Claims (12)

1. Rohrschneidevorrichtung mit mindestens einem Messer (12, 12', 12"), das am Ende des Schnittes mit einem im folgenden Gegenmesser (10, 10', 10") genannten Gegenteil zusammenwirkt, welches im Inneren des zu schneidenden Rohres (4) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gegenmesser (10, 10', 10") mechanisch mit einem Magnetkern (9, 9', 9") mit hoher magnetischer Suszeptibilität verbunden ist, während ein magnetisches Induktionsmittel, das eine Wicklung (3) aufweist, zur Erzeugung eines magnetischen Feldes quer durch das zu schneidende Rohr (4) mit Induktionslinien, die im wesentlichen in Längsrichtung im Magnetkern (9, 9', 9") verlaufen, vorgesehen ist, derart, daß eine magnetische Einwirkung auf die Position besagten Magnetkerns und dadurch ebenso auf die Position des Gegenmessers (10, 10', 10") in Längsrichtung in Abhängigkeit von der Position des Messers in Längsrichtung ermöglicht ist.
2. Rohrschneidevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wicklung (3) des magnetischen Induktionsmittels in einem um das zu schneidende Rohr angeordneten Gehäuse (2) aufgewickelt ist.

Rohrschneidevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, die mit mindestens einem Messer (12) versehen ist, das eine in Bezug auf die Längsrichtung feste Position aufweist zum Schneiden von Einzelrohren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die magnetischen Induktionsmittel eine in Längsrichtung feste Position besitzen und Induktionslinien in konstanten Formen und Lagen in Längsrichtung erzeugen, während der Magnetkern (9) und das Gegenmesser (10) über ein starres, nichtmagnetisches Element (11, 11') miteinander verbunden sind, das in Bezug auf die Längsrichtung kraftschlüssig am Magnetkern (9) und am Gegenmesser (10) befestigt ist.
4. Rohrschneidevorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigung des starren Elements (11, 11') am Gegenmesser (10) und/oder am Kern (9) in Bezug auf Rotation frei ist, derart, daß sie eine freie Drehbarkeit des Gegenmessers in Bezug auf den Magnetkern ermöglicht.

Rohrschneidevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das oder die Gegenmesser (10) an einer Seite durch das magnetische Induktionsmittel (2, 3) positioniert sind und daß ein Stößel (13) vorzugsweise an der Seite besagter Messer vorgesehen ist zur stückweisen Belieferung der Vorrichtung mit zu schneidenden Rohren und zum Vorschub jedes Rohres um die gewünschte Länge in Abhängigkeit von den herzustellenden Rohrabschnitten, während die Abführung der geschnittenen Rohrabschnitte an der in Bezug auf das Induktionsmittel gegenüberliegenden Seite zum Stößel bewirkt wird.

Rohrschneidevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2 zum Schneiden eines fortlaufend hergestellten Rohres, wobei das oder die Messer (12', 12") im Augenblick des Schneidens in Längsrichtung synchron mit dem Vorschub des Rohres während seiner Herstellung bewegt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das magnetische Induktionsmittel so ausgebildet ist, daß es ein in seiner Lage variables Magnetfeld erzeugt, wobei die Verschiebung des Magnetfeldes und demzufolge die Verschiebung des Magnetkemes (9', 9") durch den Schneidzyklus bestimmt ist.
7. Rohrschneidevorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Induktionsmittel auf einem in Längsrichtung bewegbaren Wagen (17) angeordnet ist, dessen Bewegung durch den Schneidzyklus bestimmt ist.

Rohrschneidevorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Induktionsmittel eine feste Position in Bezug auf die Längsrichtung besitzt und daß ein rohrförmiges Element (21) aus einem Material mit hoher magnetischer Suszeptibilität in Längsrichtung bewegbar um das zu schneidende Rohr (7) angeordnet ist, wobei besagtes rohrförmiges Element einen Teil (22) mit niedriger magnetischer Suszeptibilität aufweist, dessen Länge vorzugsweise höchstens gleich der Länge des Magnetkernes (9") ist, während die Bewegung des rohrförmigen Elementes (21) vom Schneidzyklus bestimmt ist, derart, daß die Verschiebung besagten rohrförmigen Elements im Magnetfeld des Induktionsmittels die Verschiebung des Magnetkerns (9") bewirkt, der die Induktionslinien ausrichtet, welche den Teil mit hoher magnetischer Suszeptibilität des rohrförmigen Elementes durchsetzen.

Rohrschneidevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Magnetkern (9', 9") und das Gegenmesser (10', 10") über ein starres nichtmagnetisches Element (11, 11') miteinander verbunden sind, das in Längsrichtung kraftschlüssig am Kern und am Gegenmesser befestigt ist, während der Wagen (17) bzw. das rohrförmige Element (21) der Bewegung des Rohres derart unterworfen sind, daß der Magnetkern und folglich das Gegenmesser der Bewegung des Rohres und des Messers mindestens während der Aktion des letzteren synchron folgen, wobei ein Steuerkreis zur Rückführung des Wagens bzw. des rohrförmigen Elements und folglich des Gegenmessers in die Ausgangsposition nach jedem Schneidvorgang vorgesehen ist zur Ermöglichung eines neuen Schneidzyklus.

Rohrschneidevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Magnetkern (9', 9") und das Gegenmesser (10', 10") derart miteinander verbunden sind, daß das Gegenmesser sich um eine gewisse Länge frei vom Magnetkern entfernen kann, während der Wagen (17) bzw. das rohrförmige Element (21) dem Schneidzyklus derart unterworfen sind, daß der Magnetkern vor der Aktion des Messers schnell um eine gewisse Länge vorrückt, indem er sich dem Gegenmesser nähert, dessen Außendurchmesser vorzugsweise im wesentlichen gleich dem Innendurchmesser des Rohres ist, derart, daß besagtes Gegenmesser in Bezug auf das Rohr selbst frei bewegbar ist und sich während des Schneidens vom Magnetkern entfemt, wobei ein Steuerkreis zur Rückführung des Wagens bzw. des rohrförmigen Elements und damit des Gegenmessers in die Ausgangsposition nach jedem Schneidvorgang vorgesehen ist zur Ermöglichung eines neuen Schneidzyklus.

Rohrschneidevorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Magnetkern (9', 9") und das Gegenmesser (10', 10") über ein Kabel miteinander verbunden sind, derart, daß die Vorwärtsbewegung des Magnetkems ein Lockerwerden besagten Kabels erzeugt, welches die Vorwärtsbewegung des Gegenmessers freigibt und daß eine Rückwärtsbewegung des Magnetkerns ein Anspannen des Kabels erzeugt, welches die Rückführung besagten Gegenmessers bewirkt.

Rohrschneidevorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Magnetkern (9', 9") und das Gegenmesser (10', 10") über eine starre Koppelstange (11") miteinander verbunden sind, die frei gleitend im Magnetkern geführt ist, derart, daß die Vorwärtsbewegung des Magnetkerns gleitend ohne Einwirkung auf das Gegenmesser stattfindet, während oberhalb des Magnetkerns an der Koppelstange ein Anschlag (21) vorgesehen ist, derart, daß eine Rückwärtsbewegung des Magnetkerns das Gegenmesser zurückführt durch Zug an der Koppelstange (11") unter Zwischenschaltung des besagten Anschlags (20).
