Claims (21)

  1. Dispositif hydraulique de compactage pour la production d'un gâteau de charbon compacté, mettant en oeuvre une matière de charbon en vrac dans un four à coke industriel ; le dit dispositif de compactage englobe, au minimum, un vérin hydraulique, une unité de compactage, une plaque porteuse de gâteau (3), qui est amovible et placée sur le fond de l'unité de compactage, et une trémie d'alimentation montée au-dessus de la dite unité ; l'ensemble est caractérisé en ce que
    - l'unité de compactage consiste en un chariot (1), à roue ou à glissière, dont les éléments renferment le fond (2), la paroi de butée (4) et d'autres encore ;
    - la trémie d'alimentation (6) est disposée au-dessus du dit chariot et à travers la direction de déplacement du dit chariot ;
    - les vérins hydrauliques (8) sont fixés de manière stationnaire et commandent le déplacement horizontal de la tête du vérin ; la matière de charbon sortant de la trémie d'alimentation est ainsi compactée par la tête du vérin lors du déplacement en avant, à travers la direction de déplacement de la dite trémie et ensuite au-dessous de celle-ci, et finalement contre la paroi de butée (4) et au-dessous d'un capot du gâteau de charbon (12) ;
    - le chariot est freiné par une force antagoniste du déplacement du vérin hydraulique;
    - le capot du gâteau de charbon est directement placé en aval de la trémie d'alimentation, et la tête du vérin et la dite trémie sont alignés en parallèle.
  2. Dispositif selon la redvendication No. 1,
    caractérisé en ce que la tête du vérin est composée d'une plaque à pression verticale et une plaque de fermeture horizontale, la dite tête ne fonctionnant pas comme élément étrangleur à la sortie de la trémie d'alimentation, en première position de fin de course, tandis que lors du déplacement en avant, la plaque de fermeture de la tête fait graduellement fermer la sortie de la dite trémie, au moment où la tête arrive à sa position max. de la course, c.-à-d. deuxième position f.d.c.
  3. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications Nos. 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que la tête du vérin est divisée, au minimum, en deux pièces membres, par rapport à la direction du déplacement en avant.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications Nos. 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que le capot du gâteau à compacter ne couvre qu'une partie de la demi-coquille, dans la direction du déplacement en avant.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications Nos. 1 à 4,
    caractérisé en ce que le capot du gâteau à compacter est doté d'un réglage de déplacement en hauteur qui permet, en particulier, une levée du capot lors de l'enlèvement du gâteau de charbon.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications Nos. 1 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce que la force de freinage du chariot est variable.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications Nos. 1 à 6,
    caractérisé en ce que la pression d'appui du capot de gâteau compacté est variable.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication No. 7,
    caractérisé en ce que le capot du gâteau compacté est composé de plusieurs segments, dans la direction du déplacement en avant des vérins hydrauliques, de telle manière que la pression d'appui de chaque segment individuel soit réglable indépendemment des autres.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications Nos. 1 à 8,
    caractérisé en ce que dans une solution idéale, les vérins hydrauliques, la trémie d'alimentation et le capot du gâteau compacté sont disposés parallèlement, par rapport au côté étroit du chariot.
  10. Dispositif hydraulique de compactage pour la production d'un gâteau de charbon compacté, mettant en oeuvre une matière de charbon en vrac dans un four à coke industriel ; le dit dispositif de compactage englobe, au minimum, un vérin hydraulique, une unité de compactage, une plaque porteuse de gâteau (3), qui est amovible et placée sur le fond de l'unité de compactage, et une trémie d'alimentation (6) montée au-dessus de la dite unité ; l'ensemble est caractérisé en ce que
    - l'unité de compactage consiste en une demi-coquille (16), de faible hauteur, dans laquelle on a monté la paroi de butée à déplacement ;
    - la trémie d'alimentation (6) est disposée au-dessus de la demi-coquille et en parallèle avec la paroi de butée (4) ;
    - les vérins hydrauliques (8) sont fixés de manière stationnaire et commandent le déplacement horizontal de la tête du vérin ; la matière de charbon sortant de la trémie d'alimentation est ainsi compactée par la tête du vérin lors du déplacement en avant, à travers la direction de déplacement de la dite trémie et ensuite au-dessous de celle-ci, et finalement contre la paroi de butée et au-dessous d'un capot du gâteau de charbon ;
    - la paroi de butée (4) est freinée par une force antagoniste du déplacement du vérin hydraulique ;
    - le capot du gâteau de charbon (3) est directement placé en aval de la trémie d'alimentation, et la tête du vérin et la dite trémie sont alignés en parallèle.
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication No. 10,
    caractérisé en ce que la tête du vérin consiste en une plaque à pression verticale et une plaque de fermeture horizontale ; la dite tête ne fonctionne pas comme élément étrangleur à la sortie de la trémie d'alimentation, en position de repos (première position de fin de course), tandis que lors du déplacement en avant la plaque de fermeture de la tête fait graduellement fermer la sortie de la dite trémie, et que la sortie de la trémie est fermée complètement au moment où la tête arrive à la position max. de la course (deuxième position f.d.c.).
  12. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications Nos. 10 ou 11,
    caractérisé en ce que la tête du vérin est divisée, au moins, en deux pièces, à travers la direction du déplacement en avant.
  13. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications Nos. 10 à 12,
    caractérisé en ce que le capot du gâteau compacté ne couvre qu'une partie de la demi-coquille, dans la direction du déplacement en avant.
  14. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications Nos. 10 à 13,
    caractérisé en ce que le capot du gâteau compacté est réglable en hauteur et que, en particulier, le dit capot peut être levé lors de l'enlèvement du gâteau de charbon compacté.
  15. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications Nos. 10 à 14,
    caractérisé en ce que la force de freinage est variable.
  16. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications Nos.10 à 15,
    caractérisé en ce que la pression d'appui du capot du gâteau de charbon compacté est réglable.

    caractérisé en ce que le gâteau de charbon à produire est formé en une pluralité de courses de compactage horizontales et que la matière de charbon est compactée à une densité dépassant de 60% celle de la matière de départ.
  20. Procédé pour la production d'un gâteau de charbon, à l'aide d'un dispoisitif selon les revendications Nos. 10 à 18,
    caractérisé en ce que le gâteau de charbon à produire est formé en une pluralité de courses de compactage horizontales et que la matière de charbon est compactée à une densité dépassant de 60% celle de la matière de départ.
