtgebrauchsstellung mit Bezug auf die Behälterdeckel-Oberseite versenkt im Behälterdeckel (9) angeordnet ist.
  15. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er an seiner Außenseite in seinem oberen Bereich angeordnete obere Verbindungsmittel (32) und in seinem unteren Bereich angeordnete untere Verbindungsmittel (33) aufweist, derart, dass mehrere Behälter (1) aufeinander stapelbar und lösbar fest miteinander verbindbar sind, indem die oberen Verbindungsmittel (32) des jeweils unteren Behälters (1) mit den unteren Verbindungsmitteln (33) des jeweils oberen Behälters (1) lösbar verbunden werden.
  16. Behälter nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die unteren Verbindungsmittel (33) und die oberen Verbindungsmittel (32) am Behälter-Unterteil (2) angeordnet sind.
