Claims (6)
- Dispositif de sectionnement pyromécanique avec un boîtier (4) dans lequel est disposé un rail conducteur de courant électrique (2)qui est réalisé sectionnable en un point de sectionnement (13), par une lame de sectionnement (6) entraînée par une charge propulsive pyrotechnique (12), caractérisé en ce que, par un verrou (5) introduit dans le boîtier (4) et relié de manière non séparable à celui-ci, le rail conducteur de courant (2), la charge propulsive (12) et la lame de sectionnement (6) sont ancrés dans le boîtier (4) de manière à ne pouvoir être démontés, et le verrou (5) constitue en même temps un contre-appui de la lame de sectionnement (6), c'est-à-dire que le verrou (5) présente une arête de coupe (7) le long de laquelle coupe la lame de sectionnement (6).
- Dispositif de sectionnement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que sur le rail conducteur de courant (2) est pratiquée une découpe (1) qui est enfilée sur une nervure de guidage (3) adaptée du boîtier (4).
- Dispositif de sectionnement selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que sur le verrou (5), au-dessus et au-dessous de l'arête de coupe (7), sont prévus des biseaux (8).
- Dispositif de sectionnement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le verrou (5) est relié au boîtier (4) de manière fixe par une soudure (10) ou une liaison à encliquetage (11) non séparable.
- Dispositif de sectionnement selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le verrou (5) est en outre coincé dans le boîtier (4) par une liaison à rainure et languette (9).
- Utilisation du dispositif de sectionnement pyromécanique selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5 pour le découplage électrique d'une batterie de véhicule en cas d'accident.
