Claims (19)
- Stiftleuchte mit
einem rohrförmigen Gehäuse (10) aus einem elektrisch isolierenden Material zur Aufnahme einer Energiequelle (16), beispielsweise wenigstens einer Batterie oder wenigstens eines Akkus,
einem an einem vorderen Ende des Gehäuses (10) vorgesehenen Kopfteil (118), in dessen Bereich ein Leuchtmittel (16) angeordnet ist,
einem an dem hinteren Ende des Gehäuses (10) mit dem Gehäuse (10) lösbar verbundenen und zur Einstellung verschiedener Betriebszustände der Stiftleuchte relativ zum Gehäuse (10) um eine Längsmittelachse (28) des Gehäuses (10) verdrehbaren Endteil (12), und
einem an dem Endteil (12) gehaltenen Clip (18), dessen zum Kopfteil (118) weisendes Ende (20) als Tippschalter ausgebildet ist und dessen anderes Ende als Fixier-, Kontakt- und Führungseinheit (22) ausgebildet ist. - Stiftleuchte nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Clip (18) mittels einer Rastverbindung, insbesondere einer Schnapprastverbindung, an dem Endteil (12) fixiert ist. - Stiftleuchte nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Fixier-, Kontakt- und Führungseinheit (22) ein im Bereich der Längsmittelachse (28) angeordnetes und/oder ein zu der Längsmittelachse (28) beabstandetes Rastmittel (58, 42) zur Verrastung des Clips (18) mit dem Endteil (12) aufweist. - Stiftleuchte nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das im Bereich der Längsmittelachse (28) angeordnete Rastmittel eine Rastwand (58) ist, die insbesondere aus einer zur Kontaktierung der Energiequelle (14) vorgesehenen Kontaktzunge (48) der Fixier-, Kontakt- und Führungseinheit (22) hervorgeht. - Stiftleuchte nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das zu der Längsmittelachse (28) beabstandete Rastmittel zwei Rasthaken (42) umfasst, die insbesondere an zur Verrastung des Endteils (12) im jeweiligen Betriebszustand vorgesehenen Rastarmen (38) ausgebildet sind. - Stiftleuchte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Endteil (12) durch den Clip (18) an das Gehäuse (10) gekoppelt ist. - Stiftleuchte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Fixier-, Kontakt- und Führungseinheit (22) zwei Bügel (30, 32) zur Kopplung des Endteils (12) an das Gehäuse (10) aufweist, die, insbesondere auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Gehäuses (10), in Führungen (76) eingreifen, welche im Bereich des hinteren Gehäuseendes vorgesehen sind. - Stiftleuchte nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Führungen (67) Nuten sind, die sich jeweils entlang des annähernd halben Umfangs des Gehäuses (10) erstrecken. - Stiftleuchte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Clip (18) derart mit dem Gehäuse (10) zusammenwirkt, dass das Endteil (12) in jedem Betriebszustand der Stiftleuchte in einer entsprechenden Betriebsstellung einrastet. - Stiftleuchte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
eine gehäuseinnere und/oder eine gehäuseäußere Verrastung des Endteils (12) mit dem Gehäuse (10) vorgesehen ist. - Stiftleuchte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Fixier-, Kontakt- und Führungseinheit (22) zwei Rastarme (38) aufweist, die in entsprechende Rastvertiefungen (90 - 96) des Gehäuses (10) eingreifen können. - Stiftleuchte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
in Führungen (76), die zur Kopplung von Endteil (12) und Gehäuse (10) im Bereich des hinteren Gehäuseendes vorgesehen sind, Rastbereiche ausgebildet sind, in denen Bügel (30, 32) der Fixier-, Kontakt- und Führungseinheit (22) einrasten können, die zur Kopplung von Endteil (12) und Gehäuse (10) in die Führungen (76) eingreifen. - Stiftleuchte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Fixier-, Kontakt- und Führungseinheit (22) eine im Bereich der Längsmittelachse (28) ausgebildete Kontaktzunge (48) zur elektrischen Verbindung des Clips (18) mit der Energiequelle (14) aufweist. - Stiftleuchte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
eine sich im Wesentlichen über die gesamte Länge des Gehäuses (10) erstreckende Leiterbahn (64) im Gehäuse (10) und insbesondere an einer Innenseite des Gehäuses (10) vorgesehen ist. - Stiftleuchte nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
eine Kontaktöffnung (112) im Gehäuse (10) vorgesehen ist, die in einer Tippstellung (C) des Endteils (12) eine elektrische Kontaktierung der Leiterbahn (64) durch den Clip (18) ermöglicht. - Stiftleuchte nach Anspruch 14 oder 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Fixier-, Kontakt- und Führungseinheit (22) eine Kontaktrampe (60) aufweist, die in einer Dauer-Ein-Stellung (D) des Endteils (12) einen dauerhaften elektrischen Kontakt mit der Leiterbahn (64) bildet. - Stiftleuchte nach Anspruch 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Kontaktrampe (60) auch in einer Batteriewechselstellung (A) des Endteils (12) einen elektrischen Kontakt mit der Leiterbahn (64) bildet. - Stiftleuchte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Kopfteil (118) mittels einer Rastverbindung, insbesondere einer Schnapprastverbindung, am Gehäuse (10) befestigt ist. - Stiftleuchte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Kopfteil (118) mit einer im Gehäuse verlaufenden Leiterbahn (64) elektrisch verbunden ist und zur Schaffung einer elektrischen Verbindung zwischen der Leiterbahn (64) und dem Leuchtmittel (16) ein elektrisch leitfähiges Material aufweist.
