Claims (6)
- Connecteur (32, 33, 41, 44) électrique,- doté d'un boîtier en matériau isolant (8, 36, 37), qui présente des orifices d'enfichage sur deux côtés de boîtier se faisant face, et ce sur l'un des côtés pour l'introduction d'une broche de contact (3, 19, 25, 29, 34, 39, 40) électrique et sur l'autre côté pour l'enfichage de l'extrémité sans isolation d'au moins un conducteur (9, 17, 27, 28) électrique,- sur le côté conducteur, le connecteur (32, 33, 41, 44) présente pour chaque conducteur (9, 17, 27, 28) électrique à raccorder une connexion serrée à lame à ressort avec une lame à ressort (13, 22), qui est appropriée pour s'étendre dans le sens d'enfichage du conducteur et en biais vers le conducteur (9, 17, 27, 28) électrique et serrer fixement par son extrémité de ressort à lame l'extrémité sans isolation du conducteur (9, 17, 27, 28) électrique enfiché,- le boîtier en matériau isolant (8, 36, 37) du connecteur (32, 33, 41, 44) mettant à disposition pour chaque conducteur (9, 17, 27, 28) électrique à raccorder un espace de raccordement (7, 16) dans lequel la broche de contact (3, 19, 25, 29, 34, 39, 40) et le conducteur (9, 17, 27, 28) électrique peuvent être enfichés l'un à côté de l'autre avec une orientation à peu près parallèle pour le chevauchement de la broche de contact (3, 19, 25, 29, 34, 39, 40) et du conducteur (9, 17, 27, 28) électrique avec leurs longueurs axiales et- la broche de contact (3, 19, 25, 29, 34, 39, 40) peut être maintenue de façon fixée en position dans l'espace de raccordement (7, 16), alors que le conducteur (9, 17, 27, 28) électrique reste coulissant dans une zone de déplacement (10, 20) autorisée au plan de la construction transversalement à son axe de conducteur,- l'extrémité de lame à ressort de la connexion serrée à lame à ressort étant prévue pour s'appuyer sur le côté du conducteur (9, 17, 27, 28) électrique qui fait face à la broche de contact, de sorte que la force de serrage de la lame à ressort (13, 22) appuie un conducteur électrique enfiché en direction de la broche à contact,- caractérisé en ce qu'une paroi de contact (18) est prévue pour le positionnement entre le conducteur (17) électrique et la broche de contact (19) dans la zone de son chevauchement axial réciproque et le guidage du conducteur (9, 17, 27, 28) électrique lors de l'opération d'enfichage dans l'espace de raccordement (7, 16) en direction de son axe de conducteur, et- en ce que la paroi de contact (18) peut coulisser dans une zone de déplacement (20) autorisée au plan de la construction transversalement à l'axe de conducteur d'un conducteur (9, 17, 27, 28) électrique enfiché adjacent et conjointement avec le conducteur (9, 17, 27, 28) électrique en direction d'une broche de contact (19) adjacente, pour arriver à ce que le conducteur (9, 17, 27, 28) électrique soit en contact directement avec la paroi de contact (18) et la paroi de contact (18) soit en contact direct avec la broche de contact (3, 19, 25, 29, 34, 39, 40).
- Connecteur (32, 33, 41, 44) selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé- en ce que le connecteur (32, 33, 41, 44) présente deux espaces de raccordement (7, 16),- et en ce que l'orifice d'insertion pour une broche de contact (29) est positionné entre les espaces de raccordement (7, 16) et est conçu de telle sorte qu'une broche de contact (19) introduite dans l'orifice d'insertion sert de broche de contact (19) aux deux espaces de raccordement (7, 16). - Connecteur (32, 33, 41, 44) selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que le boîtier en matériau isolant (8, 36, 37) a un recouvrement en matériau isolant (6) qui est approprié pour fixer l'extrémité supérieure de la broche de contact (3, 19, 25, 29, 34, 39, 40) de manière précise dans sa position par le recouvrement en matériau isolant (6) dans le boîtier en matériau isolant (8, 36, 37) du connecteur (32, 33, 41, 44). - Connecteur (32, 33, 41, 44) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé- en ce que la connexion serrée à lame à ressort comprend une lame à ressort (13, 22) pliée en U et à deux branches, avec une branche de serrage à lame à ressort (11) et une branche de retenue à lame à ressort (12),- et ce que la branche de retenue à lame à ressort (12) est fixée dans le boîtier en matériau isolant (8, 36, 37) du connecteur (32, 33, 41, 44) par encliquetage avec le boîtier en matériau isolant (8, 36, 37). - Dispositif avec un connecteur (32, 33, 41, 44) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes et une broche de contact (3, 19, 25, 29, 34, 39, 40),
caractérisé- en ce que l'extrémité inférieure de la broche de contact (3, 19, 25, 29, 34, 39, 40) est maintenue fixée en position contre le boîtier en matériau isolant (8, 36, 37) du connecteur (32, 33, 41, 44) au moyen d'un palier d'appui (26, 30) réalisé sur la broche de contact (3, 19, 25, 29, 34, 39, 40). - Dispositif doté d'un connecteur (32, 33, 41, 44) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 et d'une broche de contact (3, 19, 25, 29, 34, 39,40),
caractérisé- en ce que la broche de contact (3, 19, 25, 29, 34, 39, 40) présente au-dessous de son extrémité supérieure une précourbure (5) dont la ligne de sommet s'étend transversalement à l'axe longitudinal de la broche de contact (3, 19, 25, 29, 34, 39, 40) et qui fait saillie en direction du conducteur (9, 17, 27, 28) électrique à raccorder,- et en ce que l'extrémité du ressort à lame de la connexion serrée à ressort à lame est appropriée pour s'appliquer à peu près à la hauteur de la précourbure (5) sur un conducteur (9, 17, 27, 28) électrique enfiché.
