Claims (23)

  1. Abgabevorrichtung für Materialien zum Abwischen mit einem Gehäuse (1), einer Abdeckhaube (2), einer Trommel (3), einer in der Trommel integrierten Schneidklinge (4a), Mitteln zum Vorschieben und Rückholen der Trommel, welche einen Exzenter (6) und eine Feder zum Vorschieben und Rückholen umfassen, die von einer Seite der Trommel aus angeordnet sind, seitlichen Flanschen (1b) des Gehäuses, die zum Stützen der Materialrolle (B) angeordnet sind, einer Druckwalze (8), welche geeignet ist, eine Spannung des Materialstreifens an einer gegebenen Stelle in Ergänzung einer bei der Schnittzone des Materialstreifens auf Höhe der Trommel definierten zweiten Druckzone sicherzustellen, wobei die Druckwalze (8) gelenkig und drehbar durch zwei Kipphebel (9-10) montiert ist, so dass sie unter Druck in einem permanenten Kontakt mit der Materialrolle (B) ist, wobei sie einen Abstand zwischen den unter Spannung gesetzten Zonen, die einerseits durch den Kontakt Rolle/Druckwalze und andererseits Trommel/Austritt der Schneidklinge definiert sind, in der Größenordnung von 25 bis 50 cm definiert,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Hebel (9-10) voneinander entkoppelt sind und unabhängig voneinander kippen können, so dass die Druckwalze (8) mit Variationen eines jeden der Hebel kippen kann, was ein Anschmiegen an das Profil der Materialrolle ermöglicht.
  2. Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckwalze (8) und die Trommel (3) durch einen Treibriemen (16) verbunden sind, dessen Verlauf als Funktion des Kippens und der Positionierung der Druckrolle, welche von der Variation des Durchmessers der Materialrolle bestimmt sind, variabel ist.
  3. Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flansche (1b) des Gehäuses der Vorrichtung auf ihren Hinterkanten mit einer eine Führungsrampe formenden gekrümmten Form (1b3) versehen sind, welche die Verschiebung der Druckwalze nach hinten erlauben, welche an ihren Enden (8a1-8a2) so ausgebildet ist, dass sie sich entlang der Kante verschiebt, und dass die Hebel (9-10) in ihrem oberen Teil so ausgebildet sind, dass sie Haken (9a-10a) zur Aufnahme der Enden der Druckwalze formen, und wobei deren unteren Teile an ihren Basen (9b-10b) auf jedem der Flansche (1b) angelenkt sind, wobei jeder Hebel mit einer Rückholfeder (13-14) verbunden ist, von der ein Ende an dem Flansch (1b) befestigt ist.
  4. Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckwalze (8) eine erste Umlenkrolle (15) umfasst, die sich auf der Innenseite in Bezug auf die dem Gehäuse gegenüberliegenden Flansche (1b) befindet, wobei die erste Umlenkrolle einen zweiten Treibriemen (16) aufnimmt, der auf dem Rand einer auf der Achse der Trommel (3) angeordneten zweiten Umlenkrolle (17) angebracht ist, und dass eine dritte Umlenkrolle (18) freirotierend auf der Rückseite der Vorrichtung angeordnet ist, wobei die Umlenkrollen (15-17-18) den zweiten Führungstreibriemen mit einer Variation des Verlaufs entsprechend der Position und dem Kippen der Druckwalze (8) aufnehmen, wobei die dritte Umlenkrolle die Funktion hat, eine gleichmäßige Spannung auf den zweiten Treibriemen aufrechtzuerhalten.
  5. Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine frei montierte Umlenkwalze (19) aufweist, die sich auf der Vorderseite der Vorrichtung dreht und in auf den Flanschen (1b) des Gehäuses ausgebildeten Öffnungen angeordnet ist, und dass die Umlenkwalze ohne Kontakt mit der Trommel (3) ist und das Umlenken des Materialstreifens zur Trommel und ihrer Schneidvorrichtung ermöglicht, und dass die Umlenkwalze (19) einen mittigen bogenförmigen Ausschnitt (19a) aufweist, der den Durchtritt eines dritten Übertragungsriemens (20) ermöglicht, der auf der Hinterseite der Vorrichtung durch eine vierte Umlenkrolle (22) gehalten wird, die sich jenseits der Trommel (3) befindet, wobei sich die vierte Umlenkrolle in der axialen Ebene (P-P) des bogenförmigen Ausschnitts (19a) der Umlenkwalze, des Mittelschlitzes (3c) der Trommel (3) befindet.
  6. Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Obergurt (20a) des die Umlenkwalze und die Umlenkrolle (22) verbindenden Treibriemens (20) ohne Kontakt mit der Trommel (3) ist, während der Untergurt (20b) des Treibriemens zur geschlossenen Auflage auf einen winkeligen Abschnitt der Trommel (3) in der Zone des mittleren bogenförmigen Ausschnitts von dieser gelangt, und dass der von der Rolle kommende Materialstreifen nach der Umlenkwalze in das von der Trommel (3) und dem Obergurt (20b) des Treibriemens (20) geformte Intervall eingebracht wird, um diesen bei der Drehung der Trommel zur Schneidvorrichtung zu führen, wobei der Gurt (20b) die Funktion sicherstellt, das Material zeitweilig auf der Trommel zu halten.
  7. Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (23) der vierten Umlenkrolle (22) einen Rand aufweist, der gegenüber der Trommel gekrümmt ist und konzentrisch zum Umfang der Trommel ist, um den Papierstreifen zum Ausgang der Vorrichtung zu geleiten.
  8. Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5, 6 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umlenkwalze durch ihre Enden in auf den Flanschen (1b) ausgebildeten Öffnungen befestigt ist, wobei die Umlenkwalze im Abstand gegenüber der Trommel als Funktion ihrer Position in den vorgenannten Öffnungen regelbar ist.
  9. Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckwalze (8) so ausgebildet ist, dass sie ein mit einem Mechanismus zum Spannen des Materialstreifens zusammenwirkendes Ende aufweist, wobei der Mechanismus vom Kipphebel (10) aus montiert ist.
  10. Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckwalze (8) an einem Ende mit einem zylindrischen Hohlraum (8c) versehen ist, der den teilweisen Eingriff eines auf den Schwenkhebel (10) gestützten Ansatzes (25) ermöglicht, wobei die Druckwalze die Umlenkrolle (15) zur Führung des zweiten Übertragungsriemens aufnimmt, welche Druckwalze mit einem Kragen (25b) versehen ist, der ein Anschlagselement (25c) umfasst, wobei sich die Druckwalze (8c) durch einen zylindrischen Zapfen (8d) in den zylindrischen Hohlraum erstreckt, auf welchem ein elastisches Rückholmittel (26) angeordnet ist, wobei das elastische Mittel einerseits an dem Kragen (25b) und andererseits in dem Boden des Hohlraums befestigt ist.
  11. Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querseite (8d) der Druckwalze einen Vorsprung (8e) aufweist, der einen Anschlag bildet und bei der Drehung der Druckwalze mit dem Anschlag (25c) des Ansatzes (25) zusammenwirkt, um so die Spannung der Druckwalze gegenüber dem elastischen Rückholmittel (26) zu begrenzen.
  12. Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Spannmechanismus mit Untersetzungswirkung umfasst.
  13. Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Walze auf einer Seite einen gestützten Zapfen (28b) aufweist, der wenigstens zwei Ringe (30-33) bzw. Hülsen aufnimmt, die beim Ziehen des Materialstreifens sukzessiv gegen elastische Rückholmittel (31-34) belastet werden, wobei einer der Ringe (33) den anderen (30) beim Drehen nach einem Drehweg mitnimmt und eine Untersetzungswirkung und Spannung des Materials für den Schnitt sicherstellt, wobei die Druckwalze die Funktion hat, das Material für den Schnitt zu spannen.
  14. Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gestützte Zapfen großer Länge (28b) den Untersetzungsmechanismus zum Spannen aufnimmt, der Zapfen mit großer Länge einen ersten Ring (30) bzw. Hülse aufnimmt, der innen bogenförmig ausgeschnitten ist und eine Aufnahme zum Aufnehmen einer Rückholfeder (31) formt, wobei der Ring einen vorragenden Zapfen (30a) auf einer seiner Seitenflächen gegenüber der Zone, wo das Material der Druckwalze (8) anliegt, aufweist, der geeignet ist, dem Umfangsverlauf eines auf dem festen Teil des Zapfens der Druckwalze geformten Kragens (28c) zu folgen, wobei ein Vorsprungspunkt bzw. fester Anschlag (28d) auf dem Kragen angeordnet ist und gleichermaßen die Verankerung eines Endes der Rückholfeder (31) ermöglicht, und dass das andere Ende der Rückholfeder (31) des ersten Rings (30) an dem vorgenannten festen Zapfen großer Länge befestigt ist.
  15. Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, der Positionierung des ersten Rings (30) angrenzend, eine Scheide (32) mit einem Kragen (32a) vorgesehen ist, welche den ersten Ring (30) quert und gegen welche ein zweiter Ring (33) gleichermaßen zur Anlage kommt, der geeignet ist, gegenüber einem zweiten elastischen Rückholmittel (34) in Rotation versetzt zu werden, wobei dieser zweite Ring bzw. Hülse am Ende einer Stützmuffe (35) angeordnet ist, die ihrerseits in Gegenüberstellung eine Umlenkrolle (35) zur Aufnahme eines Übertragungsriemens (C2) aufweist, welcher mit der Trommel der Abgabevorrichtung verbunden ist, und dass dieser zweite Ring einen Anschlagsvorsprung (33a) aufweist und bei der Drehung der Trommel gegenüber seinem elastischen Rückholmittel, von dem eine Ende in dem Boden des Rings und das andere Ende an einem auf dem Kragen (32a) der Scheide (32) geformten festen Vorsprungspunkt (32b) befestigt ist, in Bewegung versetzt wird, wobei der zweite Ring bei der Drehung den ersten Ring mitnimmt.
  16. Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 und 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Vorsprungspunkt (32b) vorteilhaft gegenüber dem festen Vorsprungspunkt (28d) des ersten Kragens winkelig versetzt ist.
  17. Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Vorsprung an dem Träger des ersten Rings fest angebracht ist, um anschließend dessen Mitnahme zu ermöglichen.
  18. Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zweite Ende der Druckwalze einen Zapfen (8b) aufweist, der den Eingriff eines Teleskopbolzens (24) erlaubt, von dem ein Ende in Eingriff mit dem Schwenkhebel (9) ist.
  19. Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie in ihrem Vorderabschnitt eine Vorderklappe aufweist, die auf dem unteren Abschnitt der Flansche des Gehäuses in den Öffnungen (1b6) angesetzt und befestigt ist.
  20. Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine zwischen dem Vorderabschnitt der Flansche (1b) der Vorrichtung positionierte Schutzplatte (28) aufweist, wobei sich diese Platte nach hinten erstreckt und in auf der Bodenseite des Gehäuses geformten Öffnungen befestigt ist.
  21. Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flansche (1b) auf der Außenseite mit einem Greifstück (1b2) versehen sind, welche dem Bediener das elastische Entfernen der Flansche ermöglichen, und dass die Greifstücke zur Anlage gegen die Innenseite der Wände der Haube bei deren Anbringen gelangen, wobei sie den Halt der Mechanismen und Bauteile der Vorrichtung gewährleisten.
  22. Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21, in ihrer Verwendung als Spender für Papierhandtücher.
  23. Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21, in ihrer Verwendung als Spender für Toilettenpapier.
