Claims (9)
- Dispositif (20) pour le raccordement d'une conduite haute pression (16) à un corps accumulateur de haute pression tubulaire (10), dans la paroi (40) duquel est réalisé au moins un alésage de raccordement (42) pour la conduite haute pression (16), une extrémité (44, 64, 74) de la conduite haute pression (16) étant saisie par le haut par une demi-coque (22, 24) d'une fixation (20) en forme de coque entourant le corps accumulateur de haute pression (10), les coques (22, 24) étant serrées l'une contre l'autre, caractérisé en ce que la fixation en forme de coque (20) comprend une coque supérieure (22) et une coque inférieure (24), qui sont accrochées l'une à l'autre, suspendues l'une à l'autre ou insérées l'une dans l'autre au niveau d'un premier point d'introduction (32) pour une force de serrage FK.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les demi-coques (22, 24) sont serrées l'une contre l'autre au niveau d'un deuxième point d'introduction (34) pour une force de serrage FK au moyen d'un élément de serrage (28) ou sont serrées par le biais d'un serrage (78) sans élément de serrage contre une surface d'enveloppe (12) du corps accumulateur de haute pression (10).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une surface d'enveloppe (12) du corps accumulateur de haute pression (10) présente au moins un évidement (86) dans lequel vient en prise au moins une saillie (84) réalisée sur l'une des demi-coques (22, 24) et servant de fixation antirotation.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un évidement (86) du corps accumulateur de haute pression (10) et l'au moins une saillie (84) réalisée sur l'une des demi-coques (22, 24) forment une fixation antirotation dans une position d'angle périphérique quelconque par rapport au corps accumulateur de haute pression (10).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le premier point d'introduction de force (32) pour la force de serrage FK est réalisé sous forme d'engagement par le haut (60), au niveau duquel une extrémité (80) d'engagement par le haut sur l'une des demi-coques (22, 24) entoure une extrémité saisie par le haut (82) de l'une des deux demi-coques (22, 24).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité de la conduite haute pression (16) est réalisée sous forme d'élément de compression (44), sous forme d'élément de compression arrondi (64) ou sous forme d'élément de compression tronconique (74).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité (44, 64, 74) de la conduite haute pression (16) présente un épaulement (54) sur lequel la force d'étanchéité FD de la fixation en forme de coque (20) est introduite dans la conduite haute pression (16).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'au-dessus de l'extrémité (44, 64, 74) de la conduite haute pression (16) est reçue une rondelle d'espacement (72) ou une rondelle d'espacement (92) avec un bout en forme de rebord.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de serrage (28) est vissé au deuxième point d'introduction (34) pour la force de serrage FK dans un rebord fileté (90) pourvu d'un filetage interne (68) ou dans une accumulation de matière (66) dans l'une des demi-coques (22, 24).
