Claims (12)
- Abwischmaterialspender mit frontaler Spulenposition, der ein Gehäuse (2), einen Deckel (3), eine Trommel (4), eine Schneidvorrichtung (5 - 6) innerhalb der Trommel, Start- und Roll-in-Einrichtungen (Rückwärtsbewegung zum Ausgangspunkt) für die Trommel mit einer Exzenterscheibe und einer Abschnellfeder besitzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine Anti-Schleifen-Vorrichtung für das Material besitzt, das von der Materialspule (B) her kommt, wobei diese Vorrichtung einen Spulenhalter (16) aufweist, der in ein feststehendes Stützteil (17), das mit der Rückwand des Gehäusebodens verbunden ist, eingreifen und sich auf ihm positionieren kann, wobei der Spulenhalter frei drehend an dem Stützteil (17) gegen eine Vorrichtung für ein elastisches Roll-in montiert ist, und dass der Spulenhalter so angeordnet ist, dass er sich über eine lange Auflagefläche (17b) des Stützteils (17) hinweg positionieren kann, indem er im Verhältnis zu letzterem in der Position verriegelt wird und dass der Spulenhalter mit dem Dorn der Spule des Wischmaterials in Verbindung steht, um ihren Antrieb zu gewährleisten.
- Spender nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützteil (17) einen Flansch (17a) besitzt, der mit der Stirnfläche des Gehäusebodens verbunden ist, und sich in einer senkrechten Ebene nach vorn gerichtet über eine lange Auflagefläche (17b) erstreckt, wobei er einerseits die Zentrierung und Positionierung des Spulenhalters (16) und andererseits die Verriegelung der Materialspule und des Spulenhalters in Position erlaubt, nachdem letztere in den Spulenhalter eingesetzt worden ist.
- Spender nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflagefläche (17b) des feststehenden Stützteils (17) eine zusätzliche Zone (17b1) darstellt, die die Zentrierung und Positionierung des Spulenhalters ermöglicht, und dass das Ende (17c) der Auflagefläche (17b) zugespitzt ist und einen versenkbaren und schwenkbaren Riegelfinger (19) besitzt, der die Verriegelung des Spulenhalters und der Spule in Position sicherstellt.
- Spender nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ende (17c) der Auflagefläche (17b) des Stützteils (17) Schlitze (17d) aufweist, zwischen denen sich der Riegelfinger (19) befindet, der sich aufgrund seiner Elastizität und aufgrund der Ausübung von Auflagedruck (F) bewegen kann, wobei der Riegelfinger eine Auflagelasche (19a) und eine vorstehende Form aufweisen, die als Anschlag dienen.
- Spender nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spulenhalter (16) eine äußere Auflagefläche (16b) besitzt, die in den Dorn (20) der Abwischspule eingreifen kann, und in seinem Innern besitzt der Spulenhalter einen langen Stutzen (16a), der sich auf der Auflagefläche (16b) des Stützteils (17) abstützt, und an seinem Ende eine ringförmige Verengung (16d) aufweist, um die Verriegelungsanordnung (19) abzustützen und bei der Verriegelung zu unterstützen.
- Spender nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spulenhalter (16) im Innern zwischen seiner zylindrischen Auflagefläche (16b) und dem Innenstutzen (16a) eine Innenkammer (16e) aufweist, die das Eingreifen und die Befestigung einer elastischen Roll-in-Einrichtung (Rückwärtsbewegung zum Ausgangspunkt) (21) erlaubt und zwar in Form einer Feder, deren eines Ende (21 a) mit dem Spulenhalter und deren anderes Ende (21b) mit dem feststehenden Stützteil (17) verbunden ist.
- Spender nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Ende (21 a) der Roll-in-Vorrichtung (21), das die Feder bildet, die Form eines Hakens hat, um in einen Schlitz (16f), der eine Aufnahme bildet, und sich an der Umfangswand der zylindrischen Auflagefläche (16b) befindet, einzugreifen, und dass das andere Ende (21b) der Roll-in-Vorrichtung einen Haken bildet und an einem Finger (22) befestigt ist, der vorspringend an einem Flansch (17a) des Stützteils (17) angeordnet ist.
- Spender nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spulenhalter (16) an der Außenperipherie seiner Auflagefläche (16b) eines oder mehrere Elemente (24) besitzt, die einen Stütz- und Antriebseffekt zusammen mit dem Dorn (20) der Spule gewährleisten.
- Spender nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das oder die Reibungselemente (24) aus einer Zunge (24a) bestehen, die quer über die zylindrische Auflagefläche (16b) des Spulenhalters zwischen den Schlitzen (24b) verläuft und der Zunge ihre Elastizität verleiht.
- Spender nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützteil (17) einen vorspringenden Nocken (25) aufweist, der mit einem Höcker (16h) am Spulenhalter in Verbindung steht, und die Drehbegrenzung des Spulenhalters sicherstellt.
- Spender nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Ansatzstück (26) mit der Vorderseite in den Dorn der Spule des Abwischmaterials eingreifen kann, wobei sich das aus einem Stück bestehende Ansatzstück mit konischer Innenform (26a) durch eine zylindrische Auflagefläche (26b) verlängert, die sich am Vorderteil des Dorns (16a) des Spulenhalters und gegen den Riegelfinger (19), der mit dem Stützteil (17) des Spulenhalters verbunden ist, abstützen kann.
- Spender nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützteil (17), das eine Nabe bildet, aus einem Stück mit der Wand des Gehäusebodens (2a) hergestellt ist.
