Claims (10)
- Filet de protection, en particulier pour un dispositif destiné à protéger des chutes de pierres ou à maintenir des talus, formé par un treillis diagonal (10) fabriqué en fils (22) métalliques et à structure tridimensionnelle comparable à un matelas, caractérisé en ce que le treillis diagonal (10) est treillissé de torons métalliques, de faisceaux de fils, de câbles métalliques (11, 12, 13, 14) ou d'éléments comparables, qui comprennent deux ou plusieurs fils (22) ou torons métalliques en acier.
- Filet de protection selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les torons métalliques, les câbles métalliques ou les faisceaux de fils (11, 12, 13, 14) ou les éléments comparables sont au moins en partie fabriqués en acier à grande résistance.
- Filet de protection selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que, à leurs extrémités, les torons métalliques, les câbles métalliques ou les faisceaux de fils (11, 12, 13, 14) sont articulés par paires à l'aide de boucles (11", 12").

- Procédé pour fabriquer un filet de protection selon l'une des revendications précédentes 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'un toron métallique, un faisceau de fils ou un câble métallique (11, 12, 13, 14) ou un élément comparable est amené sous un angle d'hélice (α) défini au moins vers un mandrin de pliage d'une installation.et est recourbé autour du mandrin de pliage d'environ 180° sur une longueur définie (L), que le toron métallique, le faisceau de fils, le câble métallique (11, 12, 13, 14) ou l'élément comparable est plusieurs fois poussé, de la longueur (L) définie, dans son axe longitudinal vers le mandrin de pliage (66) jusqu'à ce que ce toron métallique, le faisceau de fils, le câble métallique (11, 12, 13, 14) ou l'élément comparable ait une structure en hélice.
- Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'un toron métallique recourbé en hélice, un faisceau de fils ou un câble métallique (11, 12, 13, 14) ou un élément comparable est treillissé avec un deuxième toron métallique, un faisceau de fils ou un câble métallique (11, 12, 13, 14) ou un élément comparable recourbé en hélice, le deuxième avec un troisième et ainsi de suite jusqu'à ce que le treillis en fil fabriqué ait la dimension souhaitée.
