Claims (5)

  1. Dispositif de sectionnement pyromécanique avec un boîtier (2) dans lequel est disposé un rail conducteur de courant (1) électriquement conducteur qui est réalisé sectionnable en un point de sectionnement (7) par une lame de sectionnement (5) entraînée par une charge propulsive pyrotechnique,
    et est formé par un rétrécissement de la section du conducteur, et le rail conducteur de courant (1) présente à chacun de ses embouts (14) une possibilité de fixation (6) pour le raccordement de conducteurs électriques, le point de sectionnement (7) formant un quadrilatère sur le rail conducteur de courant (1) avec deux transitions (11) avec le reste du rail conducteur de courant (9), disposées transversalement à la direction longitudinale du rail conducteur de courant (1), caractérisé en ce que les deux embouts (14) du rail conducteur de courant (1) sont disposés perpendiculairement au plan du point de sectionnement (7), une transition (11) présentant une encoche (12) unilatérale dans le rétrécissement et l'autre transition étant réalisée en tant que point de flexion (15) qui présente une encoche (13) sur le côté de la transition (11) tourné à l'opposé de la lame de sectionnement (5).
  2. Dispositif de sectionnement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le rétrécissement de la section du conducteur traverse toute la largeur du rail conducteur de courant (1).
  3. Dispositif de sectionnement selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la disposition des embouts (14), perpendiculaire au point de sectionnement (7), est obtenue par double pliage à angle droit du rail conducteur de courant (1).
  4. Dispositif de sectionnement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les transitions (11) débouchent obliquement dans le reste du rail conducteur de courant (9).
  5. Utilisation du dispositif de sectionnement pyromécanique selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4 pour le découplage électrique d'une batterie de véhicule en cas d'accident.
