Abstract

Ein in eine Liege oder einen Stuhl konfigurierbares Sitzmöbel mit einer Mehrzahl von Standbeinen (12, 13, 15) umfasst ein Fußteil (1), welches um eine erste Schwenkachse (6), die in einem Verbindungsbereich des Fußteils (1) mit einem Sitzteil (2) angeordnet ist, über das Sitzteil (2) in eine Stuhlkonfiguration schwenkbar ist. Damit auch erheblich unterschiedliche Sitzhöhen jeweils der Liege und des Stuhls realisiert werden können, ist zwischen dem Fußteil (1) und einem fußteilseitigen Ende (14) des Sitzteils (2) ein Zwischenteil (3) angeordnet, das um die erste Schwenkachse (6) schwenkbar mit dem Fußteil (1) in Verbindung steht und um eine zweite, in einem Abstand parallel zu der ersten Schwenkachse (6) angeordnete Schwenkachse (9) schwenkbar mit dem Sitzteil (2) in Verbindung steht. An dem Sitzteil (2) ist in einem Abstand zu der zweiten Schwenkachse (9) ein Auflager (10) angeordnet, welches das in die Stuhlkonfiguration geschwenkte Fußteil (1) in vertikalem lichtem Abstand zu dem Sitzteil (2) und in waagerechter Richtung unverschiebbar abstützt.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein in eine Liege insbesondere Strandliege oder einen Stuhl konfigurierbares Sitzmöbel mit einer Mehrzahl von Standbeinen, mit einem Sitzteil und mit einem Fußteil, welches um wenigstens eine erste Schwenkachse, die in einem Verbindungsbereich des Sitzteils mit dem Fußteil angeordnet ist, über das Sitzteil in eine Stuhlkonfiguration des Sitzmöbels schwenkbar ist, beziehungsweise aus der Stuhlkonfiguration von dem Sitzteil weg in eine Liegenkonfiguration schwenkbar ist.
  • Eine solche bekannte Liege lässt sich einfach, vorzugsweise nur mit einem Handgriff in eine von zwei möglichen Konfigurationen beziehungsweise Funktionszuständen überführen, insbesondere von einer Liege in einen Stuhl oder auch umgekehrt von einem Stuhl wieder in eine Liege ( DE 200 012 800 U1 ). Bei der Umwandlung von einem Stuhl in eine Liege wird das Sitzteil des Sitzmöbels zu dessen Vorderseite hin verlängert, und zwar mit einem Fußteil, das zur Auflage für die Beine oder Füsse eines Benutzers dient. Hingegen ist in dem Funktionszustand als Stuhl das Fußteil so auf das Sitzteil geschwenkt beziehungsweise geklappt, dass das gesamte Sitzmöbel die Form eines kompakten Stuhls annimmt. Das Fußteil kann daher auch als Klappaggregat bezeichnet werden. Damit das Klappaggregat von dem Sitzteil funktionssicher abgeschwenkt werden kann, ist es über Verbindungselemente mit einer Seite des Sitzteils verbunden. Im Einzelnen bestehen die Verbindungselemente in einer als Drehachse funktionierenden Verbindungsstange. Statt der Verbindungsstange können auch zwei miteinander fluchtende Verbindungsbolzen als Drehachsen dienen. Das Sitzteil weist eine nicht einstellbare Rückenlehne auf. Das Sitzteil ist mit vier Standbeinen ausgestattet und das Klappaggregat beziehungsweise das Fußteil weist zwei zusätzliche Standbeine auf, mit dem es in dem Funktionszustand als Liege aufsteht. Weiterhin können wenigstens in dem Funktionszustand als Stuhl zwei Armlehnen über der Oberseite des Sitzteils vorgesehen sein. In dem Funktionszustand als Stuhl ist die Sitzposition durch die Oberseite des Sitzteils vorgegeben, da das Sitzteil eine Mehrzahl zueinander paralleler Sitzsprossen aufweist und das Klappaggregat mit einer Mehrzahl zueinander paralleler Klappsprossen derart ausgebildet ist, dass im Funktionszustand des Sitzmöbels als Stuhl, wenn das Klappaggregat auf das Sitzteil geschwenkt ist, die Klappsprossen des Klappaggregats in die zwischen den Sitzsprossen des Sitzteils vorhandenen Zwischenräume einfassen. In dem zweiten Funktionszustand des Sitzmöbels als Liege bilden die Klappsprossen eine zusätzliche neben der Oberfläche des Sitzteils angeordnete Nutzoberfläche, wobei die beiden Oberflächen in einer Ebene liegen können. Bei dieser Ausbildung des Sitzmöbels kann als nachteilig empfunden werden, dass die Sitzhöhe in dem Funktionszustand des Sitzmöbels als Stuhl so tief wie in seinem Funktionszustand als Liege ist.
  • Zum Stand der Technik gehört auch ein in mehrere verschiedenartige Sitz- und Liegemöbel umbaubares Möbel mit mehreren, in verschiedene Winkeln zueinander zusammensetzbaren Trägern, die an ihren Verbindungsstellen durch parallele Stäbe miteinander verbunden sind und versteifte Polster aufweisen, die an den Stäben angeordnet sind. Dabei sind die Träger in ihrer Form und Größe einander gleich ausgebildet. Die Polster sind flach quaderförmig geformt. Das Sitzmöbel kann unterschiedliche Sitzhöhen aufweisen, je nach dem, aus wie vielen übereinander angeordneten Trägern und Stäben ein Gestell gebildet wird. In dem Gestell können Enden jeweils zweier Träger, die in einem Knotenpunkt aufeinander gelegt sind, einstellbare Winkel gegeneinander gedreht werden, um Gestelle für die verschiedenartigen Sitz- und Liegemöbel zu bilden. Die Vielzahl der miteinander zu verbindenden Bauelemente, insbesondere Träger, verursachen jedoch einen unter Umständen umständlichen Aufbau und gefährden die Festigkeit des Sitzmöbels in Gebrauch, weil sich die Verbindungen zwischen den Trägern lösen können.
  • Bei einem zu einem Liegestuhl oder in eine Gepäckform umkonfigurierten Möbel ( DE 1554 064 A ) ist ein Fußauflageteil um zwei zu einander parallel Schwenkachsen schwenkbar an einem Rahmenaufbau eines Sitzteils angelenkt, wobei die beiden Schwenkachsen über seitliche Laschen miteinander in Verbindung stehen. Damit kann das Fußauflageteil unterhalb oder oberhalb des Rahmenaufbaus in Parallellage dazu umgeklappt werden, um entweder den Liegestuhl oder dessen Gepäckform zu bilden. Jedoch ist nicht vorgesehen, außer dem Liegestuhl einen Stuhl mit gegenüber dem Liegestuhl erhebliche höherer Sitzposition zu schaffen.
  • Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein in ein Liege, insbesondere Strandliege, oder einen Stuhl umkonfigurierbares Sitzmöbel der eingangs genannten Gattung zu schaffen, mit dem in unkomplizierter Weise unterschiedliche Sitzhöhen der Liege und des Stuhls realisiert werden. Das Sitzmöbel soll sich durch einfache Handhabung bei dem Umkonfigurieren beziehungsweise Einstellen der Funktionszustände und durch wenige, zuverlässig miteinander verbindbare Bauelemente auszeichnen.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch die Ausbildung des Sitzmöbels mit dem in Anspruch 1 angegebenen Merkmalen gelöst.
  • Demgemäß stehen das Sitzteil und das als Klappaggregat ausgebildete Fußteil nicht direkt miteinander in Schwenkverbindung, sondern über ein Zwischenteil, welches in Folge seiner Lagerung mittels einer ersten Schwenkachse an dem Fußteil und mittels einer zweiten Schwenkachse an dem Sitzteil je nach Konfiguration des Sitzmöbels eine unterschiedliche Lage annimmt, nämlich in dem Funktionszustand als Liege eine im wesentlichen horizontale Lage, in der es das Fußteil mit dem Sitzteil im wesentlichen in einer Ebene miteinander verbindet, siehe auch Anspruch 4, oder aber in dem Funktionszustand als Stuhl eine im wesentlichen vertikale Position zwischen dem fußseitigen Ende des Sitzteils und dem über das Sitzteil geschwenkten Fußteil annimmt. Dabei ist das Zwischenteil gegenüber der waagerechten Lage um im wesentlichen 90° nach oben gedreht und zwar um die erste Schwenkachse. In der Sitzkonfiguration ist das Fußteil noch weiter um 90° gegenüber dem Zwischenteil in gleicher Drehrichtung wie dieses gedreht und zwar um die zweite Schwenkachse. Infolge der Dimensionierung des Zwischenteils wird das Fußteil parallel in lichtem Abstand über das Sitzteil geschwenkt und in dieser Position in dem Auflager gehalten, womit es eine stabile, gegenüber der Liegenkonfiguration deutlich erhöhte Sitzposition des Stuhles realisiert. Das Auflager ist dabei so auszubilden, dass es keine gegenseitige waagerechte Verschiebung des Fußteils gegenüber dem Sitzteil trotz der beiden durch die ersten und die zweite Drehachse realisierten Gelenke an den Zwischenteil ermöglicht, sondern das Zwischenteil in der im wesentlichen vertikalen Lage hält, in der das Zwischenteil für die Erhöhung der Sitzposition am wirksamsten ist..
  • Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen des Sitzmöbels sind in den Unteransprüchen angegeben.
  • Insbesondere ist das Zwischenteil nach Anspruch 2 als einfaches brettförmiges Teil geformt, welches in Liegenkonfiguration sich mit seiner Oberfläche in Sitzhöhe des Sitzteils befindet und keine nennenswerte Lücke zwischen dem Sitzteil und dem Fußteil bildet, aber in Stuhlkonfiguration eine beträchtliche Erhöhung der Sitzposition mit der dann oben liegenden Seite des Fußteils ermöglicht.
  • Dabei sind die erste Schwenkachse und die zweite Schwenkachse an zueinander entfernten Seiten des flachquaderförmigen Zwischenteils angeordnet, um einfach die maximale Erhöhung der Sitzposition zu realisieren.
  • Gemäß Anspruch 5 kann das Fußteil auf dem Auflager in variabler Höhe positioniert werden, wobei zur waagerechten Orientierung der erhöhten Sitzposition das balkenförmige Zwischenteil in einer der eingestellten Höhe des Auflagers entsprechenden Abmessung zu gestalten ist. Zu der wie erwähnt in waagerechter Richtung unverschiebbaren Abstützung des in die Stuhlkonfiguration geschwenkten Fußteils ist die an ihm angeordnete Nocke gemäß Anspruch 6 vorgesehen, die in das Auflager eingreift.
  • Die erste Drehachse und die zweite Drehachse können in unterschiedlicher Weise realisiert sein, ohne den Hauptzweck der Erfindung zu verfehlen.
  • Eine einfache Realisierung besteht darin, dass gemäß Anspruch 7 die erste Drehachse und die zweite Drehachse durch jeweils ein erstes Paar beziehungsweise ein zweites Paar miteinander fluchtender Scharniere ausgebildet sind, dass die Scharniere des erstens Paars einerseits mit dem Fußteil und andererseits mit dem Zwischenteil verbunden sind und dass die Scharniere des zweiten Paars einerseits mit dem Zwischenteil und andererseits mit dem Sitzteil in Verbindung stehen.
  • Zum stabilen Aufstellen des Sitzmöbels sowohl in Stuhlkonfiguration als auch in Liegenkonfiguration weist gemäß Anspruch 8 das Sitzteil an seinem fußteilseitigen Ende und an einem von dem fußteilseitigen Ende abgewandten Ende je ein Paar Standbeine auf, und ein weiteres Paar Standbeine befindet sich an dem Fußteil im Abstand zu dem Zwischenteil. Das letztgenannte Paar Standbeine wird in Stuhlkonfiguration zum Aufstellen des Stuhls funktionslos und befindet sich dann vorzugsweise in nicht störender Weise hinter einer an dem Sitzteil angebrachten Rückenlehne, deren Neigung vorzugsweise gemäß Anspruch 11 eingestellt werden kann.
  • Optional ist das Sitzmöbel zweckmäßig mit Armlehnen versehen, die gemäß Anspruch 9 höher ausgebildet sind, als die Oberseite des auf das Sitzteil geschwenkten Fußteils, welches die erhöhte Sitzposition in Stuhlkonfiguration bildet.
  • Fertigungsgünstig und ästhetisch ansprechend können jeweils eines der beiden an dem fußteilseitigen Ende des Sitzteils angeordneten Standbeine und je eine der Armlehnen einstückig ausgeformt sein, wobei ein Ende des entsprechenden Formteils mit dem Sitzteil verbunden ist und ein anderes Ende des Formteils das auf den Boden aufstellbare Standbein bildet und tiefer heruntergezogen ist.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird im folgenden anhand einer Zeichnung mit drei Figuren erläutert, aus der sich weitere Einzelheiten ergeben. Es zeigen:

    Ein als Strandliege konfiguriertes Sitzmöbel in einer schematischen Seitenansicht,

    das Sitzmöbel gemäß Figur 1, jedoch in Stuhlkonfiguration, ebenfalls in einer schematischen Seitenansicht, und
    Figur 3
    das Sitzmöbel in Liegenkonfiguration gemäß Figur 1, jedoch in einer Draufsicht.
  • Das Sitzmöbel gemäß den Figuren 1 - 3 umfasst ein Fußteil 1, ein Sitzteil 2 sowie zwischen diesen einen Zwischenteil 3. Das Zwischenteil 3 ist, wie die Figuren 1 - 3 zeigen, flach quaderförmig ausgebildet und hat insbesondere die gleiche Höhe wie das angrenzende Fußteil und Sitzteil 2, sodass es in der in den Figuren 1 und 3 dargestellten Liegenkonfiguration zusammen mit dem Fußteil 1 und dem Sitzteil 2 eine durchgehende Liegefläche bildet. Es sei bemerkt, dass das Fußteil 1 auch als Beinauflage dient.
  • Das Zwischenteil 3 ist mit dem Fußteil 1 über zwei miteinander fluchtende Scharniere 4, 5 verbunden, die eine erste virtuelle Schwenkachse 6 bilden, die in Figur 3 strichpunktiert dargestellt ist. Weiterhin ist das Zwischenteil 3 mit dem Sitzteil 2 über Scharniere 7, 8 verbunden, die miteinander fluchten und somit eine zweite, im parallelen Abstand zu der ersten Schwenkachse 6 angeordnete virtuelle Schwenkachse 9 bilden.
  • Es sei an dieser Stelle bemerkt, das die Schwenkachsen 6, 9 auch in anderer Weise, beispielsweise mit durchgehenden Scharnieren, die aber aufwendiger wären, realisiert werden können. Die Schwenkachsen können auch so angeordnet sein, dass sie in Liegenkonfiguration nicht auf der Oberseite des Zwischenteils und des Sitzteils sowie auch des Fußteils angeordnet sind, sondern gegenüber der Oberseite verdeckt.
  • Die beiden Schwenkachsen erlauben es, dass das Fußteil 1 und das Zwischenteil 3 in Liegenkonfiguration im wesentlichen in eine Ebene mit dem Sitzteil aufgeklappt werden können, womit eine praktisch durchgängige Liegefläche unter Einschluss des Zwischenteils 3 gebildet wird.
  • Wenn gewünscht kann das Sitzmöbel gemäß Figur 2 aber auch in einen Stuhl umgewandelt werden, in dem das Fußteil 1 und das Zwischenteil 3 in die in Figur 2 dargestellte Sitzkonfiguration im Uhrzeigesinn geschwenkt werden. Dabei legt das Zwischenteil 3 eine solche Schwenkbewegung um die zweite Schwenkachse 9 zurück, dass es in Stuhlkonfiguration praktisch senkrecht steht, d.h. insoweit geschwenkt wird. Das Fußteil 1 wird um die erste Schwenkachse 6 noch weiter um etwa 90° geschwenkt, bis es die in Figur 2 dargestellte horizontale Lage im lichten vertikalen Abstand zu dem Sitzteil 2 einnimmt, in der seine oben liegende Seite eine erhöhte Sitzposition 19 bildet. In dieser erhöhten Sitzposition 19 wird das Fußteil mittels eines aus dem Sitzteil 2 ausgeformten Auflagers 10 mit einer oben an dem Fußteil 1 wie in Figur 1 dargestellt ausgeformten Nocke 11, die in das Auflager 10 eingreift, in der erhöhten Sitzposition gehalten, und zwar so, dass sich das Fußteil 1 trotz der mit den beiden Schwenkachsen 6, 9 gebildeten Gelenke nicht in unerwünschtem Masse horizontal verschiebt.
  • Es ist in anderen Ausführungsformen möglich, das Zwischenteil 3 in variabler Dimensionierung, beziehungsweise in der Sitzkonfiguration gemäß Figur 2 variabler Höhe zu gestalten und das Fußteil 1 auf einem entsprechend vertikal variierbaren Auflager zu positionieren, um den individuellen Vorgaben des Benutzers zu erfüllen.
  • Das Sitzmöbel steht auf bis zu sechs Standbeinen, von denen jeweils zwei quer zu dem Sitzmöbel zueinander beabstandete Standbeine ein Paar bilden. Wie aus der Zeichnung zumindest teilweise ersichtlich ist ein Paar mit dem Standbein 12 an einem Ende des Fußteils 1 angeordnet, ein Paar mit dem Standbein 13 an dem fußteilseitigen Ende 14 des Sitzteils 2, ein Paar mit dem Standbein 15 an dem zu dem fußteilseitigen Ende 14 entgegengesetzten Ende, welches nicht bezeichnet ist, des Sitzteils 2.
  • Wenn das Sitzmöbel in Stuhlkonfiguration geschwenkt, beziehungsweise geklappt ist, wird das Paar Standbeine mit dem Standbein 12 hinter einem einstellbaren Rückenteil 16 funktionell unwirksam, ohne den Benutzer des Sitzmöbels zu stören.
  • Zur Erhöhung der Bequemlichkeit sind an den Sitzmöbeln Armlehnen 17, 18 angebracht, die sich bis oberhalb der erhöhten Sitzposition 19 siehe Figur 2, erstrecken. Die Armlehnen 17, 18 sind jeweils zusammen mit einem der Standbeine, z.B. 13 an dem fußteilseitigen Ende 14 des Sitzteils 2 einstückig ausgeformt, wodurch die Steifigkeit des Sitzmöbels erhöht werden kann.
  • Das wie beschrieben gestaltete Sitzmöbel welches montiert nur ein Stück mit teilweise zueinander einstellbaren Teilen darstellt, kann vielfältig, zum Beispiel an einem Strand, einem Pool, in Wellness-Bereichen, auf Terrassen und in Gärten eingesetzt werden. Je nach Wunsch kann es einfach manuell in eine Liege oder einen komfortablen Armlehn-Stuhl umgewandelt werden.

Claims (11)

  1. In eine Liege, insbesondere Strandliege, oder einen Stuhl konfigurierbares Sitzmöbel, mit einer Mehrzahl von Standbeinen (12, 13, 15), mit einem Sitzteil (2) und mit einem Fußteil (1), welches um wenigstens eine erste Schwenkachse (6), die in einem Verbindungsbereich des Sitzteils (2) mit dem Fußteil (1) angeordnet ist, über das Sitzteil (2) in eine Stuhlkonfiguration des Sitzmöbels schwenkbar ist, beziehungsweise aus der Stuhlkonfiguration von dem Sitzteil (2) weg in eine Liegenkonfiguration schwenkbar ist, wobei zwischen dem Fußteil (1) und einem fußteilseitigen Ende (14) des Sitzteils (2) ein Zwischenteil (3) angeordnet ist, wobei das Zwischenteil (3) um die erste Schwenkachse (6) schwenkbar mit dem Fußteil (1) in Verbindung steht und um eine zweite, in einem Abstand parallel zu der ersten Schwenkachse (6) angeordnete Schwenkachse (9) schwenkbar mit dem Sitzteil (2) in Verbindung steht, und wobei an dem Sitzteil (2) in einem Abstand zu der zweiten Schwenkachse (9) ein Auflager (10) angeordnet ist, welches geeignet ist, das in die Stuhlkonfiguration geschwenkte Fußteil (1) in vertikalem lichtem Abstand zu dem Sitzteil (2) und in waagerechter Richtung unverschiebbar abzustützen.
  2. Sitzmöbel nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Zwischenteil (3) flach brettförmig ist.
  3. Sitzmöbel nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die erste Schwenkachse (6) und die zweite Schwenkachse (9) an zueinander entfernten Seiten des flach quaderförmigen Zwischenteils (3) angeordnet sind.
  4. Sitzmöbel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass in Liegenkonfiguration das Sitzteil (2) und das Fußteil (1) im wesentlichen in einer Ebene liegen.
  5. Sitzmöbel nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Fußteil (1) auf dem Auflager (10) in variabler Höhe positioniert ist.
  6. Sitzmöbel nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    gekennzeichnet durch
    eine an dem Fußteil (1) angeordnete Nocke (11), die geeignet ist, in das Auflager (10) in waagerechter Richtung unverschiebbar einzugreifen.
  7. Sitzmöbel nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die erste Schwenkachse (6) und die zweite Schwenkachse (9) durch jeweils ein erstes beziehungsweise ein zweites Paar miteinander fluchtender Scharniere (4, 5 bzw.7, 8) ausgebildet sind, dass die Scharniere (4, 5) des ersten Paars einerseits mit dem Fußteil (1) und andererseits mit dem Zwischenteil (3) verbunden sind und dass die Scharniere (7, 8) des zweiten Paars einerseits mit dem Zwischenteil (3) und andererseits mit dem Sitzteil (2) in Verbindung stehen.
  8. Sitzmöbel nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet
    dass das Sitzteil (2) an seinem fußteilseitigen Ende (14) und an einem von dem fußseitigen Ende (14) abgewandten Ende je ein Paar Standbeine (13, 15) aufweist und dass sich ein weiteres Paar Standbeine (12) an dem Fußteil (1) im Abstand zu dem Zwischenteil (3) befindet.
  9. Sitzmöbel nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    das das Sitzteil (2) mit zwei Armlehnen (17, 18) versehen ist, die höher ausgebildet sind als die Oberseite des auf das Sitzteil (2) geschwenkten Fußteils (1), beziehungsweise die erhöhte Sitzposition (19) in Stuhlkonfiguration.
  10. Sitzmöbel nach den Ansprüche 8 und 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass jeweils eines der an dem fußteilseitigen Ende (14) des Sitzteils (2) angeordneten Standbeine (13) zusammen mit je einer (17) der Armlehnen (17, 18) einstückig ausgeformt sind.
  11. Sitzmöbel nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass an dem Sitzteil (2) eine Rückenlehne (16) mit einstellbarer Neigung angebracht ist.
