Claims (3)

  1. Wickelmaschine mit einer Changiereinrichtung (5), die sich der Außenfläche einer Fadenspule nähern oder von dieser entfernen kann, umfassend wenigstens ein erstes Teil (13), das mit einem Rahmenelement der Wickelmaschine (1) verbunden ist, sowie wenigstens ein zweites Teil (12), das Mittel zum Ablegen und Führen wenigstens eines Fadens (7) umfasst, wobei das erste Teil (13) und das zweite Teil (12) derart untereinander verbunden sind, dass das zweite Teil (12) eine erste sogenannte Arbeitsposition einnimmt, in der der Faden in Form einer Spule abgelegt werden kann, sowie eine zweite Position, in der das zweite Teil (12) von dem ersten Teil (13) getrennt ist, welche einer Phase zur Wartung des zweiten Teils (12) entspricht, wobei das erste Teil (13) und das zweite Teil (12) ergänzende Führungsmittel umfassen, die eine Relativbewegung zwischen der ersten Position und der zweiten Position des zweiten Teils (12) ermöglichen, wobei die Führungsmittel für eine relative Verschiebebewegung des zweiten Teils (12) gegenüber dem ersten Teil (13) geeignet sind, um das zweite Teil von dem ersten Teil zu trennen, wobei das zweite Teil (12) in Form einer abnehmbaren auswechselbaren Kassette wenigstens einen genuteten zylinderischen Nocken (9) umfasst, der die Changierfunktion des oder der Fadenführer(s) (4) sicherstellt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass letztere zwischen zwei zur Achse des Nockens parallelen Leisten (2) verschiebegeführt sind und dass die Changiereinrichtung Sprühdüsen (3) umfasst, um die Reinigung des Nockens (9) zu gewährleisten, wobei das erste Teil (13) und das zweite Teil (12) jeweils Mittel (16) zum mechanischen Kuppeln, die ermöglichen, das Ingangsetzen des Nockens (9) sicherzustellen, sowie Mittel zum Anschließen (15) eines Fluids zur Reinigung des Nockens (9) und des oder der Fadenführer(s) (4) umfassen.
  2. Changiereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste und das zweite Teil (13, 12) Verriegelungsmittel (14) umfassen, die geeignet sind, die Führungsmittel freizugeben, wenn das zweite Teil (12) der Changiereinrichtung sich in der Arbeitsposition befindet.
  3. Changiereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Anschließen (15) des Reinigungsfluids verschließbar sind, wenn das zweite Teil (12) der Changiereinrichtung (5) von dem ersten Teil (13) getrennt ist.
