Spender mit automatischer Schneidvorrichtung für Wischmaterial, welcher ein Basisgehäuse (2) mit einer Grundfläche (2.1) und einer unteren Fläche (2.2) aufweist sowie eine gelenkig angebrachte Abdeckung (3) aufnimmt, wobei das Gehäuse einen durch Einrasten auswechselbaren Einsatz (c) aufnimmt, der eine Trägerstruktur abgrenzt, die zwei transversale Wangen (4, 5), eine Verbindungsplatte (6), die zwischen den Wangen angeordnet ist, und eine vordere Abstandsstange (43) aufweist, wobei die Wangen (4, 5) zwei Trommeln (9, 10) aufnehmen, die Seite an Seite ohne direkten Kontakt zwischen ihnen angeordnet sind, wobei die erste Trommel (9) eine Schneidklinge (13) trägt und die zweite Trommel (10) die Ausgabetrommel ist, wobei die Trommeln (9, 10) an einem ihrer Enden gegenüberliegend Zahnkränze (11, 12) aufweisen, die deren Verbindung und deren Rotation bezogen aufeinander ermöglichen, wobei der Spender einen Auswurfmechanismus durch Rotation der Trommeln (9, 10) aufweist und dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Wangen (4, 5) an ihrem oberen Teil Trägeransätze (8) für die Materialrolle (b) und an ihrem unteren Teil die beiden Trommeln (9, 10) aufnehmen,
    dadurch, dass die Trommel (10) einen dritten Zahnkranz (19) aufnimmt, der mit dem Auswurfmechanismus durch Rotation der Trommeln (9, 10) zusammenwirkt, wobei der Mechanismus eine feststehende Nocke (24) umfasst,
    dadurch, dass der Klingenhalter (14) mit Übertragungsmitteln (18) angeordnet ist, die den Betrieb einer beweglichen Nocke (27) ermöglichen, die das Austreten der Schneidklinge (13) aus der Trommel (9) ermöglicht,
    dadurch, dass der feststehende (24) und der bewegliche (27) Nocke zusammenwirken, indem der Weg der Schneidklinge abgegrenzt wird,
    und dadurch, dass Klappen (31, 32) die Führung des Materialstreifens in dem Spender hinsichtlich des Abschneidens desselben in einem vorbestimmten Format gewährleisten.
  2. Spender mit automatischer Schneidvorrichtung für Wischmaterial gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trommel (9), die an der Rückseite des Spenders angeordnet ist, innen hohl ist und eine Schneidklinge (13) aufnimmt, die aus zwei Teilen (13.1, 13.2) gebildet ist, die mit einem Klingenhalter (14) fest verbunden sind,
    und dadurch, dass die Klingenteile im Mittelteil der Trommel (9.1) zusammenkommen, indem ein Raum (e) für die Positionierung eines Tragrings (15) des Klingenhalters gelassen wird,
    und dadurch, dass die Klingenteile in einem spiralförmigen Profil angeordnet sind.
  3. Spender mit automatischer Schneidvorrichtung für Wischmaterial gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klingenhalter (14) an einem Ende (14.1) einen Anschlag (16) aufweist, der mit Auflageflächen (17) in Kontakt ist, die den Weg begrenzen und auf der transversalen Fläche (9.2) der Trommel gebildet sind,
    und dadurch, dass das andere Ende des Arms einen Zahnring (18) aufweist, der an den ersten Kranz (11) angrenzt.
  4. Spender mit automatischer Schneidvorrichtung für Wischmaterial gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Auswurftrommel (10) in ihrem Mittelteil einen radialen Hohlraum (10.1) aufweist, der die Befestigung durch Einrasten einer Klappe (31) ermöglicht, die um den Hohlraum beweglich angebracht ist und das Abdecken wenigstens der Trommel (9) ermöglicht.
  5. Spender mit automatischer Schneidvorrichtung für Wischmaterial gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappe (31) eine angesetzte Klammer (30) in Form einer Gabel aufweist, die geeignet ist, in den radialen Hohlraum (10.1) der Trommel einzurasten, wobei die Klappe innen vorstehende Rippen (31.1) aufweist, die die Führung des Materialstreifens bezogen auf die Trommel (9) gewährleisten.
  6. Spender mit automatischer Schneidvorrichtung für Wischmaterial gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trommel (10) eine Achse (10.1) aufweist, deren Ende in eine Aussparung eingreift, die in der gegenüberliegenden Wange (4) gebildet ist, wobei die Ache einen dritten Zahnkranz (19) mit kleinem Durchmesser aufnimmt, der geeignet ist, mit einem vierten Zahnkranz (20) zusammenzuwirken, der den Auswurfmechanismus der Trommel (9) für das Spenden von Materialstreifen bildet.
  7. Spender mit automatischer Schneidvorrichtung für Wischmaterial gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vierte Zahnkranz (20) entsprechend einem festgesetzten Durchmesser eine Anzahl an Zähnen aufweist, die einem Format des abzuschneidenden Materialstreifens entspricht, wobei der vierte Kranz an einer seiner Flächen einen feststehenden Nocken (24) aufweist, und auf der anderen Fläche, die Befestigung eines Schwingarms (42) gewährleistend, der mit einer Rückholfeder (26) verbunden ist und bei Rotation des Kranzes (20) entgegen der Rückholfeder (26) eine Exzenterfunktion gewährleistet.
  8. Spender mit automatischer Schneidvorrichtung für Wischmaterial gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Welle (9.1) der Trommel (9) verlängert ist, um einen beweglichen Nocken (27) aufzunehmen, der auf der Achse gelenkig ist, wobei der Nocken profiliert ist, um in bestimmten Betriebsphasen mit dem auf dem Kranz (20) angeordneten feststehenden Nocken (24) zusammenzuwirken,
    und dadurch, dass ein komplementäres Zahnrad (36) auf dem beweglichen Nocken (27) angeordnet ist, um mit dem Zahnrad (18) zusammenzuwirken, das auf dem Klingenhalter (14) angebracht ist, um das Versetzen und Austreten der Schneidklinge zu gewährleisten.
  9. Spender mit automatischer Schneidvorrichtung für Wischmaterial gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine untere Klappe (32) gelenkig ausgehend von der vorderen Abstandsstange (43) angebracht ist, wobei sich die Klappe vorne öffnet und das Einbringen und das Führen des freien Endes des Materialstreifens, das von der Rolle vorsteht, ermöglicht.
  10. Spender mit automatischer Schneidvorrichtung für Wischmaterial gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trommel am Ende ihrer Welle gegenüber den Zahnkränzen (12, 19) eine Auflagefläche (9.5) aufweist, die fest ein Drehrad (33) zum Beladen mit großem Durchmesser aufnimmt, das nach außen über den Einsatz und den Spender übersteht, um das Beladen des Spenders oder dessen Wartung zu ermöglichen.
  11. Spender mit automatischer Schneidvorrichtung für Wischmaterial gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vordere Abstandsstange (43) eine Führung (38) aufnimmt, die die Rückkehr nach oben des Materialstreifens zwischen den Trommeln (9, 10) gewährleistet, wobei der Materialstreifen an der Rückseite aus dem Spender austritt, indem er von der gelenkigen Klappe (31) geführt wird.
  12. Spender mit automatischer Schneidvorrichtung für Wischmaterial gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der bewegliche Nocken einen halbkreisförmigen hinteren Teil (27.a) aufweist, der sich durch eine erste gerade Neigung (27.b), eine zweite gerade Neigung (27.c), eine Schnabelform (27.d) und eine Verbindungslinie (27.e) mit dem hinteren Teil des Nockens fortsetzt,
    und dadurch, dass der feststehende Nocken eine Nierenform mit kleinstmöglichen Abmessungen und mit einer geraden Basis (24.1) aufweist, wobei die beiden Nocken beim Austreten der Schneidklinge zusammenwirken, indem deren Weg abgegrenzt wird.
  13. Spender mit automatischer Schneidvorrichtung für Wischmaterial gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vordere Abstandsstange mit zwei Anschlägen (41) aus Gummi angeordnet ist, die einen Gegenanschlag abgrenzen und das Aufliegen der angenäherten Zähne (13.1) der Klinge (13) ermöglichen, um das Kippen nach hinten des Klingenhalters auf sich selber und dessen Rückkehr in die Trommel zu gewährleisten.
  14. Spender mit automatischer Schneidvorrichtung für Wischmaterial gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trommel (10) einen bestimmten Zahnkranz (12) mit einer Anzahl an Zähnen, die einem Format entspricht, aufnimmt,
    und dadurch, dass die Änderung des Formats das Austauschen des Kranzes (12) durch einen anderen Kranz mit einer anderen Anzahl an Zähnen erfordert.
  15. Spender mit automatischer Schneidvorrichtung für Wischmaterial gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trommel (10) mit der Aufnahme einer beweglichen Achse (10.1) ausgestattet ist, die einerseits den dritten Zahnkranz (19) und andererseits ein Schieberad (45) aufnimmt,
    und dadurch, dass der Kranz (20) einem fünften Zahnkranz (21) mit einer anderen Anzahl an Zähnen zugeordnet ist,
    und dadurch, dass die Positionierung der Achse (10.1) bezogen auf die Trommel (10) Stellungen der Verzahnung zwischen den Kränzen (19, 20) einerseits und dem Schieberad (45) und dem Kranz (21) andererseits abgrenzt,
    und dadurch, dass die Achse (10.1) einen Index aufnimmt, der das Versetzen der Achse ermöglicht.
  16. Spender mit automatischer Schneidvorrichtung für Wischmaterial gemäß Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kranz (21) den feststehenden Nocken (24) aufnimmt.
  17. Spender mit automatischer Schneidvorrichtung für Wischmaterial gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 und 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Anti-Retour-Greifer (22), der an der Wange (4) befestigt ist, entweder mit dem Kranz (20) oder mit dem Kranz (21) entsprechend der Auswahlbedingungen für das Format des Spenders zusammenwirkt.
  18. Spender mit automatischer Schneidvorrichtung für Wischmaterial gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 und 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trommeln (9, 10) in der Nähe ihrer Zahnkränze (10, 11) Aussparungen (47) aufweisen, die das Einsetzen eines Bügels (29) ermöglichen, der eine Lehre bildet und das Steuern der Kränze zueinander entsprechend dem Format des auszugebenden Materialstreifens ermöglicht, wobei die Lehre eine Achse (29.1) aufweist, die in die axiale Mittelöffnung (20.4) des Kranzes (20) eingreift, sowie einen Index (29.2), der in die Öffnungen (20.5) eingreift, die auf dem Kranz (20) gebildet sind.
  19. Spender mit automatischer Schneidvorrichtung für Wischmaterial gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Materialrolle auf beliebige Weise auf die Aufnahmeansätze gesetzt wird, wobei das herunterhängende Ende des Materials entweder zur Vorderseite des Spenders oder zur Rückseite des Spenders angeordnet ist, und wobei das Ende gezogen wird, um zwischen der Trommel (10) und der Klappe (32) vorhanden zu sein, um dann zwischen den Trommeln (9, 10) weitergeleitet zu werden, dann von der Trommel (9) zur die Rückseite des Spenders ausgegeben zu werden.
