Definitions
- the present invention relates to an arrangement for presenting a decorative element with a carrier, with a decorative element and with a bearing device, wherein the bearing device is connected to both the carrier and the jewelry element in the assembled state, wherein the bearing device and the jewelry element each a pair from each other having spaced and facing bearing parts in the form of pins and in the form of recesses for mounting the jewelry element.
- the invention relates to a method for mounting an assembly using a bearing device.
- the US 2003 / 0172673A1 deals with a piece of jewelry that includes a support structure for the movable mounting of a decorative element.
- the support structure has two separate spaced bearing parts.
- Each bearing part is part of a common carrier and is, for example screwed or otherwise formed with this.
- the bearing parts of the jewelry element are associated with its version. From the document in question, although it is known per se, to provide the bearing parts in the form of pins or recesses, however, a lurching, oscillating motion is generated here.
- a decorative element with stone and socket with bearing parts in the form of cones also results from the JP 2002 142817A ,
- the pins engage in a respective concave recess of a screw, which is screwed into the opening of a bearing part.
- the two bearing parts which are connected to the carrier are constructed in two parts, which leads to an increased production and assembly costs. Alone the adjustment of the bearing parts already places a high requirement on the precision. Due to the concave curvature, inaccurate storage and increased friction could occur. In addition, the practicability of the local arrangement should not be given, since the version must be made of soft material because of the gemstone properties, but the pins must have a higher hardness, but both consists of a material.
- From the US-A-1 971 265 is a ring with two opposing claws, which engage in four places of the stone known.
- a claw is movably mounted and the stone can be removed comfortably, exchanged.
- the other three claws are separately welded / soldered to the ring or an integral part of the ring.
- Within the claws are recesses into which the edge region of the stone engages accurately and with the formation of a surface contact. The possibility of a mobile storage of the stone does not exist.
- the FR-A-2 420 314 describes a ring which basically consists of three parts: a ring part made of metal, a ring part made of stone (eg agate) and a gemstone (eg diamond), which is carried by the stone ring part as a carrier.
- the metal ring part and the stone ring part together form a receptacle for a socket.
- the socket consists of a conical part with a narrowing lower part and a widening upper part.
- the widening upper part has a continuous edge, which forms a circumferential claw, which engages in a circumferential groove with a groove of the tight-fitting gem stone.
- the encircling convex claw edge bulges approximately like the encircling concave groove and it is more likely to form a surface contact during storage.
- the narrowing lower part has a tubular portion with an internal thread into which a screw of the metal ring part engages. By means of the screw and the shape of the receptacle, the claw of the upper part is subjected to force, which digs into the groove of the stone.
- the basic principle of the determination by deformation is thus disclosed here. However, this is done in a structurally complex manner.
- the present invention seeks to provide an arrangement and a method of the type in question, which reduce the manufacturing cost.
- an arrangement of the type in question is designed such that the bearing means has a curved shape with two free ends on which the bearing parts, in particular the pins are arranged, in that the carrier has a receptacle in the form of a curved groove for the bearing device, that the pin converges in the direction of the recess according to a defined converging angle, wherein the recess diverges in the direction of the pin according to a diverging angle, that the diverging angle is greater than the converging angle and the pin and the recess meet at the apex of the diverging and converging angles to form a point bearing.
- the local bearing parts for the decorative element comprise two separate bearing parts, which are assigned to the carrier or monolithically formed with this and must have a precise alignment.
- This effort is inventively reduced by the fact that the storage facility integrated in one piece both bearing parts and the carrier, the jewelry element and the bearing device are modular, interconnectable components.
- intermediate products are present, which are joined together to the whole, without having to make adjustments, adjustments in detail.
- the advantages of the modular construction principle result from the fact that standardized modules reduce costs and shorten production time by reducing the amount of manual work required.
- the contributing to the formation of the inventive arrangement bearing device and the jewelry element each have a pair of bearing parts for mounting the jewelry element. To form the bearing, the bearing device is deformed.
- the simplification of the storage takes place in that a one-piece bearing device is provided, which already integrates both bearing parts for supporting the jewelry element and by their shape with two mutually facing bearing parts can specify a defined axis, which just in terms of a movable, rotatable mounting of the Jewelry element is beneficial. So it does not have to be soldered to the support itself and / or separating and the complex axis-accurate alignment of opposing bearing elements is eliminated.
- the bearing device advantageously has bearing parts that are aligned with the bearing parts of the jewelry element and interact with them and that have a predetermined, matched to the jewelry element distance. This eliminates the expense of additional tools and additional time.
- the storage device according to the invention can be assigned to any carriers, for example.
- the bearing parts of the bearing device are preferably formed as a pin.
- the use of a bearing device simplifies the positioning in the carrier, permits mass production and the development of a modular kit in coordination with the carrier and the decorative element.
- the axis of rotation which arises between the point bearings can run directly on the outer surface of the support, without the stability being impaired.
- the bearing device can be arranged arbitrarily on the carrier and the axis of rotation can relative to a horizontal Ground parallel, perpendicular or angled run. Another advantage of the storage facility is the quick and inexpensive interchangeability in case of a required repair.
- bearing means different aesthetic effects of the decorative element arrangement can be achieved in that the mutually facing bearing parts or pins while always with respect to the spigot an escape or imaginary axis of rotation form, but that the spigot tips are outside the center line of the bearing device.
- the imaginary axis of rotation between the point bearings may or may not coincide with the centerline of the bearing device.
- the storage can be optimized in terms of friction when a point storage is realized.
- pin and recess meet at the apex of their Konvergleiters- or diverging angle to each other.
- the larger diverging angle and the smaller convergence angle ensure friction-free storage for lack of contact surfaces.
- the arrangement is lubricant-free, only usual cleaning work is necessary from time to time.
- a defined rotation of the jewelry element is possible.
- the perception of the jewelry element is optimized as a magnified image.
- the ornamental element can be perceived in the sense of a body of revolution.
- a polished stone becomes a completely new and visually recognizable spatial structure due to the rotation and the refraction of light.
- a method of the type in question is designed so that the bearing device is introduced into a receptacle of a carrier, wherein the bearing device with a jewelry element is first captively and loosely connected via opposite bearing parts, wherein during the introduction of the bearing means in the recording a deformation the bearing device takes place such that bearing parts of the bearing device and bearing parts of the jewelry element are moved toward each other and the jewelry element is mounted fixed or movable depending on the design of the bearing parts.
- the mounting method according to the invention enables the reduction of the manufacturing costs, because a bearing device is used, on the one hand already has pre-arranged bearing parts and the other hand are brought during assembly by deformation of the bearing device into engagement with the bearing parts of the jewelry element. How to perform two steps with one operation - on the one hand the fixation of the bearing device in the carrier, on the other hand, the final attachment of the jewelry element between the bearing parts of the bearing device, which are moved towards each other during assembly.
- the modular components - the carrier, the bearing device and the jewelry element could be manufactured in an advantageous manner in mass production. This further minimizes production costs.
- the carrier, the bearing device and the decorative element could be present in certain graduated dimensions, which are coordinated.
- a system could be formed of the modular inter-related components that would make life easier for jewelers or designers, marketing professionals.
- the decorative element can be not only a gemstone with version, but also a decorative element of a cheaper material, so that the inventive arrangement not only in the jewelry sector, but also in the advertising area or even in the optical field as an ornament for spectacles Application could find.
- a further simplification of the installation could be achieved if the storage device and the decorative element are preassembled and thus further processed.
- the bearing parts in the preassembled state could be connected loosely, but captively, while the actual connection can be formed only during assembly in the carrier.
- the carrier could - as already known from the prior art - even jewelry item and, for example, as a ring, pendant, brooch present. Also conceivable would be a carrier in the form of a clock or a decorative object. Alternatively or additionally, the carrier could also be assigned to an item. Possible here would be, for example, a ring made of wood or a semi-precious stone, in which the carrier is integrated. In terms of material, glass, crystal, plastic or stone objects would also be considered, which may well be more decorative - such as paperweights. From the aspect of connecting with an object, the pre-assembly of all three modular components could be made.
- the jewelry element is movable, preferably rotatable, mounted in the bearing device and / or beyond the bearing device is movable, preferably rotatable, mounted on the carrier.
- the storage device itself could also be configured as a decorative element and, for example, be occupied with diamonds.
- the design of the bearing device could be completely free, as would a bracket shape, a ring shape into consideration, in which opposite bearing parts for the decorative element and also for the carrier can be arranged
- a further embodiment of the arrangement according to the invention provides that by the jewelry element and / or the bearing device at least a full rotation of 360 ° about an imaginary axis between the bearing parts of the jewelry element and the carrier or the anchored there storage facility or between the bearing parts of the storage facility and the carrier is executable.
- the 360 ° rotation creates the optically magnified impression of a rotationally symmetrical body.
- the arrangement according to the invention could be configured such that the bearing parts for movable mounting of the jewelry element comprise a pin and a recess, wherein the pin converges in the direction of the recess according to a defined converging angle, wherein the recess diverges according to a diverging angle in the direction of the pin, that the Divergierwinkel is greater than the convergent angle and that the pin and the recess meet at the apex of the diverging and Konvergierwinkels to form a point bearing.
- a polished stone becomes a completely new, visually perceptible spatial structure due to the rotation and the refraction of light.
- the diverging angle is about 90 ° and the converging angle is about 60 °. If the converging angle exceeds 60 ° seriously and the diverging angle exceeds 90 ° considerably, the danger of friction increases. If the diverging angle exceeds 90 ° and the converging angle falls below 60 ° seriously, there is a risk of breakage.
- the socket should be made of a rather soft material such as gold.
- Bearing parts in the form of pins, on the rotational movement is realized, however, should be made of a harder material, such as. Steel. It therefore makes sense to associate the recesses with the ornamental element, or the socket of the gemstone, and the pins with the support or, according to a preferred embodiment, with a separate bearing device that can be assigned to the support.
- the material further materials are possible, in addition to noble or even base metals, plastics of different degrees of hardness are considered.

- the receptacle could be in the form of a curved groove, while the bearing device also has a curved shape with two free ends, on which the bearing parts are spaced and arranged facing each other.
- the bend could have a circular, a polygonal or otherwise shaped course.
- the bearing device could form a bend whose radius in the unassembled state is slightly larger than the radius of the groove also forming a bend.
- This has the background that when inserting the bearing device in the groove deformation of the bearing device takes place, the bearing parts of the free ends are moved toward each other, further engage in the bearing parts of the jewelry element and form the point storage at the apex of the local recording.
- the deformation can be plastic or elastic.
- a self-adjustment is realized by mounting according to the invention, which greatly facilitates the effort of jewelery element storage.
- the bearing parts of the bearing device could have a defined initial distance to the bearing parts of the jewelry element.
- the radii of groove and bearing device could then be almost identical, wherein the initial distance between the bearing parts of the bearing device and the bearing parts of the jewelry element is reduced by the deformation of the bearing device to zero.
- the jewelry element could have a diameter of about 6 mm and cooperate with a bearing device, which is fitted into a groove of the carrier, taking into account the initial distance between the bearing parts or deformation, wherein the groove is made with a milling cutter, the has a diameter of about 7.5 mm.
- the jewelry element could have a diameter of about 9 mm, which requires a curved bearing device that fits into a groove, which is created with a cutter having a diameter of about 11 mm.
- the radius of the bearing device would therefore - in coordination with the initial distance - be slightly larger than 5.5 mm.
- the jewelery element is based, for example, on a round diamond with a round frame, only five graded sizes would be required for the brilliants of between 0.1 ct and 1.25 ct, each differing by 0.1 ct. According graduated fall then dimensions of the storage facility and the carrier.
- the bearing parts of the carrier or the bearing device and the jewelry element could be arranged on an imaginary axis about which the jewelry element is rotatable.
- the points of the point bearings define the axis of rotation.
- the bearing parts themselves need not extend rotationally symmetrical about the axis of rotation, but may deviate from this. This is in terms of ease of assembly of relevance, since a bearing part, in particular the pin, can also be bent slightly.
- In addition to the introduction of the bearing device in the receptacle of the carrier can be further steps such as soldering, riveting, lasering, screwing, gluing are performed.
- On the support material supernatants could already be provided in advance, which serve for embedding of the bearing device, which are liquefied and close the groove-shaped receptacle with the seated therein bearing device.
- the storage device according to the invention and the assembly method according to the invention also result with regard to an optimized design of the carrier, which may be present, for example, as a ring.
- the support need not be provided with reinforced areas which must carry threads or other bearing parts as known in the art.
- the jewelry looks visually lighter through the invention.
- the decorative element can be optimally integrated in the carrier and is not separated by protruding parts visually from the carrier.
- the storage device within the carrier compact jewelry pieces are possible.
