Claims (19)
- Eckverbinder für auf Gehrung geschnittene Hohlprofile (2, 3) von Fenstern, Türen oder dergleichen, der mit seinen Schenkeln (4, 5) in die Profilenden der Hohlprofile (2, 3) eingreift und mindestens einen im Wesentlichen in Richtung der Gehrungsfuge (6) verlaufenden Verteilungskanal (7) für einen einspritzbaren Klebstoff aufweist, wobei eine Einspritzöffnung (8) für den Klebstoff im Bereich der Gehrungsfuge (6) vorgesehen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Verteilungskanal (7) quer zur Längsmittelebene E-E des Eckverbinders (1) durchgängig ist. - Eckverbinder nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
mindestens ein Ende des Verteilungskanals (7) mit einer Querbohrung (9, 10) zum Ein- und/oder Zuführen des Klebstoffs zu den Gehrungen (11) in Verbindung steht. - Eckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Höhe des Eckverbinders (1) der lichten Höhe der Hohlprofile (2, 3) entspricht. - Eckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
im äußeren Eckbereich (12) des Eckverbinders (1) ein Eingangskanal (15) vorgesehen ist, der mit dem Verteilungskanal (7) bzw. der Querbohrung (9) in Verbindung steht. - Eckverbinder nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Eingangskanal (15) durch den Eckverbinder (1) und die aufgeschobenen Hohlprofile (2, 3) begrenzt ist. - Eckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Eingangskanal (15) konisch oder trichterförmig ausgebildet ist und sich Richtung Verteilungskanal (7) verjüngt. - Eckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Eingangskanal (15) als Stufenbohrung oder Senkung ausgebildet ist. - Eckverbinder nach der Ansprüche 4 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
sich an den Eingangskanal (15) zu beiden Seiten ein Seitenkanal (16, 17) anschließt, der durch den Eckverbinder (1) und die aufgeschobenen Hohlprofile (2, 3) begrenzt ist. - Eckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
ein quer zum Verteilungskanal (7) verlaufender Rückkanal (18) vorgesehen ist, der sich über die Höhe des Eckverbinders (1) erstreckt und im inneren Eckbereich (12) des Eckverbinders (1) angeordnet ist. - Eckverbinder nach dem Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Rückkanal (18) durch den Eckverbinder (1) und die aufgeschobenen Hohlprofile (2, 3) begrenzt ist. - Eckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 9 und 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
sich an den Rückkanal (18) zu jeder Seite ein Seitenkanal (19, 20) anschließt, der durch den Eckverbinder (1) und die aufgeschobenen Hohlprofile (2, 3) begrenzt ist. - Eckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Klebstoff in den Eingangskanal (15), die sich daran anschließenden Seitenkanäle (16, 17), den Verteilungskanal (7) sowie den Rückkanal (18) und die sich daran anschließenden Seitenkanäle (19, 20) einleitbar ist. - Eckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die äußere Kante (21) des Eckverbinders (1) abgerundet ist. - Eckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Eckverbinder (1) mit den Hohlprofilen (2, 3) kraftschlüssig in Verbindung steht. - Eckverbinder nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Eckverbinder (1) mit den Hohlprofilen (2, 3) durch mechanische Befestigungsmittel verbunden, insbesondere verpresst, verstiftet oder verschraubt, ist. - Eckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Eckverbinder (1) mit den Hohlprofilen (2, 3) unter kraftschlüssiger Abstützung in der Gehrungsfuge (6) mittels der Befestigungsmittel verspannt ist. - Eckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Eckverbinder (1) zu seinen freien Schenkelenden geschlossene Hohlkammern (26, 27) aufweist. - Eckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Eckverbinder (1) ein Strangpressprofil ist bzw. aus einem Strangpressprofil geschnitten ist. - Eckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Eckverbinder aus Aluminium oder einer Aluminiumlegierung besteht.
