Claims (10)

  1. Abwischmaterialspender mit einem Gehäuse (2), einem Deckel (3), einer Trommel (4), einer Schneidvorrichtung (5 - 6), die in die Trommel integriert ist, Start- und Roll-in-Einrichtungen (Rückwärtsbewegung zum Ausgangspunkt) für die Trommel mit einer Exzenterscheibe (7) und einer Abschnellfeder (8), die seitlich an der Trommel angebracht sind, einem Spulenhalter (16), einer Materialspule und seitlichen Flanschen am Gehäuse, um den Spulenhalter aufzunehmen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine Anti-Schleifen-Vorrichtung für das Material, das von der Materialspule (B) kommt, besitzt, mit mindestens einem Mechanismus, der auf den Spulenhalter wirkt, indem er diesen in seiner Position verriegelt, wobei dieser Mechanismus an einem der seitlichen Flansche des Gehäuses angeordnet ist, und durch ein Ausgleichsgewicht (12) betätigt wird, das in die Drehbewegung der Trommel integriert ist, und das Blockieren des Spulenhalters (13) bei Beanspruchung und starkem Zug des Materialbandes sicherstellt.
  2. Abwischmaterialspender nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trommel (4) seitlich einen Flansch besitzt, der mit einer ovalen Platte (10) angeordnet ist, die eine profilierte Öffnung (10a) und eine untere Platte (10b) besitzt, die mit dem Stutzen (11) verbunden ist, der den Flansch hält, wobei die genannte Platte eine Öffnung (10c) für die Achse (12a) des angelenkten Ausgleichgewichts (12) aufweist, wobei das Ausgleichsgewicht einen Zapfen (12b) besitzt, der die Drehachse bildet, und einen vorstehenden, äußeren Versatz (12c) besitzt, der über der Öffnung (10a) verläuft, und mit dem Blockiermechanismus des Spulenhalters zusammenwirkt.
  3. Abwischmaterialspender nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der seitliche Flansch des Spulenhalters (2a) ein Ansatzstück (13) aufweist, das einen zylinderförmigen Teil besitzt, der in den Dorn (14) der Spule eingreift, wobei das Ansatzstück in der Verlängerung eine Scheibe (15) besitzt, die an seiner Peripherie angeordnet ist, und eine Vielzahl von Vorsprüngen oder Zähnen (15a) aufweist, und dass zwischen dem seitlichen Flansch (2a) des Gehäuses und der Scheibe (15) des Ansatzstückes ein langer Hebel (16) angeordnet ist, dessen oberer Teil mit einem Element (16b) angeordnet ist, das mit den eingerasteten Teilen der Scheibe zusammenwirken kann, während der untere Teil so angeordnet ist, dass er mit dem Ausgleichgewicht (12) zusammenwirkt, wobei der Hebel an einer Achse (17), die mit dem Flansch (2a) verbunden ist, gelenkig angebracht ist.
  4. Abwischmaterialspender nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebel (16) an seinem oberen Ende einen Kopf besitzt, und an einer Achse (17), die mit dem Gehäuseflansch verbunden ist, drehend montiert ist, wobei am oberen Ende eine Rückholfeder (18) befestigt ist, deren anderes Ende mit dem Gehäuseflansch verbunden ist, und dass der Hebel einen vorstehenden Zapfen (16b) besitzt, der sich an der eingerasteten Scheibe befindet.
  5. Abwischmaterialspender nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebel (16) in seinem unteren Bereich innen Hakenform (16d) hat, und durch eine feststehende Nase (19), die mit der Innenfläche des Gehäuseflansches verbunden ist, gerührt und gehalten werden kann, um die seitliche Ausfederung des Hebels zu begrenzen, und dass gegenüber der Platte ein vorstehender Anschlag (20) angeordnet ist, um den Hebel in der anderen Richtung zu halten.
  6. Abwischmaterialspender nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ansatzstück (13), das den Spulendorn aufnimmt, in der Mitte eine Aussparung (13b) besitzt, welche die Rollen (21) aufnimmt, und von zwei halbkreisförmigen Halbflanschen (22) gehalten wird, wobei die Einheit von einem Riemen (23) bedeckt wird, der die Spule stützt, wobei der Riemen als Bremse dient.
  7. Abwischmaterialspender nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Spulenhalter-Arm mit U-Konfiguration angelenkt ist, wobei die seitlichen Arme mit einem Ansatzstück (13) angeordnet sind, das in den Dom der Spule eindringt, und dass einer der seitlichen Arme des Spulenhalterflansches mit Elementen angeordnet ist, die sich verschieben können, so dass sie mit dem Ausgleichsgewicht (12) zusammenwirken, das mit der Trommel verbunden ist, und das Spulenhalter-Ansatzstück in Position verriegeln.
  8. Abwischmaterialspender nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spulenhalter-Arm in seinem unteren Bereich einen quaderförmigen, verschiebbaren Block (31) aufnehmen kann, wobei der Block einen vorstehenden Zapfen (33) aufnimmt, der mit dem Ansatzstück (13), das mit einer eingerasteten, kreisförmigen Platte angeordnet ist, zusammenwirkt oder nicht, wobei der Block mit einem zweiten Hebel (34) verbunden ist, dessen oberer Abschnitt (34a) mit dem Block verbunden ist, und dessen unterer Abschnitt (34b) an der Drehachse des Spulenhalters montiert ist, wobei das Ende des Hebels (34) eine längliche Aussparung (34c) besitzt, welche die Verschiebung der Achse (30) ermöglicht, so dass die Position des Hebels (34) und damit des Blocks verändert werden kann, und zwar durch Betätigung des Ausgleichgewichtes (12), das den Hebel (26) berührt und abstützt und zum Kippen bringt.
  9. Abwischmaterialspender nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine Verbindungsplatte (28) zwischen dem unteren Teil des zweiten Hebels (34) und der Verankerungszone (26a) des ersten Hebels (26) besitzt, wobei die Platte an der Verbindungsachse zum ersten Hebel eine Durchgangsöffnung (28a) besitzt und an der Verbindungsachse zum zweiten Hebel (34) und dem Gelenk des Spulenhalter-Arms eine zweite Durchgangsöffnung (28b) besitzt, und dass eine Rückholfeder (26) die Hebel (26) und (34) verbindet.
  10. Abwischmaterialspender nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einer der seitlichen Flansche in der Mitte eine Nabe (37) besitzt, und an einem Ende ein profiliertes Ansatzstück (38) in Form einer Kappe aufnimmt, und zwar mit einer Auflagefläche (38a), die den Spulendorn aufnimmt, sowie Deckelform (38b), die die Nabe umgibt, und dass eine Spiralfeder (39) in der so ausgeführten Lagerung angeordnet ist, wobei ein Ende (39a) an dem seitlichen Flansch und das andere Ende (39b) an dem Deckel (38b) befestigt ist, und dass sich der Spulenhalter aufgrund der Drehung der Spule bei Zug des Papiers durch den Benutzer in eine Richtung dreht, so dass die Feder gestreckt und Energie gespeichert wird, wobei der Zug bzw. die Spannung gehalten wird, solange man das freie Ende des Papiers hält, und dass das Materialband wieder zurückläuft, wenn es nicht mehr gehalten wird, und Schleifenbildung verhindert wird, und dass die Wegbegrenzung und Drehung des Ansatzstückes (38) durch einen Anschlag (40) sichergestellt werden.
