Claims (18)

  1. Pompe à béton mobile, avec un bâti de chargement automobile (80) et avec une tuyauterie (54) qui est raccordée du côté de pression à une pompe à béton (72) solidaire du bâti de chargement et qui est guidée sur un mât distributeur (70), caractérisée en ce qu'il est en outre prévu un dispositif mobile de distribution de béton frais, qui présente un châssis (14), séparé du bâti de chargement (80) et pourvu d'un train de roulement (12) entraîné par moteur, et une conduite de transport, sachant que la conduite de transport, dans l'état de service, est raccordée du côté d'entrée, par l'intermédiaire d'une conduite de liaison au moins partiellement mobile (50), à la sortie de pression (78) de la pompe à béton (72) solidaire du bâti de chargement, et présente une partie de sortie pouvant être déplacée vers un emplacement à bétonner au moyen d'un dispositif d'actionnement (38, 40), et en ce que le bâti de chargement (80) présente une partie réceptrice (82) pour recevoir le dispositif de distribution mobile dans l'état de transport.
  2. Pompe à béton mobile selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par un équipement de levage disposé sur le bâti de chargement (80) pour charger et décharger le dispositif de distribution mobile (10).
  3. Pompe à béton mobile selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le mât distributeur (70) est conçu en même temps comme équipement de levage pour charger et décharger le dispositif de distribution mobile (10).
  4. Pompe à béton mobile selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que l'équipement de levage est réalisé sous forme de grue disposée de manière solidaire du bâti de chargement.
  5. Pompe à béton mobile selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que l'équipement de levage est réalisé sous forme de rampe d'accès pour le dispositif de distribution mobile.
  6. Pompe à béton mobile selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le train de roulement (12) et le dispositif d'actionnement (38, 40) du dispositif de distribution mobile sont commandés au moyen d'une commande à distance sans fil.
  7. Pompe à béton mobile selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de distribution mobile (10) présente une cabine de conduite (16) solidaire du châssis et des organes de commande solidaires du châssis pour la marche du dispositif et pour le dispositif d'actionnement (38, 40).
  8. Pompe à béton mobile selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que le train de roulement (12) du dispositif de distribution mobile est un train de roulement à chaînes ou à chenilles.
  9. Pompe à béton mobile selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que le train de roulement (12) du dispositif de distribution mobile est un train de roulement à roues.
  10. Pompe à béton mobile selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que le châssis (14) du dispositif de distribution mobile présente des béquilles (18) pouvant s'appuyer sur un sol (20).
  11. Pompe à béton mobile selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce que la partie de sortie (22, 26, 30) de la conduite de transport du dispositif de distribution mobile présente au moins trois tronçons de tuyau disposés les uns à la suite des autres et pouvant pivoter hydrauliquement ou par moteur les uns par rapport aux autres autour d'axes d'inflexion horizontaux au niveau d'articulations d'inflexion (24, 28), parmi lesquels un tronçon de tuyau (22) du côté d'entrée est disposé de manière solidaire du châssis et peut être raccordé à son extrémité du côté d'entrée à la pompe à béton (72) par l'intermédiaire d'une conduite de liaison, et parmi lesquels un tronçon de tuyau (30) du côté de sortie présente une ouverture de sortie ou un tuyau souple terminal (32) raccordé à cette ouverture.
  12. Pompe à béton mobile, avec un bâti de chargement automobile (80) et avec une tuyauterie (54) qui est raccordée du côté de pression à une pompe à béton (72) solidaire du bâti de chargement et qui est guidée sur un mât distributeur (70), caractérisée en ce qu'il est en outre prévu un dispositif mobile de distribution de béton frais, qui présente un châssis (14), séparé du bâti de chargement (80) et pourvu d'un train de roulement (12) entraîné par moteur, et une conduite de transport, sachant que la conduite de transport, dans l'état de service, est raccordée du côté d'entrée, par l'intermédiaire d'une conduite de liaison au moins partiellement mobile (50), à la sortie de pression (78) de la pompe à béton (72) solidaire du bâti de chargement, et présente une partie de sortie qui peut être déplacée vers un emplacement à bétonner au moyen d'un dispositif d'actionnement (38, 40) et qui peut être transportée conjointement avec le dispositif d'actionnement sur le bâti de chargement, sachant que la partie de sortie (22, 26, 30) de la conduite de transport du dispositif de distribution mobile présente au moins trois tronçons de tuyau disposés les uns à la suite des autres et pouvant pivoter hydrauliquement ou par moteur les uns par rapport aux autres autour d'axes d'inflexion horizontaux au niveau d'articulations d'inflexion (24, 28), parmi lesquels un tronçon de tuyau (22) du côté d'entrée est disposé de manière solidaire du châssis et est raccordé à son extrémité du côté d'entrée, dans l'état de service, par l'intermédiaire de la conduite de liaison (50) à la pompe à béton (72) solidaire du bâti de chargement, et parmi lesquels un tronçon de tuyau (30) du côté de sortie présente une ouverture de sortie ou un tuyau souple terminal (32) raccordé à cette ouverture.
  13. Pompe à béton mobile selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisée en ce que le tronçon de tuyau (22) solidaire du châssis est orienté essentiellement horizontalement dans la direction de marche du châssis (14).
  14. Pompe à béton mobile selon l'une des revendications 11 à 13, caractérisée en ce que les tronçons de tuyau (22, 26, 30) présentent respectivement, à leurs extrémités en vis-à-vis, un coude (36) et une articulation d'inflexion (24, 28) réalisée sous forme de joint tournant, à axe de rotation horizontal.
  15. Pompe à béton mobile selon l'une des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisée en ce que la conduite de liaison (50), afin d'être allongée ou raccourcie, est constituée de tronçons de tuyau (56, 58) reliés entre eux à pivotement autour d'axes d'articulation de préférence verticaux.
  16. Pompe à béton mobile selon l'une des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisée en ce que la conduite de liaison (50) peut être enroulée afin d'être allongée ou raccourcie.
  17. Pompe à béton mobile selon l'une des revendications 1 à 16, caractérisée en ce que la conduite de liaison (50) est raccordée à la sortie d'un groupe de tuyaux relié au mât distributeur.
  18. Pompe à béton mobile selon l'une des revendications 1 à 16, caractérisée en ce que la conduite de transport du dispositif de distribution mobile est reliée de manière amovible à la sortie d'une conduite stationnaire reliée à la pompe à béton.
