Claims (18)

  1. Spender von Aufwischmaterial mit einem Gehäuse (2), das Seitenwände (2a - 2b) aufweist, die geeignet sind, im oberen Teil einen Spulenhalter (3) bzw. tragende Ansätze (8) für die Bestückung mit einer Spule (B) für Aufwischmaterial, Toilettenpapier, Papierservietten o.ä. und im unteren Teil eine Trommel (4) aufzunehmen, die als Unterlage für eine Schneidvorrichtung (5) und eine an der Trommel anliegende Anpreßvorkehrung (6) dient, welche die Durchführung der Papierbahn zwecks Ausgabe und deren Heraustreten ermöglicht, wobei die Trommel (4) und die besagte Anpreßvorkehrung mit ihren Achsen (4a - 6a) quer zwischen den seitenwänden angebracht sind und die Achse (4a) der Trommel an mindestens einem der beiden Enden durch einen Bedienungsknopf (9) verlängert wird, der das Nachfüllen des Gerätes und das Herausführen des zum Ergreifen bestimmten Papiers ermöglicht,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spender mindestens eine mit dem Funktionszyklus des Gerätes gekoppelte Bremsvorrichtung (12) der materialliefernden Spule (B) bei einmaliger Trommelumdrehung zur Ausgabe einer Materiallänge besitzt, wobei die Bremsvorrichtung auf einer Seite der Trommel seitlich angebracht und gegenüber dem Gehäuse gelenkig gelagert ist und dabei mit der sich drehenden bzw. nichtdrehenden Trommel in direkter Beziehung steht und je nach Betrieb oder Nichtbetrieb des Gerätes einen Bremskontakt auf mindestens einer der Seiten (B1) der Spule (B) oder deren Freigabe für eine zyklusmäßige Umdrehung gewährleistet, wobei die Funktionsbetätigung bzw. Freisetzung der Bremsvorrichtung durch die Einwirkung des Benutzers auf die aus dem Gerät heraustretende Materialbahn erfolgt.

Spender nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bremsvorrichtung einen L-förmig gebogenen Hebel (12) besitzt und im mittleren Punkt (12a) gegenüber der Seitenwand des Gehäuses gelenkig gelagert und so ausgebildet ist, daß einer (12c) der Schenkel an einer mit der Trommel (4) kombinierten vorkehrung aufliegt und der andere Schenkel (12d) senkrecht zum vorherigen verläuft, wobei er an seinem Endstück eine abgeschrägt profilierte Zone (12a) besitzt, um mit einer flexiblen vorkehrung (15) zusammenzuwirken, die einerseits eine Reibfläche (15d) aufweist, die mit der querverlaufenden Seite (B1) der Spule in Kontakt kommt, und andererseits so profiliert ist, um nockenartig mit dem Hebel zusammenzuwirken, wobei die vorkehrung (15) flexibel gelagert ist, während der Kontakt zwischen dem Ende des Hebels und der flexiblen vorkehrung durch winkelige verformung dieser Vorkehrung die Bremsfunktion der Spule und beim Lösen des besagten Hebelendes mit der flexiblen vorkehrung die Freigabe der Spule zwecks Umdrehung gewährleistet.
  3. Spender nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hebel (12) mit dem unteren Schenkel (12c) und dem Endstück (12b) an dem mit der Trommel kombinierten Bedienungsknopf (9) aufliegt, wobei dieser Knopf einen abgeflachten (9a) Auflagebereich des Hebelschenkels in Bremsposition der Spule und eine Umrandung (9b) für die Auflage dieses Hebelschenkels bei der Rotation der Trommel auf einer Umdrehung und der Freigabe der Spule besitzt.
  4. Spender nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der gebogene Hebel (12) mit einer Rückholfeder (14) kombiniert ist, von der ein Ende (14a) am Hebel und das andere Ende an einem festen Punkt (16) der entsprechenden Seitenwand des Gehäuses befestigt ist.
  5. Spender nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die flexible Vorkehrung eine Zunge ist, von der ein Ende (15a) an der Rückseite des Gehäuses und an der Seitenwand (10a) befestigt ist, während das andere freie Ende (15b) der Zunge ein zunehmend dickeres Buckelprofil (15c) aufweist, das geeignet ist, gegenüber dem Ende (12f) des senkrechten Schenkels (12d) des abgewinkelten Hebels zu liegen zu kommen und damit zusammenzuwirken, wobei die Zunge außerdem am vorderen inneren Ende eine Reibungsfläche (15d) aufweist, die geeignet ist, mit der querverlaufenden Seite der Spule in Berührung zu kommen.

Spender nach Anspruch 1 und einem der Ansprüche 2, 3 und 5, der zusätzlich einen Rahmen (10) besitzt, der mit seinen Seitenflügeln (10a) an den Seitenwänden (2a - 2b) gelenkig gelagert ist, wobei der Rahmen im vorderen mittleren Teil einen Arm (10b) aufweist, der mit an der Innenseite des Deckels ausgebildeten Vorsprüngen (11) zusammenwirkt,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der abgewinkelte Hebel (12) mit einer Rückholfeder (14) kombiniert ist, von der ein Ende (14a) am Hebel und das andere Ende (14b) an einem der Seitenflügel des Rahmens befestigt ist.

Spender nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mit dem Bremshebel (12) verbundene Rückholvorkehrung (14) beim Nachfüllen des Gerätes im Anschluß an das Anheben des Rahmens nach hinten und nach dem Durchlaufen eines Totpunkts, der der Axialstellung der Feder mit dem oberen Schenkel des Hebels entspricht, das Kippen des Bremshebels nach hinten, die Freigabe der flexiblen Zunge und das Lösen des unteren Hebelschenkels gegenüber dem Bedienungsknopf ermöglicht.

Spender nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spender einen zweiten Bremshebel besitzt, der am anderen Seitenteil der Trommel angebracht ist, um durch einen seiner Schenkel mit der Auslösevorkehrung zusammenzuwirken, die mit der Trommel kombiniert ist, wobei diese vorkehrung mit einem abgeflachten Positionierbereich ausgebildet ist.
  9. Spender nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bremsvorrichtung einen sehr hohen Hebel (20) umfaßt, der in seinem mittleren Teil gegenüber der Seitenwand (2c) gelenkig gelagert ist und in seinem oberen Teil einen Arm (20a) aufweist, der mit einem rampenbildenden Profil (21a) einer Stützplatte zusammenwirkt, wobei der Arm eine vorkehrung (22) aufnimmt, die pufferartig gegen die Flanke der Spule vorsteht,
       und dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hebel in seinem unteren Teil eine hakenartige Form (20d) besitzt, die mit einem festen Anschlag (24) im unteren Teil des Gehäuses zusammenwirkt, wobei der Hebel außerdem ein kurvenförmiges Profil (20e) aufweist, das mit einer Nocke (25) an der Seitenwand (4c) der Trommel zusammenwirkt, wobei die Nocke so profiliert ist, um bei der Drehung der Trommel eine Bewegungsbahn des Hebels bzw. seinen Stillstand zu ermöglichen und dadurch die gebremsten und ungebremsten Phasen der Materialspule mit Freigabe der Trommel bei reibungsfreier Bewegung zu beschreiben.
  10. Gerät nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hebel (20) in seinem hinteren unteren Teil eine hakenartige Form (20d) aufweist, die geeignet ist, einen an der Seitenwand (2c) ausgeformten Schlitz (2f) zu durchqueren, wobei die hakenartige Form (20d) so profiliert ist, um mit dem festen Anschlag (24) zusammenzuwirken und auch die Befestigung der elastischen Rückholvorkehrung (17) für das Auslösen der Trommel zu ermöglichen.
  11. Gerät nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die hakenartige Form (20d) an der Innenseite (20d1) einen Rücksprung (20d2) mit geneigtem Profil aufweist, der in bestimmten Phasen mit dem Anschlag (24) zusammenwirkt.
  12. Gerät nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die hakenartige Form (20d) des Hebels einen vorspringenden Bereich (20d3) aufweist, der den unteren Befestigungspunkt (17a) der Rückholfeder (17) für das Auslösen der Trommel bildet.
  13. Gerät nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hebel in seinem unteren Teil ein kurvenförmiges Profil (20e) aufweist, das durch einen abgewinkelten Teil (20f) verlängert wird, um mit der Nocke (25), die mit der Seitenwand der Trommel fest verbunden ist, zusammenzuwirken, wobei der Hebel eine Kante (20g) aufweist, die den Auflagebereich auf der Nocke bildet.
  14. Gerät nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die pufferbildende vorspringende Form (22) im oberen Teil des Hebels eine V-Form (22a) aufweist, wobei einer der Schenkel (22b) mit dem Hebelarm fest verbunden und der andere frei beweglich (22c) ist, um gegen die Flanke der Spule in Auflage zu kommen, wobei diese Elastizität zum Abbremsen und Stoppen der Spule beiträgt.
  15. Gerät nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vorspringende Form (22) einen Gummibelag (22d) erhält, der eine dreieckige Auflagefläche beschreibt.
  16. Gerät nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das freie Ende (22c) des Profils (22a) eine gezahnte Schneide (22e) erhält.
  17. Gerät nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nocke (25) einen unteren konisch ausgeweiteten Bereich (25a) mit zwei vorstehenden Punkten (25b - 25c) aufweist, und daß um den unteren vorstehenden Punkt (25b) herum ein eine Überdicke bildendes Plättchen (26) angebracht ist, wobei der obere vorstehende Punkt (25c) geeignet ist, bei der Drehung der Trommel gegen die Kante (20g) des Hebels (20) in Auflage zu kommen, um bei der ungebremsten Phase das Abspreizen des Hebels zu gewährleisten, wobei das Plättchen (26) geeignet ist, das verschieben des Hebels zu bewirken, um seine Rückkehr in die Bremsposition sicherzustellen.
  18. Gerät nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nocke zwischen den beiden vorstehenden Punkten (25b - 25c) einen Bereich (25d) aufweist, der bei der Bewegung des Hebels um die Nocke herum während der Drehung der Trommel nicht mit diesem in Kontakt steht.
