Description

- eine Faltstation, in der die mit einem Klebestreifen versehenen Zuschnittteile zur Herstellung einer Klebeverbindung gefaltet werden,
- eine Überleitstation, von der die gefalteten Zuschnitte exakt ausgerichtet der nachfolgenden Sammel- und Presseinrichtung zugeführt werden, und
- eine Sammel- und Preßeinrichtung, in der zunächst ein Schuppenstrom aus gefalteten Zuschnitten gebildet wird, der anschließend zwischen als Preßbänder ausgestalteten Förderbändern unter Druck gehalten weitergefördert wird, damit die Klebenähte abbinden.

Claims (8)
- Sammel- und Presseinrichtung (7) einer Faltschachtelklebemaschine mit zwei maschinenbreiten, umlaufenden Förderbändern (8, 9), die mit einem Antrieb verbunden sind und deren fördernde Trums horizontal und parallel zueinander verlaufend übereinander angeordnet sind, wobei der obere, fördernde Trum des unteren Förderbandes (8) gegenüber dem unteren, fördernden Trum des oberen Förderbandes (9) zum Pressen der gefalteten Zuschnitte vertikal bewegbar gelagert ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sowohl das untere Förderband (8) als auch das obere Förderband (9) einen eigenen Antrieb (12, 13) aufweisen, der aus einem direkt an die jeweilige Antriebswalze (10, 11) angeschlossenen Servomotor mit Resolver besteht. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beide Antriebe (12, 13) geschwindigkeitsgeregelte Drehstrom-Servomotoren mit Resolverrückführung sind. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebe (12, 13) der beiden Förderbänder (8, 9) über eine gemeinsame Steuereinrichtung relativ zueinander regelbar sind. - Sammel- und Presseinrichtung (7) einer Faltschachtelklebemaschine mit zwei maschinenbreiten, umlaufenden Förderbändern (8, 9), die mit einem Antrieb verbunden sind und deren fördernde Trums horizontal und parallel zueinander verlaufend übereinander angeordnet sind, wobei der obere, fördernde Trum des unteren Förderbandes (8) gegenüber dem unteren, fördernden Trum des oberen Förderbandes (9) zum Pressen der gefalteten Zuschnitte vertikal bewegbar gelagert ist, insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der fördernde Trum des unteren Förderbandes (8) von einer Reihe quer verlaufender Stützrollen (15) abgestützt wird, die so gelagert sind, dass ihre Enden an einer Seite unabhängig von den Enden an der anderen Seite mittels Druck nach oben bewegbar sind. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Enden einer oder mehrerer Stützrollen (15) an jeder Seite in einer Lagerplatte (17) gelagert sind, wobei jede Lagerplatte (17) am Kolben einer am Gestell (14) befestigten Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit (18) befestigt ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagerplatte (17) um eine Achse parallel zur Drehachse der Stützrollen (15) kippbar an der Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit (18) befestigt ist. - Sammel- und Presseinrichtung (7) einer Faltschachtelklebemaschine mit zwei maschinen-breiten, umlaufenden Förderbändern (8, 9), die mit einem Antrieb verbunden sind und deren fördernde Trums horizontal und parallel zueinander verlaufend übereinander angeordnet sind, wobei der obere, fördernde Trum des unteren Förderbandes (8) gegenüber dem unteren, fördernden Trum des oberen Förderbandes (9) zum Pressen der gefalteten Zuschnitte vertikal bewegbar gelagert ist, insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das untere Förderband (8) an der Einlaufseite vor dem oberen Förderband (9) beginnt und oberhalb des frei liegenden Bereichs des unteren Förderbandes (8) zumindest zwei, bevorzugt drei, kurze Riemenförderer (19) angeordnet sind, die jeweils mit dem unteren Förderband (8) einen zulaufenden Einlaufspalt für die Zuschnitte bilden, wobei der einlaufseitige Teil jedes Riemenförderers (19) zur Änderung des Einlaufspalts mittels eines eigenen Schwenkantriebs (29, 30, 31) nach oben und unten schwenkbar ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schwenkantrieb aus einem Getriebemotor (29), einer Rutschkupplung (30) und einem Schneckenantrieb (31) besteht, der an einer schwenkbaren Platte (27) angreift, an der die einlaufseitigen Umlenkrollen (26) des Förderriemens (20) gelagert sind.
