Claims (18)
- Appareil distributeur de matériau d'essuyage du type comprenant un carter (2) présentant des flasques latéraux (2a - 2b) susceptibles de recevoir, dans sa partie haute, un porte-bobine (3) ou des embouts support (8) d'alimentation d'une bobine (B) de matériau d'essuyage, de papier toilette ou de serviettes en papier ou similaires et, dans sa partie basse, un tambour (4) récepteur support d'un dispositif de coupe (5) et un moyen presseur (6) en appui sur le tambour autorisant le passage de la bande de papier en vue de sa distribution et sa sortie, ledit tambour (4) et ledit moyen presseur (6) étant montés transversalement par leurs axes (4a - 6a) entre lesdits flasques, l'axe (4a) du tambour se prolongeant au moins à l'une de ses extrémités avec un bouton de manoeuvre (9) permettant le chargement de l'appareil et la sortie du papier destiné à être saisi,
caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins un dispositif de freinage (12) de la bobine (B) d'alimentation du matériau, ce dispositif étant associé au cycle de fonctionnement de l'appareil avec la rotation sur un tour du tambour en vue de la distribution d'une longueur de matériau, ledit dispositif de freinage étant disposé latéralement d'un côté du tambour et articulé par rapport au carter, en étant en relation directe avec la rotation ou non du tambour, et en assurant, selon le non fonctionnement ou le fonctionnement de l'appareil, un contact dc freinage sur au moins l'un des côtés latéraux (B1) de la bobine (B), ou une libération de celle-ci en vue de sa rotation sur un cycle la commande en fonctionnement ou de libération du dispositif de freinage étant assuré par l'action de l'utilisateur sur la bande de matériau en sortie de l'appareil. - Appareil distributeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de freinage comprend un levier (12) coudé en L et articulé par rapport au flasque latéral du carter, en son point milieu (12a), et étant agencé pour que l'une (12c) de ses branches vienne en appui et contact sur un moyen (9) associé au tambour (4), et l'autre branche (12d) se situant dans un plan perpendiculaire à la précédente, en étant profilée à son extrémité avec une zone en biseau (12a) pour coopérer avec un moyen flexible (15) présentant, d'une part, une zone de friction (15d) venant en contact avec le côté transversal (B1) de la bobine et, d'autre part, étant profilée pour coopérer, selon un effet de came, avec ledit levier, ce moyen (15) étant flexible en position, le contact entre ladite extrémité du levier avec le moyen flexible assurant, par déformation angulaire dudit moyen, la fonction de freinage de la bobine et, lors du dégagement de ladite extrémité du levier avec le moyen flexible, la libération de la bobine pour assurer sa rotation.
- Appareil distributeur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le levier (12) vient en appui, par sa branche inférieure (12c) et son extrémité (12b), sur le bouton de manoeuvre (9) associé au tambour, ledit bouton comprenant une zone en méplat (9a) d'appui de la branche du levier en position freinage de la bobine, et une bordure périphérique (9b) d'appui de ladite branche de levier lors de la rotation du tambour sur un tour et la libération de la bobine.
- Appareil distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit levier coudé (12) est associé à un ressort de rappel (14) dont une extrémité (14a) est fixée sur le levier et l'autre extrémité sur un point fixe (16) du flasque latéral correspondant du carter.
- Appareil distributeur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le moyen flexible est une languette dont une extrémité (15a) est fixée à l'arrière du carter et au flasque latéral (10a), l'autre extrémité libre (15b) de la languette étant profilée avec un bossage (15c) d'épaisseur progressive susceptible de venir en regard et coopérer avec l'extrémité (12f) de la branche verticale (12d) du levier coudé, ladite languette présentant en outre à son extrémité avant intérieure une zone de friction (15d) susceptible de venir en contact avec le côté transversal de la bobine.
- Appareil distributeur selon la revendication 1 et l'une quelconque des revendications 2, 3 et 5, du type comprenant, à titre complémentaire, un portique (10) articulé, par ses ailes latérales (10a), sur les flasques latéraux (2a - 2b), ce portique présentant, dans sa partie médiane avant, un bras (10b) coopérant avec des saillies (11) formées sur la face interne du couvercle,
caractérisé en ce que le levier coudé (12) est associé à un ressort de rappel (14) dont une extrémité (14a) est fixée sur le levier et l'autre extrémité (14b) fixée sur l'une des ailes latérales du portique. - Appareil distributeur selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que, lors du chargement de l'appareil, après relevage du portique vers l'arrière, le moyen de rappel (14) lié au levier de freinage (12) permet, après passage d'un point mort correspondant à la mise en position axiale du ressort avec la branche supérieure du levier, le basculement vers l'arrière du levier de freinage, la libération de la languette flexible et le dégagement de la branche inférieure du levier par rapport au bouton de manoeuvre.
- Appareil distributeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un second levier de freinage disposé de l'autre côté latéral du tambour pour coopérer, par l'une de ses branches, avec le moyen de lancement associé au tambour, ledit moyen étant agencé avec une zone méplate de positionnement.
- Appareil distributeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de freinage comprend un levier (20) de grande hauteur articulé dans sa partie médiane par rapport au flasque (2c) et présentant, dans sa partie haute, un bras (20a) coopérant avec un profil formant rampe (21a) d'une plaque support, ledit bras recevant un moyen (22) formant saillie en tampon contre le flanc de la bobine,
et en ce que, dans sa partie basse, le levier présente une forme en crochet (20d) coopérant avec une butée fixe (24) disposée dans la partie basse du carter, ledit levier présentant en outre un profil curviligne (20e) coopérant avec une came (25) disposée sur le flasque (4c) du tambour, ladite came étant profilée pour permettre une trajectoire du levier lors de la rotation du tambour ou son arrêt pour définir les phases de freinage et de non freinage de la bobine de matériau, avec la libération du tambour par absence de frottement. - Appareil selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le levier (20) présente, dans sa partie inférieure arrière, une forme en crochet (20d) susceptible de traverser une fente (2f) formée sur le flasque (2c), la forme en crochet (20d) étant profilée pour coopérer avec la butée fixe (24) et permettre également la fixation du moyen de rappel élastique (17) pour le lancement du tambour.
- Appareil selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la forme en crochet (20d) présente, sur sa face interne (20d1) un décrochement (20d2) à profil penté coopérant, dans certaines phases, avec la butée (24).
- Appareil selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la forme en crochet (20d) du levier présente une zone en saillie (20d3) constituant le point d'attache inférieur (17a) du ressort de rappel (17) de lancement du tambour.
- Appareil selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le levier présente, dans sa partie inférieure, un profil curviligne (20e) prolongé par une partie coudée (20f) pour coopérer avec la came (25) solidaire du flasque du tambour, ledit levier présentant un chant (20g) constituant la zone d'appui sur la came.
- Appareil selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la forme en saillie (22), formant tampon, établie dans la partie haute du levier présente une forme en V (22a) dont l'une des branches (22b) est solidaire du bras de levier et l'autre libre (22c) pour présenter une élasticité et venir en appui contre le flanc de la bobine, cette élasticité contribuant à l'arrêt et au freinage de la bobine.
- Appareil selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que la forme en saillie (22) reçoit une garniture (22d) en caoutchouc définissant une configuration triangulaire d'appui.
- Appareil selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité libre (22c) du profil (22a) reçoit une lame dentelée (22e).
- Appareil selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la came (25) présente une zone intérieure évasée (25a) avec deux points de saillie (25b - 25c), et en ce que, autour du point de saillie inférieur (25b), est disposée une plaquette (26) formant surépaisseur, le point de saillie supérieur (25c) étant susceptible de venir en appui contre le chant (20g) du levier (20) lors de la rotation du tambour pour assurer l'écartement du levier en phase de non freinage, ladite plaquette (26) étant susceptible de provoquer le déplacement du levier pour assurer sa remise en position freinage.
- Appareil selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que, entre les deux points de saillie (25b - 25c), la came présente une zone (25d) qui n'est pas en contact avec le levier lors du déplacement de celui-ci autour de la came durant la rotation du tambour.
