Claims (13)

  1. Knickschutz - Steuervorrichtung für eine automatische Wischmaterial - Ausgabeeinheit mit einem Deckel und feststehenden Flanschen (1) an einem Gehäuse, wobei an den Flanschen eine Walze (2) mit einer Schneidvorrichtung angeordnet ist, und eine Materialspule (3) auf einem Dorn (7) aufgewickelt ist, der an seinen Enden Ansatzstücke (8) und eine Druckwalze (4) aufweist, die gegen die Walze drückt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Knickschutz - Vorrichtung aus einem Element (M) besteht, das einen Zylinder bildet, wobei das Element (M) in Form eines Zylinders mit der Drehung der Walze durch eine Übertragungseinrichtung (T) verbunden ist, die sie verbindet, und wobei das Element (M) in Form eines Zylinders eine Umfangsfläche mit vorstehenden Haftelementen besitzt, wobei sich das Element (M) gegenüber Halteflächen (11 - 12) - die an einem Flansch (13), der einen Spulenhalter bildet, welcher gegenüber einem Flansch (1), der die Walze (2) aufnimmt, flexibel ist, gebildet werden - frei drehen kann, wobei das Element (M) quer zu der Materialspule ausgerichtet ist, und entlang seiner Mantellinie mit der letzten Windung der Spule in punktuellen Kontakt (A) kommt, um eine Bremswirkung zu gewährleisten, und dass der Flansch, der den Spulenhalter (13) bildet und das Ansatzstück (8) und das Element (M) aufnimmt, elastisch ausfedern kann, um sich beim Abwickeln der Spule in die richtige Position zu bringen.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einer der Flansche (1) des Gehäuses des Apparates, an dem die Walze (2) positioniert ist, die den Messerhalter der Schneidvorrichtung und der Druckwalze bildet, den Flansch (13) aufnimmt, der den Spulenhalter bildet, indem er diesem eine gewisse Flexibilität verleiht, und dass die Verbindung des Flansches (13), der den Spulenhalter bildet, mit dem Flansch (1) über seine Vorderseite (13a) mit Hilfe der Elemente (14) erreicht wird.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Flansch (13), der den Spulenhalter bildet, mit einem höher gelegenen Abschnitt (13b) zum hinteren Teil des Gehäuses des Apparates hin verlängert, um die Achse (9) des Ansatzstückes (8) aufzunehmen, und dass der Flansch in seinem hinteren Teil zwei parallel verlaufende Halteflächen (11 - 12) aufweist, zwischen denen das Element (M) in Form eines Zylinders angeordnet ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die untere Haltefläche (11) eine Kerbe (11a) zur Befestigung eines der Enden (15a) einer Rückholfeder aufweist, und deren anderes Ende (15b) an dem Abschnitt gegenüber dem Gehäuse des Apparates verankert ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Übertragungselement aus einem endlosen Antriebsriemen (16) besteht, und dass die Walze (2) ein Ende mit einer Verlängerung aufweist, die eine konzentrische Rille (2a) an der Achse der Walze bildet, und als Aufnahme und Führung für den Antriebsriemen (16) dient, und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Element (M) in Form eines Zylinders ein unteres Ende aufweist, wobei ein Bauteil (17) mit einem Abschnitt in Form einer Rolle den Antriebsriemen (16) aufnehmen kann, und zwar in einer anderen Ebene als der Ebene seiner Position an der Walze.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Element (M) an seinen Enden Positionierzapfen aufweist, die in die Halteflächen (11 - 12) eindringen.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Übertragungselement (T) zwischen der Walze (2) und dem Element (M) mit Bauteilen in Form von Ritzeln hergestellt ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Walze (2) an ihrem Ende ein Zahnrad (18) mit Geradverzahnung aufnimmt, das axial auf ihrer Achse montiert ist, und dass an dem seitlichen Flansch (1) ein Übertragungselement (19) mit zwei koaxialen Ritzeln (19a - 19b) - eines mit Geradverzahnung (19a), das in das Zahnrad (18) eingreift, und das andere mit konischer Verzahnung (19b) - angesetzt ist, das in einer Ebene senkrecht zu dem Zahnrad befestigt wird, und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das letztere seinerseits mit einer Verbindungswelle (20) zusammenwirken kann, die gegenüber dem flexiblen Flansch (13) mittels jeder beliebigen, geeigneten Halterung befestigt werden kann, und die an jedem ihrer Enden zwei Ritzel mit konischer Verzahnung (20a - 20b) aufweist, wobei das eine (20a) mit dem konischen Ritzel (19b) und das andere (20b) mit einem konischen Ritzel (21) zusammenwirkt, das am Ende de Elementes (M) angeordnet ist, das den Zylinder bildet, und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gesamtheit dieser Verzahnungselemente die mechanische Übertragung der Drehbewegung der Walze bis zu dem schrägen Zylinder ermöglicht, der die Knickschutzfunktion an der Spule gewährleistet.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Element (M) in Form eines Zylinders im Inneren angeordnet ist, um eine Rückholfeder (22) aufzunehmen, deren eines Ende (22a) in Form einer Schleife sich einer Rille (23a) anpasst, die an dem Verschlussflansch (23) gebildet wird, und deren anderes Ende (22b) in Form einer Schleife der Anpassung an das Bauteil (17) dient, mit dem die Feder gespannt wird, und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bauteil (17) eine zylindrische Auflagefläche (17a) besitzt, die an ihrem Ende geschlitzt ist, und in das das Ende der Feder eingreift, sowie einen doppelten Bund (17b), der eine Rolle oder ein Ritzel (21) bildet, und sich beim Schließen des Zylinders anpasst, und einen Befestigungszapfen (17c) an der feststehenden Halteplatte (11), und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Anschlag (17d) an der Innenseite des Bundes gebildet wird, und dass dieser Anschlag mit einem anderen Anschlag (25) zusammenwirken kann, der an dem angesetzten Abschnitt (26) gebildet wird, welcher sich an dem Ende des Zylinders (R) befindet.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie auf der anderen Seite der Spule und an dem feststehenden Flansch (1) einen weiteren Zylinder (M) aufweist, der jedoch ohne ein weiteres Verbindungselement und Übertragungselement frei drehend montiert ist, aber ebenfalls schräg gelagert ist, so dass sich die Materialspule dagegen abstützen kann.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Element (M) in Form eines Zylinders einen Hauptteil (30) aufweist, der an einem Ende ein Bauteil (17) aufnimmt, das eine geschlitzte, zylindrische Auflagefläche (17a) besitzt, die sich im Inneren des Hauptteils des Zylinders befindet, nachdem dieser eingesetzt worden ist, sowie ein Ansatz bzw. ein Verlängerungsstück (17c), und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hauptteil (30) auf der anderen Seite in der Verlängerung einen angesetzten Ring (31) mit einem größeren Querschnitt aufweist, wobei dieser Ring als Sitz für einen zylinderförmigen Stutzen (32) dient, der speziell angeordnet ist, um einerseits an einem Ende die Rückholfeder (22) aufzunehmen, und andererseits an seinem anderen Ende ein erstes Verzahnungselement (33) aufzunehmen, und dass der Stutzen (32) eine zylindrische Hauptauflagefläche (32a) aufweist, die sich an einem Ende durch eine zweite Auflagefläche (32b) mit kleinerem, geschlitztem Querschnitt verlängert, um das hakenförmige Ende (22a) der Rückholfeder aufzunehmen, wobei die Ausrichtung der Befestigung der Feder durch den Schlitz (32c) in einer Ebene senkrecht zu der Ebene erfolgt, die an dem Bauteil (17) gebildet wird.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stutzen (32) am anderen Ende einen Bund (32d) aufweist, der sich gegen den Ring abstützt und in ihm zentriert ist, und dass der Bund einen Nocken (32e) besitzt, der einen Zapfen (32f) berührt und an ihn anstößt.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine längere Verzahnung bzw. ein längeres Getriebe (34) direkt mit dem Betätigungselement (35) verbunden ist, das an der Seitenwand des Gehäuses montiert ist, und dass diese Verzahnung bzw. dieses Getriebe (34) eine mittlere Achse (34a) aufweist, die mit der Walze (2) verbunden ist, und dass die Verzahnung bzw. das Getriebe (34) länger ist als eine Verzahnung bzw. ein Getriebe (36), die bzw. das gegenüber montiert ist, und die bzw. das zu einem Getriebezug (37 - 38 - 39 - 40) gehört, der von dem Zylinder (R) kommt, um die Übertragung der Bewegung zu gewährleisten, und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge dieses Getriebes (34) eine leichte seitliche Ausfederung des Stützflansches (13) der Materialspule und des Zylinders (R) erlaubt.
