Abstract
- Durchführen eines ersten Füllschrittes, in welchem dem Spülbehälter eine Teilmenge zugeführt wird, welche von der Messeinrichtung als vorgegebene Menge V1 identifiziert wird;
- Vergleichen der für den ersten Füllschritt benötigten Füllzeit t mit einer vorgegebenen Mindestzeit tN durch die Auswerteschaltung;
- Entleeren des Spülbehälters;
- Durchführen eines zweiten Füllschrittes, in welchem dem Spülbehälter eine Teilmenge zugeführt wird, welche von der Messeinrichtung als vorgegebene Menge V2 identifiziert wird, wobei die vorgegebene Menge V2 einem Niveau entspricht, welches unterhalb des Mindestniveaus Nmin liegt;
- Abgeben eines Fehlersignals durch die Auswerteschaltung, wenn mit dem Niveausensor ein oberhalb des Mindestniveaus Nmin liegendes Füllniveau des Spülbehälters erfasst wird.

Claims (2)
- Verfahren zum Erkennen eines Fehlers einer Messeinrichtung zur Erfassung der zugelaufenen Wassermenge in den Spülbehälter einer programmgesteuerten Geschirrspülmaschine mit einer Umwälzpumpe, mit einem Sensor zur Erfassung eines für den stabilen Betrieb der Umwälzpumpe notwendigen Mindestniveaus Nmin, und mit einer Auswerteschaltung zur Verarbeitung der von der Messeinrichtung und vom Niveausensor empfangenen Signale, und mit einer Einrichtung zur Begrenzung des in den Spülbehälter einfließenden Volumenstroms, mit folgenden Verfahrensschritten:Durchführen eines ersten Füllschrittes, in welchem dem Spülbehälter eine Teilmenge zugeführt wird, welche von der Messeinrichtung als vorgegebene Menge V1 identifiziert wird;Vergleichen der für den ersten Füllschritt benötigten Füllzeit t mit einer vorgegebenen Mindestzeit tN durch die Auswerteschaltung;
Wenn die Füllzeit t die vorgegebene Mindestzeit tN überschreitet werden die folgenden Verfahrensschritte durchgeführt:Entleeren des Spülbehälters;Durchführen eines zweiten Füllschrittes, in welchem dem Spülbehälter eine Teilmenge zugeführt wird, welche von der Messeinrichtung als vorgegebene Menge V2 identifiziert wird, wobei die vorgegebene Menge V2 einem Niveau entspricht, welches unterhalb des Mindestniveaus Nmin liegt;Abgeben eines Fehlersignals durch die Auswerteschaltung, wenn mit dem Niveausensor ein oberhalb des Mindestniveaus Nmin liegendes Füllniveau des Spülbehälters erfasst wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor dem Entleeren des Spülbehälters ein Zwischenabschnitt erfolgt, in welchem folgende Verfahrensschritte durchgeführt werden:dem Spülbehälter wird eine Teilmenge zugeführt, welche von der Messeinrichtung als vorgegebene Menge V3 identifiziert wird, wobei die Summe der Mengen V1 und V3 vorzugsweise einem Niveau entspricht, welches oberhalb des Mindestniveaus Nmin liegt;Einschalten der Umwälzpumpe für eine vorgegebene Zeit tU.
