Claims (19)

  1. Methode zum Auswechseln des Tragseils eines Treibscheibenaufzuges, bei der das neue Tragseil (1) als Verlängerung an dem alten Tragseil (4) befestigt ist, wobei es über Umlenkrollen (2) und die Treibscheibe (3) geführt und das neue Tragseil mittels des alten Tragseils an die Stelle des alten Tragseils gezogen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das neue Tragseil mittels einer Seilzugvorrichtung (12) an die Stelle des alten Tragseils gezogen wird, welche (12) an einer starren Vorrichtung im Fahrschacht (13) aufgehängt ist.
  2. Methode nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das alte Tragseil (4) des Treibscheibenaufzuges an beiden Enden an einer starren Deckenvorrichtung (5) befestigt ist und zwischen den Enden über Umlenkrollen (2) geführt wird, mit denen der Fahrkorb (6) sowie ein eventuelles Gegengewicht (7) versehen sind, sowie über die Treibscheibe (3), die durch eine Antriebsvorrichtung (8) angetrieben wird, bei welcher Methode:
    a) der Fahrkorb (6) und ein eventuelles Gegengewicht (7) an einer starren Vorrichtung befestigt werden, um das Tragseil zu entlasten,
    b) der Kontakt des alten Tragseils (4) zur Seilrille (9) der Treibscheibe (3) unterbrochen und das alte Tragseil weiter über die Treibscheibe geführt wird,
    c) beide Enden des alten Tragseils (4) von der starren Deckenvorrichtung (5) gelöst werden,
    d) eines der gelösten Enden des alten Tragseils (4) mit dem Ende des neuen Tragseils (1) zu einem durchgehenden Seil verbunden wird,
    e) das alte Tragseil (4) und das neue Tragseil (1), das als Verlängerung mit dem alten Tragseil verbunden ist, gezogen werden, so dass das alte Tragseil und das neue Tragseil über die Umlenkrollen (2) und die Treibscheibe (3) geführt werden, bis sich das neue Tragseil an der ehemaligen Stelle des alten Tragseils befindet.
    f) die miteinander verbundenen Enden des alten Tragseils (4) und des neuen Tragseils (1) voneinander gelöst werden,
    g) beide Enden des neuen Tragseils (1) an der starren Deckenvorrichtung (5) befestigt werden,
    h) das neue Tragseil (1) in Zugkontakt mit der Treibscheibe (3) gebracht wird und
    i) die Stützvorrichtung, die den Fahrkorb (6) und das eventuelle Gegengewicht (7) hält, entfernt wird, um diese vom neuen Tragseil (1) tragen zu lassen.
  3. Methode nach Patentanspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Schritt b) Entlastungsvorrichtungen (10) auf den Riemen der Treibscheibe (3) montiert sind und das alte Tragseil (4) angehoben wird, so dass der Kontakt mit der Seilrille der Treibscheibe (3) unterbrochen wird, und auf die Entlastungsvorrichtungen zur Unterstützung des Seils gebracht wird.
  4. Methode nach Patentanspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach Schritt h) und vor Schritt i) die Entlastungsvorrichtungen (10) vom Riemen der Treibscheibe (3) entfernt werden und das neue Tragseil (1) in die Seilrille (9) der Treibscheibe abgesenkt wird.
  5. Methode nach einem beliebigen der Patentansprüche 2 - 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Schritt d) die Enden des alten Tragseils (4) und des neuen Tragseils (1) mit Hilfe von Verbindungselementen (11) zusammengefügt werden.
  6. Methode nach einem beliebigen der Patentansprüche 2 - 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor Schritt e) eine Seilzugvorrichtung (12) an einem Punkt in der Nähe des Endes des alten Tragseils in Zugkontakt mit dem alten Tragseil (4) gebracht wird und in Schritt e) die Tragseile von der Seilzugvorrichtung (12) gezogen werden.
  7. Methode nach einem beliebigen der Patentansprüche 2 - 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor Schritt a) der Fahrkorb (7) in eine Position nahe des oberen Endes des Fahrschachtes (13) angehoben wird, so dass sich die Oberseite (14) des Fahrkorbes auf der Ebene des obersten bedienten Stockwerks (15) befindet, das Gegengewicht somit nahe des unteren Endes des Fahrschachtes (13), und in Schritt a) eine Stütze (16) unter dem Gegengewicht (7) platziert wird, auf die das Gegengewicht (7) abgesenkt wird, wobei der Fahrkorb (6) angehoben und arretiert und das Tragseil (1) daraufhin gelockert wird.
  8. Methode nach einem beliebigen der Patentansprüche 2 - 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Seilwinde (17) mit dem hierauf aufgerollten neuen Tragseil (1) bereitgestellt und das neue Tragseil während des Auswechselvorgangs von der Seilwinde (17) abgerollt wird.
  9. Methode nach Patentanspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seilwinde (17) auf der obersten bedienten Etage platziert wird, um zu ermöglichen, dass das neue Tragseil (1) von der Seilwinde abgerollt wird.
  10. Methode nach einem beliebigen der Patentansprüche 2 - 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Schritt c) das alte Tragseil (4) mit Abstand zu dem Punkt durchtrennt wird, an dem es an der starren Deckenvorrichtung (5) befestigt ist, und das neue Tragseil (1) als Verlängerung mit dem alten Tragseil verbunden wird, wobei dieser Vorgang auf der Oberseite (14) des Fahrkorbes (6) durchgeführt wird.
  11. Methode nach einem beliebigen der Patentansprüche 7 - 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seilzugvorrichtung (12) an einer starren Vorrichtung im Fahrschacht (13) aufgehängt ist, wobei sie (12) auf der Oberseite (14) des Fahrkorbes (6) betrieben wird.
  12. Methode nach einem beliebigen der Patentansprüche 2 - 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass während des Wechselvorgangs das alte Tragseil (4) bis zum Boden des Fahrschachtes (13) geführt wird, wodurch der frei hängende Abschnitt des alten Tragseils ein Gegengewicht zu dem gezogenen Tragseil (1, 4) bildet.
  13. Methode nach einem beliebigen der Patentansprüche 2 - 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach dem Wechselvorgang das alte Tragseil (4) vom Boden des Fahrschachtes (13) zu einem Bündel gesammelt wird.
  14. Vorrichtung zum Ersetzen des alten Tragseils (4) eines Treibscheibenaufzuges durch ein neues Tragseil, welche folgendes umfasst:
    - ein Verbindungselement (11) zur Verbindung des alten Tragseils (4) mit dem neuen Tragseil (1) zu einem durchgehenden Seil, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung folgendes umfasst:
    - Entlastungsvorrichtungen (10), die auf den Riemen der Treibscheibe (3) montiert werden, um den Kontakt vom Tragseil (1, 4) zur Seilrille (9) der Treibscheibe (3) zu unterbrechen,
    - eine Seilzugvorrichtung (12) zum Ziehen der Tragseile (1, 4), die (12) an einer starren Vorrichtung im Fahrschacht (13) aufgehängt ist.
  15. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Entlastungsvorrichtung (1) folgendes umfasst:
    - ein Paar Klemmzwingen (18), die derart montiert sind, dass sie gegen beide Seiten der Treibscheibe (3) gepresst werden,
    - ein Stützelement (19), das demontierbar und regulierbar an den Klemmzwingen (18) befestigt ist und über das das Tragseil (1, 4), das von der Seilrille (9) der Treibscheibe (3) gelöst wurde, geführt werden kann,
    - einen Übergangsschutz (20), der demontierbar und regulierbar an den Klemmzwingen (18) befestigt ist, und dies in einem geringfügig größeren Abstand als die Stärke des Verbindungselementes (11) vom Stützelement aus, so dass der Zwischenraum (21), der zwischen Stützelement (19) und Übergangsschutz (20) verbleibt, groß genug ist, um das Durchlaufen der Tragseile (1, 4) und des Verbindungselementes (11) zu ermöglichen.
  16. Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der Patentansprüche 14 - 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungselement (11) derart gestaltet ist, dass es sich entlang der Seilführung der Umlenkrollen (2) bewegen lässt.
  17. Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der Patentansprüche 14 - 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungselement (11) aus einer Metallhülse besteht, welche folgendes umfasst:
    - eine innen liegende Aussparung (22), die dafür ausgelegt ist, die Enden der Tragseile (1, 4) aufzunehmen, um sie innerhalb der Aussparung zu verbinden sowie
    - eine besonders dünne Wand (23), die mit Hilfe eines Crimpwerkzeuges zusammengepresst werden kann, um das Befestigen des Verbindungselementes (11) an den zu verbindenden Tragseilen (1, 4) zu ermöglichen.
  18. Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der Patentansprüche 14 - 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Seilwinde (17) enthält, die folgendes umfasst:
    - einen ersten Rahmen (24),
    - eine Windentrommel (25), die mit Lagern am ersten Rahmen (24) befestigt ist, so dass sie um eine horizontale erste Rotationsachse (26) drehbar ist, und auf welcher (25) das neue Tragseil (1) aufgerollt ist, sowie
    - eine Bremsvorrichtung (27), um die Rotation der Windentrommel (25) abzubremsen.
  19. Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der Patentansprüche 14 - 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seilzugvorrichtung (12) folgendes umfasst:
    - einen zweiten Rahmen (28),
    - eine Rolle (29), die mit Lagern am zweiten Rahmen montiert ist, so dass sie um eine zweite Rotationsachse (30) drehbar ist, und die (29) eine Seilführung (31) mit V-förmigem Querschnitt enthält, der dafür ausgelegt ist, das Seil so aufzunehmen, dass die Seitenwände (32) der Seilführung von gegenüberliegenden Seiten aus gegen das Seil gepresst werden,
    - einen dritten Rahmen (33), der schwenkbar mit dem zweiten Rahmen (28) verbunden ist, wobei die Verbindung (34) eine schwenkbare Achse (35) aufweist, die sich parallel zur zweiten Rotationsachse (30) befindet,
    - ein Druckrad (39), das mit Lagern am dritten Rahmen (33) montiert ist, so dass es um eine dritte Rotationsachse (40) drehbar ist, die sich parallel zur zweiten Rotationsachse (30) befindet, und dies in einem Abstand zur Verbindung (34), in dem sich die Rotationsebenen des Druckrades (39) und der Rolle (29) in hohem Maße auf derselben Ebene befinden, sowie
    - eine Feder (41), die so angebracht ist, dass sie zwischen dem zweiten Rahmen (28) und dem dritten Rahmen (33) wirkt, um das Druckrad (39) gegen die Rolle (29) zu pressen, so dass das über die Rolle geführte Tragseil (1, 4) durch einen Keil in die Seilführung (31) getrieben wird.
