Claims (2)

  1. Unité de pliage d'une machine d'impression à bobines comportant une installation de pliage longitudinal (10) et une installation de pliage transversal (11) en aval de l'installation de pliage longitudinal (10) selon le sens de défilement de la matière à imprimer,
    unité de pliage dans laquelle :
    - l'installation de pliage longitudinal (10) comporte un unique cône de pliage (12),
    - la nappe de matière imprimée arrivant dans le cône de pliage (12) sous la forme d'une bande (13) est coupée longitudinalement en bandes élémentaires par une installation de coupe longitudinale associée au cône de pliage (12) ou par au moins une installation de coupe longitudinale associée à au moins une nappe de matière à imprimer de la bande (13), les bandes élémentaires quittant le cône de pliage (12) sous la forme d'une bande (14),
    - la bande (14) sortant du cône de pliage (12) étant divisée en aval du cône de pliage (12) et en amont de l'installation de pliage transversal (11) en bandes élémentaires (18, 19, 20, 22, 23), et
    - un appareil d'agrafage (21) est associé à au moins l'une des bandes élémentaires,
    unité de pliage caractérisée en ce que
    la bande (14) sortant du cône de pliage (12) est divisée en cinq bandes élémentaires (18, 19, 20, 22, 23),
    - exclusivement, un appareil d'agrafage (21) est associé à la bande élémentaire (19) médiane ainsi qu'aux deux bandes élémentaires extérieures (18, 20) ou exclusivement aux deux bandes élémentaires (22, 23) qui se situent respectivement entre la bande élémentaire centrale (19) et une bande élémentaire extérieure (18, 20).
  2. Unité de pliage selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les bandes élémentaires (18, 19, 20, 22, 23) sont réunies en aval de chaque appareil d'agrafage (21) et en amont de l'installation de pliage transversal (11).
