Claims (17)
- Dispositif de pose de fond pour des sacs à fond croisé à vanne pour former des fonds croisés à des sacs de papier, qui comprend les caractéristiques suivantes :• des dispositifs de pliage qui procèdent à des pliages aux extrémités des tronçons tubulaires, à partir desquels les sacs sont fabriqués,• une ou plusieurs stations de collage qui munissent d'applications de colle des zones à coller des pliages et/ou les bouts de papier prévus pour le collage avec les fonds,• au moins une station de compression dans laquelle les fonds pliés et les bouts de papier sont amenés en contact et sont collés,caractérisé• en ce qu'au moins une station de collage est prévue pour des bouts de papier et/ou fonds, qui dispose d'ouvertures de sortie de colle qui peuvent être alimentées sélectivement en colle, et par le choix des ouvertures de sortie de colle, le format de l'application de colle (6, 7, 8, 9) peut être défini,• en ce que ces ouvertures de sortie de colle sont associées à au moins une tête d'application (1) qui (1) porte des vannes (3) qui peuvent ouvrir et fermer sélectivement la liaison entre les ouvertures de sortie de colle et une alimentation en colle (4a, 4b, 13),• en ce que cette alimentation en colle comprend au moins une chambre (15) par laquelle au moins une partie des vannes (3) est alimentée en colle et qui possède à au moins un emplacement un diamètre d'au moins 5 mm, et• en ce que l'alimentation en colle comprend au moins un tube (10) qui passe à travers la tête d'application.
- Dispositif de pose de fond selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que cette chambre (15) a un diamètre d'au moins 7 mm.
- Dispositif de pose de fond selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que cette chambre (15) a un diamètre d'au moins 10 mm.
- Dispositif de pose de fond selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que cette chambre (15) a un diamètre d'au moins 15 mm.
- Dispositif de pose de fond selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que cette chambre (15) est disposée dans ou directement à la tête d'application (1).
- Dispositif de pose de fond selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que cette chambre (15) s'étend en ligne droite dans la direction spatiale (y) s'étendant transversalement à la direction de transport des parties constitutives de sacs (x).
- Dispositif de pose de fond selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux des vannes (3), qui sont alimentées par la même chambre (15) en colle, en regardant dans la direction spatiale (y), qui s'étend transversalement à la direction de convoyage (x) des parties constitutives de sacs, sont disposées de façon à se chevaucher.
- Dispositif de pose de fond selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la somme des mesures des vannes (3), dans la direction spatiale (y) transversalement à la direction de convoyage (x) est plus grande que la longueur de la chambre (15) dans la direction spatiale (y) transversalement à la direction de convoyage (x), où toutes les vannes (3) de cette chambre (15) sont alimentées en colle.
- Dispositif de pose de fond selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le volume de la chambre (15) à la somme des volumes de toutes les liaisons de colle (11, 16) vers et au loin des vannes (3), qui sont alimentées de cette chambre en colle, présente un rapport d'au moins 1,5.
- Dispositif de pose de fond selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la station de collage comprend plusieurs chambres (15), où chaque chambre (15) alimente à chaque fois une partie des vannes (3) en colle.
- Dispositif de pose de fond selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une chambre (15) présente une section transversale rectangulaire.
- Dispositif de pose de fond selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une chambre (15) présente une section transversale circulaire.
- Dispositif de pose de fond selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que la chambre (15) est un perçage ménagé dans la tête d'application.
- Dispositif de pose de fond selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un conduit d'amenée de colle (4a, 13) par lequel de la colle est amenée à la chambre (15), s'engage dans au moins une chambre (15).
- Dispositif de pose de fond selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une chambre (15) est déplaçable le long du conduit d'amenée de colle (4a, 13) au moins partiellement dans la direction (y) s'étendant transversalement à la direction de transport (x) des parties constitutives de sac.
- Dispositif de pose de fond selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le conduit d'amenée de colle (4a, 13) a une face en section transversale qui est plus petite que celle de la chambre (15).
- Dispositif de pose de fond selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le conduit d'amenée de colle possède une face en section transversale qui se situe au moins 40 mm2 en dessous de celle de la chambre.
