- La figure 1 est une vue de côté d'un appareil distributeur de matériau d'essuyage illustrant une première mise en oeuvre du dispositif anti-boucle pour une bobine de matériau d'essuyage en suspension sur des flasques fixes du porte-bobine.
- La figure 2 est une vue partielle et en coupe illustrant un mécanisme anti-boucle inséré sur le flasque latéral gauche de l'appareil.
- La figure 3 est une vue partielle et en coupe illustrant le mécanisme anti-boucle inséré sur le flasque latéral droit de l'appareil.

Claims (10)
- Appareil distributeur de matériau d'essuyage, du type comprenant un carter (2), un couvercle (3), un tambour (4), un dispositif de coupe (5 - 6) intégré dans le tambour, des moyens de lancement et de rappel du tambour incluant un excentrique (7) et un ressort (8) de lancement, disposés à partir d'un côté latéral du tambour, un porte-bobine, d'une bobine de matériau, et des flasques latéraux du carter étant agencés pour supporter le porte-bobine, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un dispositif anti-boucle de matériau en provenance de la bobine (B) de matériau incluant au moins un mécanisme agissant sur le porte-bobine en bloquant en position ce dernier, ce mécanisme étant disposé sur l'un des flasques latéraux du carter, et étant actionné par un dispositif en masselotte (12) intégré dans le mouvement du tambour en rotation et assurant la mise en fonctionnement du blocage du porte-bobine (13) en cas de sollicitation et traction forte de la bande de matériau.
- Appareil distributeur de matériau d'essuyage, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le tambour (4) présente latéralement un flasque agencé avec une plaque ovoïde (10) munie d'une ouverture profilée (10a) et d'une plaque intérieure (10b) solidaire du manchon (11) support du flasque, ladite plaque présentant une ouverture (10c) pour l'introduction d'un axe support (12a) de masselotte (12) articulé, ladite niasselotte comprenant un doigt (12b) formant axe d'articulation et un déport (12c) en saillie extérieure traversant l'ouverture (10a) pour coopérer avec le mécanisme de blocage du porte-bobine.
- Appareil distributeur de matériau d'essuyage, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le flasque latéral porte-bobine (2a) présente un embout (13) comprenant une partie cylindrique s'engageant dans le mandrin (14) de la bobine, ledit embout présentant en prolongement un disque (15) agencé sur sa périphérie avec une multitude de saillies ou dents (15a), et en ce que, entre le flasque latéral (2a) du carter et le disque (15) de l'embout, est disposé un levier (16) de grande longueur dont la partie supérieure est agencée avec un moyen (16b) susceptible de coopérer avec les parties crantées du disque, tandis que la partie inférieure est agencée pour coopérer avec ladite masselotte (12), ledit levier étant monté articulé sur un axe de liaison (17) solidaire du flasque (2a).
- Appareil distributeur de matériau d'essuyage, selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit levier (16) forme tête à son extrémité supérieure, et est monté pivotant sur un axe de liaison (17) solidaire du flasque du carter, ladite extrémité supérieure recevant à fixation un ressort (18) de rappel dont l'autre extrémité est solidaire du flasque du carter, et en ce que ledit levier comprend un doigt (16b) en saillie situé sur le disque cranté.
- Appareil distributeur de matériau d'essuyage, selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 et 4, caractérisé en ce que le levier (16) présente, près de sa partie basse, une forme intérieure en crochet (16d) susceptible d'être guidée et maintenue par une patte fixe (19) solidaire de la face intérieure du flasque du carter pour limiter le débattement latéral du levier, et en ce qu'une butée (20) en saillie est disposé en opposition de ladite plaque pour retenir le levier dans l'autre sens.
- Appareil distributeur de matériau d'essuyage, selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'embout (13) récepteur du mandrin de la bobine d'essuyage est agencé avec un évidement central (13b) périphérique formant logement recevant des moyens de roulement (21), est maintenu par deux demi-brides (22) semi-circulaires, une courroie (23) recouvrant l'ensemble et servant d'appui à la bobine, ladite courroie faisant office de frein.
- Appareil distributeur de matériau d'essuyage, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que un bras porte-bobine est articulé avec une conformation en U, les bras latéraux étant agencés avec un embout (13) pénétrant dans !e mandrin de la bobine, et en ce que l'un des hras latéraux du flasque porte-bobine est agencé avec des moyens susceptibles de se déplacer pour coopérer avec la masselotte (12) associée au tambour et provoquer le blocage en position de l'embout porte-bobine.
- Appareil distributeur de matériau d'essuyage, selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le bras porte-bobine est susceptible de recevoir un bloc (31) parallélépipédique coulissant, dans sa partie intérieure, ledit bloc recevant un doigt (33) en saillie susceptible de coopérer ou non avec l'embout (13) agencé avec une plaque circulaire crantée, ledit bloc étant solidaire d'un second levier (34) dont la branche supérieure (34a) est accouplée au bloc, et la branche inférieure (34b) montée sur l'axe de pivotement du support porte-bobine, l'extrémité dudit levier (34) étant agencée avec une échancrure oblongue (34c) autorisant le coulissement de l'axe (30) pour faire varier la position du levier (34) et donc du bloc, et ce sous l'action de la masselotte (12) en contact et appui avec le levier (26) en provoquant le basculement de ce dernier.
- Appareil distributeur de matériau d'essuyage, selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une plaque (28) de liaison entre la partie basse du second levier (34) et la zone d'ancrage (26a) du premier levier (26), la plaque présente une ouverture de passage (28a) de l'axe de liaison avec le premier levier et une seconde ouverture (28b) de passage de l'axe de liaison avec le second levier (34) et la base d'articulation du bras porte-bobine, et en ce qu'un ressort de rappel (26) relie les leviers (26) et (34).
- Appareil distributeur de matériau d'essuyage, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'un des flasques latéraux est agencé avec un moyeu central (37) épaulé et recevant en extrémité un embout (38) profilé en forme de chapeau avec une portée extérieure (38a) réceptrice du mandrin de la bobine et une forme en couvercle (38b) entourant ledit moyeu, et en ce que un ressort à spirale (39) est disposé dans le logement ainsi réalisé avec une extrémité (39a) fixée sur le flasque latéral et l'autre extrémité (39b) fixée sur le couvercle (38b), et en ce que la rotation de la bobine sous l'effet de traction du papier par l'utilisateur va amener le moyen porte-bobine à tourner dans un sens en provoquant le bandage du ressort et en emmagasinant de l'énergie, la dite tension étant maintenue pendant le temps de maintien de l'extrémité libre de la bande de papier, et en ce que la suppression de ce maintien provoque par détente élastique, le retour en arrière de la bande de matériau en supprimant son effet boucle qui aurait pu être réalisé, et en ce qu'une butée (40) assure la limitation de course et de rotation de l'embout (38).
