Claims (10)
- Système constitué d'un rail et d'un dispositif de suspension d'un rail, notamment d'un rail de roulement d'un transporteur suspendu ou d'un treuil, au niveau d'un mécanisme de roulement (4) ou d'une structure porteuse comportant un élément d'attache (6) qui supporte à une extrémité le rail (2) par le biais d'un élément de retenue (9), l'élément de retenue (9) enserrant dans une position de retenue un élément de support du rail (2) qui est évasé et qui s'étend au moins partiellement dans la direction longitudinale du rail (2), l'élément de retenue (9) étant constitué de deux pièces de retenue (9a, 9b) qui sont reliées à la manière d'un mécanisme à mâchoires par un boulon (7) qui s'étend dans la direction longitudinale du rail (2), lesdites pièces de retenue (9a, 9b) étant aptes à pivotées d'une position ouverte dans une position de retenue de façon à ce que les régions de retenue (9d) portent l'une sur l'autre, les régions de retenue (9d) supportant dans la position de retenue l'élément de support du rail (2),
caractérisé en ce que
les pièces de retenue (9a, 9b) de l'élément de retenue sont conformées de telle sorte que, même dans la position ouverte, l'élément de support du rail (2) porte sur les régions de retenue (9d) des pièces de retenue (9a, 9b). - Système selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, dans la position de retenue, l'élément de retenue (9) peut être immobilisé dans la direction longitudinale du rail (2), par friction sur l'élément de support, à l'aide de moyens de fixation.
- Système selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que, dans une position ouverte, l'élément de retenue (9) est apte à coulisser sur l'élément de support dans la direction longitudinale du rail (2).
- Système selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de support du rail (2) est conformé en dos de profilé (2a), en forme de T ou de Y, qui est placé en haut du rail (2) et qui s'étend dans la direction longitudinale du rail (2).
- Système selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'une ouverture longitudinale (12) s'étendant dans la direction longitudinale du rail (2) est ménagée dans l'élément de retenue (9), en ce que l'ouverture longitudinale (12) se réduit en direction du rail (2) à suspendre pour former une région en forme de fente (12a) qui est plus étroite qu'une région évasée de l'élément de support du rail (2), et en ce que l'élément de support est reçu dans l'ouverture longitudinale (12).
- Système selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de retenue (9) comporte dans la région de l'ouverture longitudinale (12) les surfaces d'appui (12c) sur lesquelles porte l'élément de support.
- Système selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les pièces de retenue (9a, 9b) de l'élément de retenue (9) sont maintenues dans la position de retenue par des moyens de fixation conformés en vis (14) et, dans la position de retenue, les régions de retenue (9d) des pièces de retenue (9a, 9b) portent, avec une précontrainte, sur les côtés de l'élément de support, par référence à la direction longitudinale-du rail (2).
- Système selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'une surface d'appui (17) est disposée au niveau de la première pièce de retenue (9a) et une surface d'appui antagoniste (18) est disposée au niveau de la deuxième pièce de retenue (9b), lesquelles surfaces empêchent les pièces de retenue (9a, 9b) de trop s'écarter lorsque l'élément de retenue (9) est dans la position ouverte.
- Système selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'une surface d'appui (17) et une surface d'appui antagoniste (18) sont disposées au niveau de chacune des pièces de retenue (9a, 9b).
- Système selon l'une des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les pièces de retenue (9a, 9b) sont identiques.
