Claims (9)

  1. Automatischer Spender für Aufwischmaterial nach Art derjenigen mit Seitenwänden innerhalb eines Schutzgehäuses, die so ausgebildet sind, um im oberen Teil die Positionierung eines Spulenhalters (3) für eine Materialrolle zu ermöglichen, und im unteren Teil mit einer Trommel (4), die für die Aufnahme einer Schneidvorrichtung (6) ausgelegt ist, und mit einem Andruckelement (7), das mit der Trommel in Kontakt steht und zwischen denen das gespannte Material zum Schneiden eingeführt wird, wobei die Schneidvorrichtung (6) gegenüber der Trommel gelenkig gelagert ist, um für einen Schnitt der vom Benutzer gezogenen Papierbahn zu sorgen, und zwar nach einem beim Umlauf der Trommel festgelegten Zyklus einschließlich Auslöse- und Rückstellvorrichtungen (8), und mit einer Schutzabdeckung (5), die unten am Gehäuse positioniert und durch Einrasten am Gehäuse mit Hilfe eines Verriegelungssystems gelenkig befestigt ist, wobei eine Zahnstangenvorrichtung (11) innenseitig und an einem der Flügelteile (2.1) des Gehäuses fest positioniert ist und mit einem absatzförmigen Teil (12) zusammenwirkt, das ritzelbildende Zähne (12.1) aufweist, die mit dem Messerträger kombiniert sind und in bestimmten Funktionsphasen das Herausführen des Schneidmessers aus der Trommel gewährleisten,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Verriegelungsvorkehrungen des Schneidmessers in der Trommel in Ruhestellung und bei beginnender Trommeldrehung vor dem Heraustreten des Messers einerseits am Seitenflügel des Gerätegehäuses an der Stelle der ortsfesten Zahnstange und andererseits nahe am äußeren Seitenteil der Trommel gegenüber dem absatzförmigen Teil angeordnet sind, wobei eine zusätzliche rampenbildende Einrichtung (20) an der Basis des Gehäuses angebracht ist, die geeignet ist, mit dem Schneidmesser zusammenzuwirken, um für dessen Kipp- und Einzugsbewegung in den an der Trommel ausgebildeten Sitz zu sorgen.
  2. Automatischer Spender nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das absatzförmige Teil (12) mit einem außen senkrecht vorstehenden Stift (17) ausgebildet ist, der mit dem Innenrand (15.1) des äußeren Seitenteils der Trommel (Gelenkstütze des Messerträgers) zusammenwirken kann,
       und dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das absatzförmige Teil unmittelbar im vorderen Teil durch eine versetzte Nase (12.3) verlängert wird, die geeignet ist, mit dem messerträgerhaltenden Seitenteil (15) in einer Linie zu liegen und sich dabei vorübergehend bei bestimmten Funktionsphasen des Gerätes in eine darin ausgebildete Vertiefung (15.2) einzupassen,
       und dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem die ortsfeste Zahnstange (11) aufnehmenden Seitenflügel des Gehäuses eine nicht-kreisförmige Profilscheibe (19) angeordnet ist, die in bestimmten Funktionsphasen des Stiftes (17) als Führung dient und dabei in der Ruhephase des Gerätes die Positionsverriegelung des Messerträgers in seinem Sitz gewährleistet, und zwar bis zum Beginn der Verzahnungsphase zwischen Zahnstange und Ritzel.
  3. Automatischer Spender nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stift (17) und die Nase (12.3), die an dem absatzförmigen Teil (12) ausgebildet sind, in Opposition zu der äußeren Stützwand der Trommel angeordnet sind und dadurch beim Kippen des Messers während der Extrembewegungen (Einziehen, Heraustreten des Messers) zwei entgegengesetzte Anschlagteile (A - B) des Stiftes am Innenrand der Seitenwand beschreiben.
  4. Automatischer Spender nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die nicht-kreisförmige Profilscheibe (19) entsprechend der Funktionsweise bei einer einmaligen Umdrehung der Trommel drei Zonen umfaßt: eine erste kreisförmige Zone (19.1) auf ca. 160° als Auflagebereich des Stiftes (17), eine zweite nach der Rückseite des Gerätes hin gelegene Zone (19.2) auf einem Winkelsektor von ca. 90°, die dem Verzahnen des Ritzels an der Zahnstange mit Heraustreten des Messers enstpricht, und eine dritte nicht-kreisförmige Anschlußzone (19.3), die dem Einziehen des Messers durch Kontakt der Nase mit der zusätzlichen rampenbildenden Einrichtung (20) an der Basis des Gehäuses entspricht.
  5. Automatischer Spender nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stift (17) längs der Zone (19.1) durch die ergänzende Positionierung des Innenprofils der äußeren Trommelwand seitlich in Stellung gehalten wird.
  6. Automatischer Spender nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stift (17) längs der zweiten Zone (19.2) keinen Kontakt mit dieser Zone und der innenseitigen Aussparung der Trommelwand hat, da diese zweite Zone (19.2) ein unrundes Profil besitzt.
  7. Automatischer Spender nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stift (17) längs der dritten Zone (19.3) nach Herstellung des Kontakts zwischen der Nase und der horizontalen rampenbildenden Einrichtung (20) am Gehäuse durch Annäherung der Trommelformen seitlich ausfedernd zwischen der Scheibe und der Seitenwand der Trommel festgehalten wird,
       und dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Messer beim Kontakt mit der Rampe zwecks Eindringen in den Messersitz einer Rückwärtsbewegung ausgesetzt wird.
  8. Automatischer Spender nach einem der Ansprüche 2-7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scheibe eine Nockenfunktion erfüllt.
  9. Automatischer Spender nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scheibe eine innere Profilöffnung aufweist, die die Durch- und Einführung des mit der Trommelachse kombinierten exzentrischen Hebels ermöglicht.
